This is the apartment complex you want to live at around here. I visited 10 of them. The leasing agents feel more like your neighbors. They’re chill. The property is clean and well maintained. The grills don’t run out of gas. The pool is sparkling. Close to downtown and Magnolia Ave.

Don't pass on The Phoenix. The grounds are always kept clean, maintenance is AMAZING at responding and fixing any problems, it just really feels like they care about the community. Lowkey dread the day I move on from this home.

Great staff, responsive maintenance service. It is near all major amenities: medical center, botanical gardens, Magnolia street with nice restaurant. The place is quiet and it has ample parking. Overall a great place to live.

Experience here has been fantastic! The only issue with the neighborhood I see, is in reference to the public transportation, which is very close to the train station (T&P), however the homeless in the community is quite rampant under the highways at times, and in the areas between the pheonix and the train station, so getting to/from the train could be a safety concern at times. But I’ve never experienced/seen any violent crimes since living here in three years.

The community is pretty quiet, well kept and clean. The staff is always kind and responsive and remember us when they see us. Our apartment is cozy and spacious its seems much bigger on the inside than it looks.

Is been a really good experience overall in terms of the falcility, management and response. The only thing that can’t be control by the admin is that lately few people are throwing trash in commond areas or trash bags at the stairs. I think the admin. should be more strict,somehow, verifying peoples background (I know is not that easy), at the time of renting an apartment. Small things like that makes the difference for someone to stay or leaves.

Above all other good features of this building apartments, personal and property Safety is what I like most in this place. Well-maintained apartments featuring in-building parking garage and keyless door lock. Quiet and away from busy streets, but just a few minutes drive to FW downtown, hospital, school, grocery stores and public parks.

Like I've said in my previous review, the apartments themselves are nice, but the crime is really bad. I've been robbed 3 times since moving here, twice from the bicycle locker which is supposed to be a secure room. There are no security cameras anywhere except the front gate and the criminals know how to avoid it. On top of that the residents are kind of noisy. There are a lot of what I'm guessing are college students who throw parties well into the early morning sometimes on weeknights. Of the apartments I've lived at I'd rate this one the lowest right now and not worth the exorbitant amount I am paying for it.

Ive lived here for a few weeks so far, but it is the best apartment ive lived in yet. Everything is well maintained, the residents seem respectful. I only hear hallway traffic, i dont really hear any neighboring apartment activity. It was the cleanest apartment ive ever moved into. The leasing staff, Kimberly specifically, was super knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. The leasing staff also introduce themselves to you and it makes it seem like a true community. They provided all the information i could possibly need. My unit and the whole building seem really secure. I had an issue with sugar ants, submitted a request, and maintenance came the next day to fulfill it. The only con i have is that its not within walking distance to any trails or parks really. Ive used the gym and pool and theyre well maintained, i dont really have any complaints

The thing I love the most about the Phoenix is how safe it is. Me and my roomate have never once felt uneasy or unsafe while living here. Everyone is friendly and it’s super quiet which is so nice, especially coming from a college dorm to a clean, safe, quiet place. Highly recommend to anyone looking to move!

I would highly recommend this apartment. I dont usually feel welcomed to use amenities at apartments but here its a tight knit community that the amenities like gym and pool dont feel intimating to venture out in. The community here, both the staff and residents, always feels welcoming.

Super clean apartment unit with excellent appliances. All of the leasing staff was super professional, friendly and easy to contact. The location of the building is perfect, its in a quiet spot where I feel safe enough to walk my dog alone at night. While the building is also just close enough to walk to downtown for great food and drinks.

The Phoenix is a great place to be if you want to be close to the downtown area. For the cost of the apartment, the value that is included is very high. I would recommend it to anyone who would like to be close to the city but does not want to pay extreme prices.
