Everyone has been amazing, big shoutout to Samantha, she took care of me amazingly. The application was painless, the whole process was painless, everything was online yet you can deal with real people. I love the neighborhood, its really cool and funky, the apartment is quiet and safe. So many amenities built in that I didnt realize, like SmartRent. They treat residents like friends and host events when they can. I love it here!

We have only lived here a couple of weeks, we absolutely love it. All the help we have received with our move in, hanging of our TVs pictures etc. has been awesome. We have no complaints, and would definitely recommend this complex to anyone who is looking for a great place to live in a great area of Fort Worth.

Small community and helpful office staff. Our leasing agent was by far the most knowledgeable consultant we spoke to in our large apartment search. Very close to downtown. Very close to growing entertainment. Quiet neighborhood. Slightly behind the curve with unit and building amenities, as of March2021. Gym has freeweights and machines. Positive experience living here. Renewed our lease for another term!

The Phoenix has been a great place to live. The office and maintenance staff are wonderful; always quick to resolve any issue. Additionally, the community amenities are really nice and the apartment is in a really good location.

As previously stated my experience has been amazing. This is my home - not just a temporary apartment. Obviously, there are many apartment communities to choose from in this area - close to the price I pay - that are new or newer, more aesthetically pleasing, better construction, fixtures, and more amenities, but, in all honesty the it is the staff and size of this community that make me happy to call this home.

It has been the greatest experience I have ever had at an apartment complex. All staff and maintenance guys are very friendly and up and early everyday cleaning up. The amenities have been above my expectations. Love that i can't hear my neighbors and the temperature controlled hallways. Love it here!

Wonderful experience, the apartments are all overall really nice, clean, and well-kept. Management and maintenance staff are very friendly, responsive, and professional. Neighbors are friendly as well. Free parking garage has to be one of the best assets an apartment has to offer! Overall, I have enjoyed my stay here so far and it has been amazing! I feel very comfy and safe

The Phoenix is amazing all thanks to the amazing staff! Also location is great to be within walking distance of bars and restaurants, but its on a quiet street so noise is not an issue. The gym is the largest of any apartment Ive lived in, and the pool and grounds are so well kept. Ive loved living here!

The office staff leads the culture of the community. All the neighbors i have met have been friendly, helpful, and far from a nuisance. I often run into potential renters as I walk into the building and always give the community a glowing review. I'll be here as long as I live in Fort Worth.

I regret that I moved out from the phoenix. The manager Allison is amazing and they are always helping the residents. The management knows you by name and are very friendly. Spacious, comfortable and clean luxury apartments. The commodities are amazing and the service to the apartment is 5 stars. I always recommend this place to family and friends.

You would be hard pressed to find a more caring or harder working staff than the people at the Phoenix in Fort Worth. The grounds are lovely and the amenities are phenomenal, but it is the people that put this complex heads above the rest in town!

I love that this apartment includes trash valet and in-unit laundry appliances automatically. The apartments are cost-effective for an excellent location. Office staff is friendly, welcoming, and responsive. The maintenance staff is also quick to follow-up and resolve any problems. I don't hesitate to reach out any more because I know they will be kind and helpful! The resident life events are also fun and it's fun to meet our friendly neighbors! I also love that the building is newer. The walls and ceilings are thick enough that I very, very rarely hear any noise from neighbors. I really enjoy living here and the amenities are great!

I have really enjoyed living here at The Phoenix for the past 2 years. Highly recommend living here. Great staff and very clean complex. The view from the parking deck is amazing and the pool is the perfect size.

I've only lived here a short while but I am beyond pleased with my experience this far! The staff is friendly, efficient, quick and does everything in their power to make you feel at home in this community. The Phoenix is clean, well-maintained, quiet, safe, and near everything I could possibly need. I am so glad to call this commitment my new home!

It is a very nice complex and the location is incredible. Close enough to downtown but far enough to have peace and quiet when needed. This is the most professional and nicest residence that we toured when originally looking for our apartment

I absolutely love how The Phoenix caters to residents, you all always go above and beyond expectations! The service, response time, and overall quality of work at The Phoenix alone makes living here amazing. In addition, the amenities and luxury additions to the apartments and community areas are such an added bonus! I love living here!

Everything is good except the noise issue from neighbor or dogs bark in the middle of the night. I recommend you stay at the upper level, not middle level (2nd floor or 3rd floor). I like the attached parking garage that you can easily access to all levels of the apartment complex.

I love living at The Phoenix! The apartment is perfect for my needs, the surrounding area/highway is very easily accessible, and the staff is attentive and friendly! This place doesnt get enough attention! I have no complaints!
