It is the best! Friendly staff that goes out of their way to care for you. Great apartments too. The pool is great and never packed, so you always have a great time. The community events are a great way to meet people at The Phoenix.

The location is awesome because it offers a city view and has a community feel. The staff is awesome with ensuring all amenities are in place and you are secure. The only negative thing about living here is there is this ABC towing company that has towed my car and my visitors after we had gone online and registered the car as required. It made me feel like the apartment owners were siding with the towing company to take money out of my pocket with no solutions to resolve the issue. Thats my only negative feedback. But it should be considered if moving here.

We love living at The Phoenix! The location is great, apartments are very nice and the community amenities are great! I enjoy the amazing pool and the gym that has several pieces of equipment. The office and maintenance staff are truly great - they really care about their residents. Highly recommend The Phoenix!

I love this community because of: the smaller size of the property (without sacrificing amenities), location to shopping, freeways, entertainment and restaurants. Walkability. I can walk to work. And, the office staff truly makes all the difference. There are many apartments to choose from, but, for me, the staff and how they make you feel makes all the difference. Awesome maintenance staff. I get the impression that this is more than just a job to them. They treat it like their own home. Highly recommend.

I think the phoenix is great. no complaints from me to be honest. place is kept in excellent shape, gym, pool, grill, landscaping, etc. apartment was in great shape when I first moved in. 7-8 minutes from Tom thumb, target, chick fil a, et. al on west 7th. <5 minutes from all the awesome restaurants on magnolia avenue. not too close to the highway despite appearing that way on the map. Very quiet area, easy to get to and from, feels plenty safe. Staff (meagan) are extremely friendly, welcoming, helpful. Highly recommend to anyone

The location is great, positioned so that you can easily walk to Magnolia or downtown. But the very best thing is the management here. They are just seriously good at their jobs, and it's not just lip service when they say they care about the residents here. There are a lot of apartment/condo options in the area, but as long as this management team is here I wouldn't consider leaving. They are seriously that good.

I'm very pleased with the management and staff at The Phoenix. My apartment feels so cozy. I love the fact that I don't have to worry about looking for a washer or dryer because they come equipped with them. One of the major appliances that is very much needed and helps with time consumption instead of dealing with laundry mats.

This apartment complex is in an excellent location in downtown Fort Worth. It's near excellent dining, shopping, art, TCU and there are activities going on constantly. The apartments facilities are well maintained and the staff are very helpful.

When we first moved in, this place felt like home. Management was nice, very friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond for us. Then we put in our first complaint (after politely discussing twice and not wanting to complain) and then everything changed. Our concerns are now not taken seriously and we no longer feel welcome or safe here but are staying because it has great maintenance and a reliable courtesy officer.

I walked in. And a few days later it was mine. It was nice, fast, easy, and welcoming. These are the type of inside apartments I see on t v like off of " the big bang theory" it's peaceful and quiet. I love the view of the city. That's definitely the peaceful thing to have access to here. I love it.

The apartment is so loud, I can hear my upstairs neighbors walking every time they move. The parking garage was inaccessible for a month. I had to stay somewhere else while the repairs were going on due to no parking.

We are happy to speak with your neighbors and are always available to work together to find a solution to improve your living experience. Fortunately, the major construction in the parking garage is finished for many years to come! We understand the inconvenience of closing the majority of the parking garage for (11-days.) Our management team did their best to accommodate everyone by securing a large parking lot across the street, matching the number of spaces under construction in the garage. We also provided complimentary Lyft rides, and overnight security patrol for the duration of the project. I wish you would have shared your feedback sooner, so we could have helped you during the project. We are looking forward to a great new year, and encourage you to speak with the office team, so we may continue to work in making The Phoenix a great place to call home!

Lives here for almost a year with my my wife and daughter. We have nothing great things to say about the community. The office staff is friendly and goes out of their way to help reaidents. They have been doing repairs on the parking garage recently and have been exceptionally transparent with the community throughout the process. The level of communication is better than any apartment Ive lived in. Highly recommend!!!

This was a nice place when it was newer. Current tenant appreciation and consideration has been sacrificed in attempts to get newer tenants willing to pay more. Rent increased $200, parking taken away when some tenants are willing to pay monthly To circumvent an already terrible parking situation, no dog park or designated place to walk dogs. Megan is sweet, and they offer coffee and water bottles. Im sure that will be taken away soon to cut costs, though.

Overall, my experience at The Phoniex has been very enjoyable and the surrounding neighborhood is filled with options for food and entertainment. The Near Southside area is still "Up and Coming" but the complex is very safe and the complex is pretty quiet considering the number of single, young professionals who reside here. My only complaints would be lack of storage space in the apartment and having visitors register to park.

Unfortunately, our pool is not heated, so this time of year, I'm sure the water is cold. I wish we had a bigger pool as well, but with only 170 total apartments, our community is considered to be a "smaller community" for this area. I can only assume the pool was initially designed with that in mind. I love the Phoenix Apartments! The staff is super friendly and easy to talk to. They are very accommodating and helpful. Maintenance is very efficient and they respond quickly to any issues I have. I havent had any problems that werent taken care of. I recommend this community 100%.

Everything breaks too easily (a/c and heat, appliances super cheaply made), odors from other units drift into mine, garage is too tight, too expensive for what it is. The staff is good, it's just a bad building.

Conveniently located close to all the major hospitals in Fort Worth, afforadable prices, and excellent staff makes the Phoenix a wonderful place to live! The kitchen is my favorite feature with the large island and washer/dryer is included in the unit which was a plus!
