The Phoenix has been a great place to live thus far. The staff is responsive and kind and the living area is wonderful. Definitely a step up! The grounds are pretty quiet and quite safe as well. I'm really digging this place.

Excellent and clean environment . Staff and maintenance are very helpful. A lot of college students, hence very noisy Friday evening, pool parties and weekend parties. Troublesome when you have an infant who is sleepless due to disturbance

The new staff at the Pheonix have brought in a new and fresh energy to the community. They have done an awesome job arranging socials. They have also made improvements to an already amazing property! The new courtyard is my favorite addition!

The Phoenix's location and amenities are great for convenience of social and work activities. Great to get to dining and fun, shopping and all medical facilities. The parking garage, pool and courtyard are great with secure access.

So calm, clean, welcoming, and just an overall awesome place to live. It is the perfect location for what we were looking for. The location provides the perfect balance of living downtown Fort Worth while having a place to retreat to that is as calm as an apartment home could ever be. On top of that, it is right in between 7th Street and Magnolia Ave. My wife and I have no complaints whatsoever.

The Phoenix has been great. The people that work here have been very welcoming, willing to help or answer questions, and very personable. The facilities are well kept, and the fact that it is close to my work has been great! I have been very satisfied with my decision to live at the Phoenix.

Great location, fair price, outstanding staff. I've lived here for over a year and have no plans on leaving any time soon, the management is great and there are a lot of fun events. Can't wait for the new rooftop patio.

I've lived here for about a month and a half now. I absolutely love it. I'm on the 2nd floor with a pool view and was originally concerned about be woken up by late night pool parties, but have only had a coupe nights that have been an issue and the management staff addressed the entire complex before I could even email them the next morning. It's not that I'm a big stickler on rules, but I do like my sleep and the windows aren't very soundproof. I've heard my side neighbor once and can hear my upstairs neighbor walking every now and then. They have a controlled closure on all the doors leading to the stairs, and have removed the clips so they are virtually silent when you open and close them. That is AWESOME, as my apartment is directly in front of one. The stairway doors at my boyfriend's apartment on West 7th get stuck and you have to slam your shoulder into them, which is crazy loud in the hallways. As I stated, management is awesome. They are polite and professional. The maintenance staff is equally as amazing. My only maintenance request so far was fixed within about 10 minutes. The apartments themselves are beautiful and efficient. In unit W/D, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances. It's a great open floor plan. An added bonus is that they air condition the hallways. Sounds silly, but when you take into account how hot the summers are here, not losing AC when you open the door is a great bonus. All of the parking is covered and I have yet to arrive and not be able to get a spot decently close to my floor. Parking was a major issue at the complex I lived in before. I work a few blocks away and have walked to/from work every day since moving here. I have never felt unsafe. The west side of the complex is on a T-bus route, but I'm not sure if the buses are only running down College because Main is under construction or if they always have. The neighborhood is very quiet though. I only put 4 stars for the neighborhood because there really isn't much(yet) in the immediate area, though Magnolia St is about a 10 minute walk, which isn't a big deal. And I'm a long distance runner and haven't quite figured out the best/safest route to get over to the trinity trails on foot from here. I'm sure there is one though. Overall, I love it here and I plan on staying until I move away from Texas or the metroplex. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to live for the best price you'll find in the downtown area for this updated/style of apartment.

I have lived in the Phoenix for a year and a half now. I love the apartment complex. It has a great staff that is willing to help you with anything. The Phoenix also has great amenities. The location is great because it is close to downtown and less than 10 minutes away from anything you could need. The apartments are nice and new. The residents of the Phoenix are great as well.

I've lived at the Phoenix for two years now. I have loved every second. Maintenance and mangement are great. They fulfill requests usually within 24 hours. Plus you can't beat the price and proximity to downtown and Magnolia.

I moved into this property in November 2015 and have been blown away by everything. They changed management shortly after I signed the lease and I was a bit put off by that when I found out, but the staff have been nothing short of terrific; very welcoming, kind, helpful, an willing to ensure all needs are met. I.e.: I had to go on a 6 week business trip and one of the staff checked on my apartment just to give me piece of mind. The exterior of The Phoenix is definitely attractive, but the actual units themselves are excellent/the main attraction: granite countertops, kitchen islands, wood floors, perfect layouts, etc.! I also love having a gated parking garage. The grounds are manicured with trees and flower beds and are ALWAYS spotless. The location is perfect, being within a half mile of Downtown and a half mile from Magnolia Avenue in the other direction -- it's also very safe. This is a 5 star property and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a place to live in Fort Worth!

I've lived at The Phoenix since a couple months after it opened. This community has been a great place to live. The management and staff are wonderful and always willing to be of assistance (both former and current). They have also maintained everything beautifully. Additionally, the community is very safe. The apartments themselves are fantastic with great storage and spacious areas, which also come fully furnished. Another great feature is the accessibility such as to Southside, University, downtown, and major highways. I would highly recommend The Phoenix to anyone looking for a new community.

The Phoenix has been one of the best apartments I have lived at. The staff is awesome and always helpful, maintenence has always been quick when needed, and it's a great location in Fort Worth. The neighborhood it self is not the best looking but it is quiet and mostly medical businesses. I would definitely recommend living at The Phoenix.

Living at The Phoenix apartments has been wonderful. The staff is very friendly and attentive, and really helped me when I needed a place to live super last minute! I've only one issue with hot water heater, but they immediately came to fix it within 2 hours! The amenities are awesome, and the apartment itself has all the modern fixtures I love. I even love having little doggie waste bags at the exits & a trash can to easily throw it away in. Makes it so easy to clean up after your pup!

I have never lived somewhere and not had a problem with it, and thought that this is just how it was when living in an apartment. But to my surprise living at The Phoenix has been problem free. The staff is great, maintenance is fast, parking is easy. There's really not much more to say, I like living here, and I like the location, and I think that's all that matters!

Awesome awesome community in the heart of Down Town Fort Worth. I have been here since the beginning and it is hard to leave. I have the best unobstructed view of the city and wouldn't have it any other way! The staff is warm and welcoming to current tenants and to prospective leasee's. Looking forward to getting to know the new staff and sharing some memories together.
