The assistant manager is great along with the front office ladies and the maintenance team. The complex is quiet for the most part and well kept up with. The dog park can use some extra TLC on a more regular basis. The only real issue I have is with the manager Collin. He is very rude and condescending. There are many in the complex who agree. We all just deal with anyone below him to avoid his rude personality. Other than him the place is great and affordable for the area. It is 10-15 minutes from popular stores in Rock or Georgetown. The complex is perfectly in the middle. The outlets are also close and 35 so you can get on and go.

I'm so happy that I found MMA Windmill Hill - this has turned out to be a great place to live! The staff are professional and caring, they are most communicative and the property sends communications timely and frequently. The property is well maintained and the very few times I've requested maintenance, they've responded timely and got the job done. The tenants - at least in my building - are quiet and respectful. I feel safe when I walk around the property, and to the gym. Overall, I am very happy living here.

My move in was super easy, Crystal helped me tour and get docs signed. I hand quick turnaround of visit then move in two weeks later. I loved the unit due to the fixtures, layout, large island, and open floor plan. Community feels safe, gates work, grounds/landscaping are kept well, no issues with parking. It's a good vibe.

I am currently having a great experience at this apartment. I think that maintenance request are completed within 1-3 days. It can be a little long compared to previous apartments I've been at but it's done. I have ants right now but unfortunately will have to wait a few more days for pest control.

This is the WORST apartment complex and "management" team you could imagine. After multiple maintenance requests not my fault, they emailed several times pushing me to leave. I filed a laws with MAA because they refused to follow the lease, and may be filing a 2nd one due to manager's harassment. MAA is "independently operated" in reality - no one is above the young unlicensed property manager. They failed to disclose that in the lease when 532x they stated involvement by TN partners in the lease. Now I'm taking this to the FTC and YT because people deserve to know their lease is a joke.

Experience is good so far. I don't like is being on the side of a busy street. It can be very loud from the traffic on Westinghouse. I don't have more to say to satisfy the 200 character minimum. More characters are required and I don't like that you need a minimum of 200 characters to complete the survey.

I've only been here a few months but so far it's been awesome. The grounds are very well kept the only thing is the breezeway on my apartment need to be pressure washed from the valet trash leaking from the tenants trash I suppose. Other than that it's a beautiful property

MAA is a wonderful apartment community, it is always clean and well taken care of. I plan on staying here as long as possible. The office staff is very kind and will help you with anything you need in a timely manner. All the facilities are really nice and if anything breaks they fix it right away. I love that the 1st floor apartments have a yard, my dogs are so happy to have it. The only complaint I have is that the walls are really thin so you can easily hear the neighbors if they are loud. Other than that I have really enjoyed living here and don't plan on leaving anytime soon.

I cannot recommend this apartment complex enough! The office team is OUTSTANDING, are immediately on top of any concern we express and remedy anything right away - whether it be a maintenance request or general ask they get it done. The facilities are all well maintained and clean. Lots of young families and older folks here so it's very quiet.

It's been good so far. Nice place to live in. Clean and well cared for minus the amount of dog owners that leave poop in community spaces. Gates on the complex seem to be broken regularly for a gated community.

Office staff is very helpful and nice. The community is beautiful and for the most part well maintained and kept pretty clean. Some people don't pick up after their dogs other than that my only real complaint is that if you are on the bottom floor or have someone above you? You can hear every thing. Constantly sounds like stomping and there is nothing you can do.

It was very nice moving to maa wind mill, the contract is good and the amenities are good. It was a pleasant stay at maa wind mill. Only thing that we miss is children play area. This apartment's are so good and I wonder how did they miss the children play area. Other than this this everything is nice and a wonderful staff.
