It has been wonderful, Dianna has been a great help with the move in process. The apartment was extremely clean and all the appliances and add-ons (smart-home equipment) are definitely worth the value.

Everythinghas been great so far.. The only issue is, we have our ac on 69 and our apartment just isnt cooling down. We have to use additional fans to sleep. We also have tons of bugs. But we live on the 1st floor. To be expected????

Everything has been amazing here. Best experience I've had renting. Everyone is very nice and on top of everything. Anytime I've needed to reach the office I've been able to reach someone right away. After submitting a maintenance request I got a call within minutes to get it looked at. The apartment here are beautiful and I'm very happy with how it's all set up here.

My wife and I had a great experience touring the property and fell in love with it all. The staff was very professional and did not pressure us into anything. They were very straightforward that they do not want to pressure someone to live here. They want the community to be friendly and want to provide a place that people enjoy and are happy at. I cannot say enough good things about this place.

Great location Great setup Great community Awesome value Hard floor upstair neighbors are noisy anywhere. The staff here is great. Very respectful and attentive. The modern door locks take a bit to adjust to but is very convenient.

Absolutely amazing! Super clean! Awesome Dog Park! The pool is always clean and nice to go to. The staff are super friendly! Apartments are sound proof! The maintenance team are super friendly! Gated community!

Maintenance staff, is very polite and respectful and complete work. Lawn staff is amazing. Some office staff are friendly and personable. Work Request are done quickly. Pool area is beautiful- plenty of seating options. Small animals are allowed at the pool, but not large breeds- I feel comfortable taking my dog out at night, plenty of lighted areas.

The Windmill Hill is a fantastic apartment community. It has been a pleasure to love her for the past month and a half. That staff is amazing and efficient. I recommend this place to everyone and anyone looking in the Georgetown/Round Rock area.

Office staff is really helpful and community is very nice and clean! I really like the way Dianna and Collin interacts with residents! As this community is newly built all appliances are new and in good condition. Overall nice place to live!

Just moved into this community and find the staff extremely helpful and professional. The buildings are deigned beautiful inside and outside. The landscaping and the lay-out give you a resort feeling. Especially when you are standing on your balcony. My first to rent an apartment and glad that we chose to stay here and not at any of the other new-builds in and around Austin North

This brand new community provides a luxurious and high tech home with beautiful amenities. The leasing staff are very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The amenities such as the gym and pool area are top notch. I hope to live here for many years.

Honestly a amazing community all around, great team we have here at MAA windmill. Beautiful place to be very minimum volume level especially at night. Maintenance team did was play around when it came to fixing something too they were right on it.

MAA Windmill Hill immediately became my top choice when organizing a cross country move. The staff was phenomenal from the moment I stepped into the leasing office and they just continue to impress me (especially Collin and Diana who are just the best!). This is a place where I can rest from a hard day's work, focus on my physical and mental health and enjoy the sun by the pool. I'm extremely pleased with my choice to join this community and would encourage anyone looking to consider it, you won't be disappointed.

Community is brand new which is nice to move into. Everyone in the leasing office has been super easy to work with and very responsive. Overall everything has gone pretty smoothly thus far which made moving across country pretty easy!

My experience at Windmill Hill has been wonderful so far. Im making the move to Texas from California & they have been attentive every step of the way. The team offers quick responses from the application process & beyond. For example, when I had packages delivered to my apartment when I was still in California, they brought the packages inside when I requested, one of the many great things this community offers so far! Looking forward to the next year of my stay at Windmill Hill! Looking forward to my stay at Windmill Hill.

So far this community has been amazing. From the application process to moving in. Everyone has been so helpful. Even when I had a small issue with the AC in my unit. Maintenance was very professional and the issue was taken care of within 24 hours. They picked up after themselves and they were great at communicating with me. So far I am very pleased with this community!
