Dianna in the leasing office was one of the best people I have had the fortune of interacting with, she was extremely helpful, insightful, and responsive to every question and concern that we had. The dog park is a standout feature with its size, seating area, and pet wash station. So far everything in this community appears welcoming and well maintained.

Staff is very attentive to your needs as well as being friendly and helpful. Complex is very well lit at night. Free EV charging is a great benefit that got me here, it would be great if they kept it free.

One apartment smelt really bad and wasn't clean. Up charge to live in a floor level. The apartments are really nice and I love the kitchens. The other apartment I looked at was clean and had no smell.

Overall been a pleasant experience. Everyone has been nice and cordial so far. Love the community just need to keep up on cleanliness alittle better. Hallways are not clean. It's looks bad when u are paying all that money for rent.

Great community with beautiful units. I always get compliments when I have guests over. From the units to the amenities to the residence in the community. When I had my newborn and was trying to get back into working out I would go to the gym here at the apartment complex, one of the days I was there my son was making playful noises but a couple was in there so thinking we were a bother I walked out. They followed and welcomed me back in stating, "if you're leaving because of the baby he does not bother us, please don't feel like you need to leave". Everyone is nice and welcoming. The staff keeps up with every concern and they're constantly striving to make the community better.

It's fine. Not great but not horrible. Average apartment experience. There are several apartment complexes being built in the area, so if you can get a great deal on rent here, it's perfectly ok. Average neighbor noise and apartment finishes.

Community was very clean with great amenities such as the fitness center and clubhouse. Everyone greeted us and we were offered refreshments. Sofia was very warm and welcoming. We loved our visit and are excited to call Windmill Hill our new home.

The staff was very professional and accommodating. Their customer service is what landing me here. The community is beautiful and the apartments are well designed. There are many beautiful communities in the area but I chose her b/c the quality of the apartments and the amazing personalities of the leasing team. So far things here are perfect.

Construction did a horrible job with building this apartment complex. Since moving in May of 2022, we have had both the entire bathtub in the master bathroom and the shower pan in the second bathroom replaced, due to improper installment. Our kitchen island drawers were not the sized correctly so they do not close properly, the dowel in the master closet was cut about 2 inches short and was unusable, the baseboards all along the apartment are not properly sealed at the bottom, the window in the bedroom leaks every time it rains, our dryer did not dry due to poor installment, and our front door threshold had been replaced/repaired at least 3 times and still is not properly fixed. All this to say, we have become very close with our maintenance team, they have done a great job trying to fix the construction teams poor workmanship however, with rent being so high and this being a new build, we expected our apartment to have minimal flaws moving in. On a more positive note, we love the location and the amenities our apartment has to offer. Our maintenance team has been very respectful of our wishes to always be present when they enter and the office does a great job at keeping the community involved with events. Our favorite place on property is definitely the pool!

We love everything about Windmill hill, especially the staff. The apartment is beautiful, well built and made with the resident in mind, the pool is incredible, the gym as all amenities we need. But some of the neighbors are rude and disruptive.

Dianna had helped me over the phone understand what the apartments offer in terms of amenities and why I should be leasing with them. She was amazing, patient, made it seem like no amount of questions or concerns was a bother and answered everything thoroughly. I moved with my family from a different city, so moving blindly into a new part meant or home is already a big enough risk, but this was one of the easiest transitions, even while I was pregnant and with a toddler-to-be at the time, I've ever made when it comes to moving. Things were amazing and so easy to make into our own home. All thanks to Dianna and of course the rest of the MAA staff, but she was especially amazing!

Besides the quality of the apartment and facilities, the property managers and crew service are hands down the best! I chose this because of the agent and now with my recent fix request, even the maintenance crew delivered quality service! I don't understand how they fix it but the crew called and texted to let me know where they were and assured me that it will be fix the same day!

The move in process went smoothly. We're very happy with the apartment. The buildings are all new and well-designed for what people have come to expect for modern design. The pool and clubhouse are well designed and offer comfortable inviting space.
