Great location (minutes away from the Round Rock Outlets and I-35. In a slower/peaceful area. Modern Luxury Apartments with outstanding /proactive customer service. I have called and had situations where I needed assistance from the front desk, and they were able to help me with my requests every time. I am Active Duty military and have been away for most of my tenure living here, and am always assisted each time I have something arise involving my apartment complex.

I moved here from another State and I was blessed to choose this complex without being here to see the actual apartment. They sent me videos of the apartment, which was exactly like the apartment I moved into. I am very happy with my choice.

It was great for the 1st year until then the experience is negative. A lot of negligence and also Colin the new manager is super rude and lack customer service experience. I spoke to executive team who is trying to make things better.

Stellar from the first encounter. Staff was and has been so helpful and attentive from touring the community to living here. Honestly it's the best community we've lived in the almost 20 years in the Austin area.

El primer a?o fue genial, este a?o he notado descuido en la limpieza de pasillos, mi pasillo esta manchado con restos de liquidos de basura y lleno de pelos de perro. Y yo no tengo perro. Ser?a genial que cada inquilino limpiara el frente de su puerta para mantener la limpieza general de los pasillos.

Overall the complex is quiet and feels safe. Maintenance is quick to respond to work orders. The couple interactions I've had with maintenance has been professional and friendly! I use the gym almost daily and it has everything you need to get an all around maintenance workout.

The location is nice and has a safe feeling to it. The people are nice. Parking is an issue often having to park a good distance away from the building. Paid parking spots are offered but over priced as with the apartment in general. Everything feels over priced here it's the only complaint.

I love it here! I just moved from NJ & the community is beautiful & I love the events they host. Parking is AWFUL, that would be my only complaint. The staff is very friendly & helpful. This is my first apartment experience & I'm enjoying it fully!

Beautiful and clean community! The pool area is amazing with good shade and even hammocks and charging stations. Maintenance is quick and management has been very pleasant. I have enjoyed living here and look forward to staying!

My experience in this community has been amazing. The staff is attentive and kind - they even sent my son a birthday card for his birthday and he was ecstatic. They are quick to respond and address all needs. I couldn't have picked a better apartment complex.

I have lived in many apartment communities across multiple cities. This is the first community that I've lived in with functional amenities, regular activities, and a general community of similarly-minded people that don't irritate other residents. It's so conveniently located and comfortable. I love all the floor plans and the colors/amenities inside each.

I was new resident to Georgetown tx, and I was looking for a good apartment that offered a tranquility area and all the amenities possible for a good rental price. I founded MAA apartment and me and my lady really love it. Thanks to Dianne and Collinns for helping us out at the time for our very nice apartment.

I really love this community! The apartments are modern and, since they are relatively new, I never have maintenance issues. Routine maintenance is done without me even having to think about it. My neighbors are quiet or the walls are thick enough to mask most sounds. Everyone I've met seems really kind. Rent is fair and the fees make sense.

This is the best rental experience Ive had thus far is my 5 years of renting. Management is very nice and quick to respond to emails. I really love all of the amenities offered and the shared spaces. The community is kept very clean and is always being maintained. The gated dog areas are really nice however the "big dog" side of the dog park is always a mine field of dog poop. There are also a lot of no optional fees added onto rent to make the rent appear less than what it is.

Living at MAA windmill hill has been a mixture of highs and lows. The original leasing and community team was very strong, with a focus on building and fostering a welcoming environment for all. However, after only a few months the community team was fired and replaced by two corporate members from MAA. Now the leasing staff has become very cold to residents and as a result residents have been disinterested in the community building aspects. The neighborhood has become an industrial park with constant construction. Prices are also too high when considering the volume of new apartments being built in the neighborhood with better amenities at lower prices. The maintenance team are phenomenal and incredibly friendly - they're the only reason we're still living here!

Beautiful apartments, great staff, awesome amenities. Truly is a wonderful place. BIG downside is the internet provider. They will dog your speed constantly then come out and all of a sudden the speed is good and will make you look like you're lying. Outside of that everything is great

Good community, a few security issues and cleanliness issues but overall good community. Maintainace staff is always very quick to respond and get repairs done. Office staff is always helpful and professional.

It is a very clean and well-maintained property, the office staff is extremely accommodating and willing to help in any way that they can. I have never run into a problem with that. The amenities are also top-of-the-line and well-maintained.

The apartments here at MAA Windmill Hill are very nicely designed with modern touches. However, there are a few flaws in the quality of the build. Cabinets have bubbled in many of the units and the installation / painting seems to have been done a bit sloppy. The community areas and amenities are very nice and the management does a stellar job of keeping the breezeways clean and looking good. I do think it is a tad bit overpriced compared to similar complexes in the area. The 1 bedrooms are decently priced, but I'm looking to move into a 2 bed, which is a much steeper price increase than other complexes, so unfortunately I may have to move..

We did a virtual tour at this community and it was great. Diana was amazing, so helpful and made sure to show us the whole property so we didn't miss our being virtual. Overall the apartments we saw were great. They have a lot of great community areas to enjoy. This is one of our top options right now.
