This is a very nice new apartment community with a great staff. They have been great through our entire move in process. Very welcoming to us during this transition. The apartment is very nice with new modern features that are very appealing and comfortable. When completed, this complex will be beautiful and offer great ammenities.

The guys here at Windmill hill are absolutely amazing. I heard about the location when they came into my restaurant not far from the apartments themselves. Soon after they helped me with the easiest and quickest move I've ever had!

Love this community! My layout is spacious and the finishes are modern. It's close to shopping, restaurants, etc. The amenities are top notch! The pool area is inviting and fitness center has everything you could need. The team has been fantastic and I highly recommend!

I moved in recently to MAA at Windmill Hill, which is I was aware was still underconstruction, but was able to get a good deal. The noise is not really an issue which is nice and I'm usually up by the time it starts. The office staff has been great; very helpful and responsive. It's nice to live in a brand new apartment. My only gripe is with the lighting from my bedroom window. While I do appreciate a well lit parking lot, some of the outdoor light fixtures make it so if you want total darkness in your bedroom you'll need to get blackout curtains. Some of the amenities are still not availabke for use due to construction which I knew going in. Otherwise happy with my unit.

I like that it is brand new. Following an appointment, i was met with great customer service by one of the Leasing Specialist D.C. They made my initial experience enjoyable and seem genuinely thoughtful about my needs, etc. Hands down beautiful construction & Customer Care!
