My family and I had an excellent experience. Collin was very pleasant and professional. We did not feel like we were being rushed through the tour. He took his time to show us all of the amenities and answered all of our questions. I couldn't have asked for better service.

Resident Towing

Unfortunately, this complex tows vehicles even though you’re registered to park through them. If you get a new car and get your new plates make sure to update it on their app (that second) or they will tow your car for simply being a resident and parking there, with NO help with towing fees or any warning of some sort. Apparently this complex likes to enforce laws as if they’re law enforcement. Perhaps they should pay more attention to their residents cars getting broken into, late trash pickups, creaking ceilings and floors, poor plumbing, and non functional gym equipment as these are the notifications you will get on the daily as a resident here. The staff here (specifically Diane and Rebecca) show obviously no remorse for treating paying residents this way. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere!

What makes this community great is the office staff. They're very friendly, helpful, and quick to reply to emails. When I had questions before signing the lease regarding some minor things, I would receive same-day replies and all my questions would be answered. Living here, I still feel that same degree of attention when I reach out. Only thing negative to say so far would be since all the floors are hardwood, you can definitely hear every step of the folks above you walking around if you don't live on the top floor. Additionally, it looks like this community has some poo-lluters (folks who don't pick up their dog's droppings), so uh... watch where you step in the grass.

Don't do it

These apartments are lovely aesthetically. However, the budget was low when it came to building this foundation. The walls are very thin, and I'm convinced there is zero installation. I hear everything my neighbor does above me (and no kids are in the home). I can only sleep when she goes to sleep, and I'm up when she's up. Me sleeping in on Saturdays has not happened since she moved in. She moved in two weeks after me, six months ago, and the ceiling is cracking each time she walks now, which is terrible considering these apartments are still very new. I can't imagine what this place will sound like in another year. I'm just leaving this review now in hopes of helping someone that is considering moving here. Get a 3rd-floor apartment or keep looking around. BTW: I hear my neighbor beside me as well, but I can tolerate that; however, I can not deal with the herd above me!

it is very beautiful and secure, it is a smart community and very clean, easy to park your car, the pool, and GYM are big and equipped. The assistant property manager Collin Gann is very professional and very friendly to deal with.

Not safe , lots of noise , overpriced

Don’t move here. Way Overpriced for this area. constant construction. Also not safe several car break ins as stated in my photo that was sent out by windmill apartments themselves admitted to the problem. This place has gone down hill fast.

Great tour experience with knowledgeable staff. The property was clean, maintained, and with a great layout. Being a pet friendly property, it was important to me the pet areas be adequately maintained and they didn't disappoint. I would absolutely recommend to anyone.

Windmill Hill was the best apartment community we toured in the Georgetown, TX area. We had a scheduled appointment, arrived early and they were able to accommodate us. The community was well maintained. And the amenities were excellent. This is a gated community and I would feel safe living there.

This complex immediately felt like home when I pulled up. I walked in for a self-guided tour appointment (since I booked it with only hours notice), and was met by Dianne who offered to take me on a tour herself. She sat with me and went over all of my needs and wants to ensure she was showing me the layouts best-suited for me. Looking for a new place is stressful, but she was warm, friendly, and welcoming, and immediately put me at ease. I was also told there are two police on-site, and it's not a huge community, so I feel very safe. I'm so thankful I found this place!

It has been great except for my neighbor above ???? starting 4am tilll the end of the day the steps are so loud and moving furniture. So annoying ?????????????????????????.Also the construction and noise from my apartment it's a headache but Sofia advise me on it so I can't complain
