Brisa at Shadowlake is a great place to live. It’s in an ideal location for those who enjoy dining out at a wide variety of restaurants. Your shopping needs are a few minute drive away as are all of your medical needs. To top it off the staff is amazing, friendly, courteous, respectful and willing to go out of their way for the residents.

It’s going great so far. It really feels like home and not planning to go anywhere for a while. The amenities are great and the community is great. Shopping places are in reach and eating places are right at your fingertips.

A beautiful , well lit community, that is ran in a very friendly and professional way. Exceptional maintenance team and a great staff overall. Right now, I wouldn't live anywhere else. ... That's why I've been there almost 16:yrs.

Me and my family have lived here for 5+ years and it's very quiet and safe in this complex. The maintenance works hard to keep the property clean and they always meet maintenance requests quickly and with a smile. Everyone in the leasing office is chill and professional. It's a great place to live and stay for a long period of time. There is a police station 3 minutes away so if you need them for anything they are coming extra fast. This apartment is close to everything: 2 grocery store s, 2 Walgreens, and plenty of restaurants an and fast food chains less than 10 minutes away and ALOT of ZocDoc medical professionals are around here so you can do your doctors appointments close to home. I love Brisa

Me gusta este lugar para vivir, las areas son agradables, siempre estan bien mantenidas, el personal de la oficina es muy diligente. Mejoraria algunos aspectos como detalles en la seguridad pero constantemente estan trabajando en puntos de mejora.

Brisa is a place I have called home for the last 5 yrs, It's a central location for all my needs (work, grocery stores, Daycare and schools) that's my main reason. Brisa Apts is clean and keeps good work.

“My experience in the community has been very positive. I’ve felt welcomed, supported, and valued. Whether it’s through events, or just the overall atmosphere, this community has made a great impact on me.” Only recently, have I become concerned about the security and safety because my trash can was stolen, the mailboxes were broken into, the pool’s light was stolen, and even, a notice came out saying, “the gym equipment has been stolen.” My questions is, if these things has happened, where is the security? Why don’t the complex has security cameras on the premises? I’m appalled. Other than these important issues, I’m happy and I mind my own business.

Use to be excellent but not anymore ,, maintenance team are so mean ,, office employees also the same ,, manager and new assistant is ok ,,the management use to be excellent and the complex use to be so beautiful and very clean,, but not any more .

Love the atmosphere, the ducks, the view, & it’s very peaceful here. The dog park makes it easy to meet your neighbors & keep my dog happy. Amazon delivery boxes make life simpler & save time. Pool, gazebo, fitness center, & access to computers give this complex a comfortable community experience.

The space is too small for the money and no updates the staff is nice maintenance is lazy at times lately been getting neighbors who are extremely loud the ducks have poop everywhere the trash area is horrible people are throwing trash on the ground and from their balconies it is a good location all the places i frequent is about 45 minutes or less from me

Brisa at Shadowlake is very well kept and I love my new apartment! And the office and maintenance staff very friendly and helpful. I had to downsize moving here and I was not sure how I would enjoy the smaller one bedroom but it is actually very nice! The kitchen is great and I love the outside patio!

nice apartment in a great area. doesn't flood. lots of young families. Alot of ducks and stray cats live here. Common to see duck rape everywhere. 3 shootings since moved in, and a lot of cars were shot in the parking lot. The trash service is very loud at night. because apartments are a sound funnel, so even though it's usually quiet, any sound will echo through the apartments. it's common to hear arguing couples and loud music at night.

I have lived here for over 17 years and am extremely happy. Staff is professional and courteous and address all issues promptly. Grounds are well maintained and the complex has a good community feeling about it.

En realidad nos ofrecen un servicio óptimo en términos generales solo deben reforzarle algunos detalles puntuales como la limpieza interna de pasillos y escaleras y el tema de la recolección de basura y el portón de seguridad que aveces perdemos la seguridad al permanecer abierto tanto tiempo por lo demas muy buen servicio

overall, this is a decent apartment complex, normal problems that any complex would have .they should keep an eye on cars that have been sitting around for several months. otherwise, it is in a nice location. It is pretty accessible to grocery stores and bike trails. There is a car wash here but I have never used it so I can’t speak for that. I don’t plan to live here forever but it’s a decent apartment complex.

Misled and Feeling Scammed
After having payments for everything deducted from my account, they then asked to upload all info in a PDF form as no physical documentation would be accepted. Once in person and monies paid out for app fees, deposits, rental insurance and 2 other charges of $175 each, we were then told that we needed our original social security cards for them to copy or we would not be able to proceed any further. Not a copy but the original physical cards! Like why after taking my money do you then accept physical documentation after I have travelled from out of state to move forward! Then to even lock me out of being able to log in to complete the leasing agreement. The site saying WE'RE SORRY BUT YOUR ACCOUNT HAS BEEN DISABLED. .. So they took my money, hundreds of dollars and then deactivate the account so I cant do anything and I have waited for a call from Carla since Saturday!!!! Still nothing. I'm forced to stay in a hotel until I can fly out since now there is no apt at Brisa for me. A total scam. That I have no choice but to pursue action against. It is wrong on every level.

All I can say is. Please if you want to move to and live in this community ask the residents about their satisfaction. I don't think anyone of the residents are satisfied currently. I recommend going and checking another community and don't get yourself stucked in this community. You're going to pay a lot for basic shelter and nothing more

The only drawback would be that the carwash/vacuum has not worked during my lease term. I would have liked if that issue was resolved instead of me paying to get a carwash or using a self-service carwash.

Not good. It's been almost 3 months and they still have not resolved the maintenance requests that were put in prior to the move-in. My sister has made multiple attempts to contact them and have it scheduled and the maintenance crew marks it as having been completed but they never show up.

Just overall not the best communication by front desk staff and maintenance. Staff is always short in the front with a excuse for everything. Moved in to a roach infected apartment, leading against stated he noticed a few before move in but it has been 200 plus. Complained and they had us remove all of our stuff from kitchen and bathroom days after moving in to treacherous which should have been done before giving us the keys. Patio is horrible
