My family and I are very happy with our decision to live here at Brisa. The staff is always so kind and willing to speak with residents. The grounds are pretty well kept. The area is very quiet. Only thing I would change is the parking situation.

Love this place a lot. It is very clean, peaceful and friendly. The Staffs are helpful and friendly. The maintenant guys are prompt when the problem occurs. The lighting on the parking lot is very bright. It makes me feel safe to come home late at night.

Front office management are great people, they decided to repaint the buildings a different color which looks way better than the original color they had , and they painted the building quick without hassle.

I am very happy to live at BRISA at Shadowlake. The community is well laid-out with very aesthetic colors and gardens. The facilities up-keep is very good and well maintained, and the kept very clean. The office management is very friendly and always able to help. Compared to other rental apartment communities which I have seen and experienced in Houston, I would say that BRISA ranks in the upper quartile. I plan to renew my lease and continue to live here.

The management team is too busy trying to save money then to worry about the tenants that are already in their community. I have to sit with a mildew badly molded dishwasher and they could give two flying ----s about my health! The water bill increases monthly but I can't use my dishwasher. I bet their dishwasher is clean and safe doe their families.

Professional and friendly staff. The new lightning on complex great!! Parking lot is way brighter. The trash on ground could be better if more dumpsters could be added. The towing being re enforcement is great helps to have more available parking spaces for residents.

If you're a person/couple --------.....have tough skin! You will be degraded and demeaned all while they smile....If you decide to rent do as I do and limit as much of your contact with the staff as possible......it will make your stay so much nicer.......you have been warned....

This is honestly the best apartments, I have ever lived at! I just love it here. I love that the community is quiet, I love that the staff in the office are helpful, and super sweet. Each time I have a service request, it is done right away, and the right way. I will always tell my friends about Brisa at Shadowlake.

There have been several instances of criminal activity and someone attempted to break into my apartment. Management staff are professional and usually provide a resolution to an issue within a day. While staff are nice, the complex needs to work to improve the security of its residents. Security staff are not visible and do serve as a deterrent to criminals.

I have lived here for 6 months and its been a great experience. The staff is always helpful and everyone is friendly. The grounds are kept clean and trash is picked up regularly according to the schedule.

It's been good for the most part. The quality of residents has declined before the Greystar acquisition but GS has done a great job in managing the property. The complaints I have are about noisy, unruly neighbors. The apartments are spacious and it's been a great place to live, so much so that the robberies have declined, for the most part, that's more of a Houston issue than a property issue though.

Just moved in during Covid. I had a real great time with moving in. I got the application and signed the lease in two days. Straightforward process and the whole thing was done online (except signing the lease and boy is that lease comprehensive). I love working with Eve. She was fantastic.

I have been living here for two years and still loving it. Ms Eve has always been very helpful, Ashland or Ashley and all the members of Brisa team. I have recommended friends. One of them already moved in and is loving it as well. But they need to figure out strangers having access to come into the complex.

If you love your self and your family just stay away from this apartment. My friends have been rubbed here with gun . Horrible! Be careful. ..here is very dangerous. . It's not safe for families at all. Every day can see robbery. .. People put their trash everywhere . would give them a 0 if i could Worst management i have ever seen, and there is a lot of drug dealers that selling meth and marijuana

This a very nice and quiet apartment complex. Everyone in the office is very inviting and helpful. The apartments are nice and spacious. All in all this is a great place to live. I've been here since September of 2017.

The layout and location of my apt are perfect. I fell in love as soon as I seen it. I wish I could have a garage nearby. The neighbors are nice and quiet while staying to themselves. I like the office staff, the gym is great when the actual weight bar isn't stolen and the tv remote canbe located.

So far living here is okay but after moving in October and I later found the place very dirty with mold and water damage, and this was not disclosed prior that this was one of the flooded apartments( learned this from former tenant).Also, maintenance not doing their jobs properly adds to problem and it makes me wish I had not moved here.

The maintenance addresses issues within 48 hours. The management team has been tremendously gracious throughout the Covid crisis. The location is in walking distance of Everything! Its still Houston so you need to be aware of your surroundings. But overall, I enjoy living here

My stay at Brisa at Shadowlake has been very positive. The office staff is helpful with any questions or needs you may have. They generally care about their residents. Maintenance is reliable and seem to love what they do which is a plus. Community is friendly and greet you as you pass by. It a wonderful place to call home!

i love this community because its clean and nice, safe, well kept. alot of resturants and grocery stores and hospital near by. great amenities = garages, 24 gym, valet trash, carswash station. the staff and property manager are very helpful, and kind.

Moving anywhere is a hassle but my experience with Brisa at Shadowlake was actually one of the smoothest transitions from apartment to apartment that I've ever had. The staff is very friendly and helpful, they answered every question I had. The maintenance men are efficient and overall the apartment complex is very clean. Moving here is highly recommendable and if you're coming to inquire, talk to Alysen Campbell. She was very professional, and made the entire process very easy for my roommates and I.
