Everything is great, love this community. I’ve recomended it to so many of my friends and family. Maintence requests are simple and they communicate fairly well. Overal great community to raise children in.

Nice place to live to overall. Office staff is really nice and community if well maintained. If I could change one thing it would be the sometimes noise level at the swimming pool area. This can be easily fixed by not allowing music at all. Love the little duckies all around the property.

I have been extremely pleased with the service at Beisa. I have submitted several tickets since moving in and maintenance response on any item I have submitted has been prompt and any resulting work has been completed in a timely manner.

Hasta el momento todo a estado bien, no he tenido que solicitar nada a mantenimiento, solo quisiera saber cuando abrirán la piscina por que solo dijeron que la iban a cerrar hasta nuevo aviso pero no dijeron el por qué y ya tiene 2 semanas y aun no la abren

From the very first day up until now my stay here has been very Very beautiful and satisfying, noise levels are very low and almost non Existent, premises is very clean, staff very courteous and Neighbors well behaved.

Very clean property, spacious well taken care of units, plenty of available parking. This place is honestly a dream. My family and I love it here! My only consistent complaint is our extremely loud neighbors, but other than that everything else has exceeded our expectations.

Brisa @ Shadowlake Community is a place where you always get what you bargain for. From the look on the outside to the inside, the management and all. It's a cute community with many amenities and features for satisfaction of the residents. It's a nice experience for me. EVERYTHING WORK EFFECTIVELY.

The apartments are a good deal. They’re not extremely expensive, but that’s because they are older. However, the complex does a good job of upkeep and maintenance. The insulation is not good, so if your room in by the outside it’ll be extra hot in the summer or cold in the winter. There’s nothing the complex can do if they don’t want to fix the insulation. Safety is okay, but I would keep your guard up. A converter was stolen off a work vehicle here. The complex does have cameras now, so that is good. Overall, it isn’t perfect but it is a good place to live. Flooding isn’t bad either which is hard to find in Houston!

Very good experience whenever I have to place a request maintenance arrive within 24 hours. Landscaping is very clean and neat. I enjoy the pool area it’s calming the barbecue area it’s also very clean. There should be a sign outside stating no pets in the area or in the pool because I didn’t witness someone washing their dog in the pool and when I called There was no answer so it will be nice to have a sign in the pool area stating no pets instead of just on this portal.

Since the first visit I felt very supported by Brisa team. I was moving from other country to the US, and the help they provided me during the leasing process was key for my decision. The community is super convenient, very well maintained and managed.

This apt community has been awesome with cleanliness and maintenance arrives fast but safety is a rising concern for me as we don't have security and there have been multiple car break ins including mine. Also other infractions that bring police involvement. Also it is very loud sometimes, neighbors upstairs who make loud noises and dogs whom owners allow to be on the patio all day bark so loudly. Also wish the gym had more working equipment and problematic appliances in units should be switched out more.

Brisa at Shadowlake has been an exceptional place to live. Ive been here since September of 2020 and have not had any issues with management or maintenance. Theyve always accommodated me and have always fulfilled my requests. Maintenance and management are the most important to me when it comes to leasing an apartment, and I can say theyve all been awesome! Highly recommend, and if I were to renew my lease anywhere, I would most definitely renew it here!

Overall, a great place to live. Great floorplans and features at a reasonable price. Easy access to food, shopping, and major roadways. Management responds quickly to any issues/service calls (only 2 minor ones in 2 years).

My overall experience has been extremely good!! The office staff, even after several changes over the years has remained very professional and absolutely amazing! I can't say enough about the maintenance crew...awesome guys, even during the pandemic!! Thank you all for the great work!

This is a beautiful community with great staff, maintenance and grounds. Like any other place, it has its small problems but the good definitely outweighs the bad! The front office staff is approachable and friendly and maintenance always greets us outside and are very professional when entering our home for any issues. My family loves it here and we are hoping to be here for a long time!

Brisa has been amazing since I stepped foot in my apartment. I can't wait to make it my home. From the beginning it just had a sense of comfort, and it's very well lit on all the hallways. I am a light sleeper and I have enjoyed not being abruptly woken up by anything. I am very happy here.

Its been great so far, only thing I would complain is parking and people not picking up poop from there dogs. I think parking is one main thing they should fix or figure out. Everything else is up kept and really nice staff and answers at a timely manner

Apartments near us have been noisy repeatedly when Im trying to sleep. If you report it to the office or email them an apt # nothing is done but a general email saying building so and so is too loud. Maintenance has repeatedly not fixed the same issue.
