This is the best place that I have ever lived. The property is peaceful and beautiful and the staff is attentive and friendly. Service is done with a smile and they know my name. I work from home and I appreciate the peace and quiet the enables me to work without interruptions.

Simply wonderful.

I couldn’t be any happier. I recently moved from a newer apartment complex and the attention to detail and customer service is beyond excellent. The unit is clean. Layout is very spacious with the vaulted ceilings. Apartment is surprisingly efficient for the age and the complex is safe. The views surrounding the complex are nice and the neighborhood is quiet with friendly neighbors. Audria and Elly were amazing throughout the process and have made my transition a breeze. Overall I highly recommend Crystal Falls and am so happy I moved here.

I can't enter my correct move in year of 1997. Please update the date ranges. How can you get accurate information. Also remove the character minimum on the response. Not everyone want to type this much. I could say thr same thing in fewer characters.

Not a large Apartment complex, which is what I like. Lighting in and around the apartments is well lit easily to see your surroundings. Well gated when working. Grocery stores easy access.Overall a safe complex to live.

Everything about the complex is great. I was looking for a place with management who cares about residents, and they always deliver. Maintenance is always done promptly the next day, and they always fix the issue, above and beyond service.

It's a nice quiet community. It's pretty safe and not far from the major highways or stores. Overall, staff is friendly and if ok anything needs fixed it's fixed in less than 24 hours. Pretty safe and spacious apartment.

Hot water often off. Miss.Elly is the best at the front office i would recommend going through her for all your needs as other leasing agents aren't as pleasant and can be very shady. Hot tub is a plus as well as the pond and Ducks.

Beautiful and well maintained community

After having lived at this property for over 2 years, I can say with confidence this has to be one of the best apartments in the greater Houston area. The grounds are kept clean but more than that it has a beautiful ecosystem with birds, turtles, frogs, and lizards with trees and flowers abound. The apartment complex is old but very well maintained and well-designed, with a quick and efficient maintenance crew. There are many long term residence which builds a wonderful sense of community. Elly and Audria go above and beyond to provide a get-together roughly once a month to foster community. As a woman I have felt exceedingly safe within this community, a little oasis in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Houston.

I've lived on the property for years and it's always been a nice quiet place to live. Neighbors are friendly. I would like to see more up to date gym equipment in the weight room and more powerful cooling systems to help with the tripple digit temperatures in the summer. Overall this is a great place to stay. Ms. Elly is always very polite and professional.

Elly and Audria are both friendly and helpful. This was only the second apt that I looked at on my search. From the very beginning I knew it was the right fix for me. The apartment and the community are well kept and any issues are taken care of in a timely manner. Very happy with my choice.
