Apartment not worth the rent. Parking is not assigned, always a parking issue. Catalytic converter stolen and no offer of assistance from office and neighbors "didn't see" anything. Neighbors are nosy and cliquish.

Very welcome, a quiet and safe neighborhood. Neighbors are friendly. The trash system is helpfull and convenient. The ponds add a great peace zen mood to the apartments complimented by the forest like scenory I over all love it.

Very quiet with great neighbors and nice staff. On-site laundry and a community gym is convienent. Prime location with access to HWY 59, US HWY 90, and the Beltway allows me to get to work in under 20 minutes.

Fantastic apartment homes. The units are on the old side but they are very well maintained. I've had very few issues with anything breaking or needing repairs in the apartment. And when I have had issues they've been fixed very promptly. The office and maintenance staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Overall a fantastic place to live

The staff is friendly, professional, and very prompt with response. Maintenance is fast, kind, and gets it fixed the first time they come out. The property is well kept, the amenities are always clean and available, and the gate is always working. As a single female all of this makes me very comfortable and feel safe living at this community

As this being my first apartment the office team was really welcoming. The neighbors are kind and respectful, and at the moment everything is affordable. The view of the pond is calming and decent scenery. Overall Crystal Falls is my home for a few more years to come.

My overall experiences at this community have been good. There have only been a few instances when I needed to go directly to the manager and leasing office to discuss my concerns. The staff listened and addressed my concerns in a timely fashion.

Excellent management. They are friendly, helpful and efficient. The grounds are well maintained with greenery and flowers year round. Maintenance requests are acted on promptly. All and all very well managed.

Stop giving a required number of characters that is annoying. The staff at Crystal Falls always are courteous and handle my maintenance needs correct the first time. The buildings are repaired quickly if needed.

The Staff Consistently protects and advocates for the interest of others, even when they are not around. An they will always share plans and updates, to ensure alignment .They try to always assess current and future realities, taking into account internal and external factors.

I have been a resident of Crystal Falls for almost a month now. While no community is perfect, I genuinely enjoy living here. The residents are courteous and look out for each other, and there is not a lot of noise from neighbors. The surroundings are beautiful, and it is nice to be out of the hustle and bustle of city life. Maintenance requests are completed in a reasonable time, and all of the staff and management is kind and make you feel at home.

Great management, typically a quiet area, surrounded by schools and highly surveillances with law enforcement driving around the area, competitive rent pricing, requests are answered as immediately as they can be.

The apartment was very beautiful and clean. The community is also incredibly quiet, so far I haven't heard any loud or disruptive noises. My move in experience was smooth and easy thanks to the very helpful staff.

My stay in the apartment is a home away from home where I experience peaceful and quiet community concern of each other's wellbeing. My neighbors are kind, and the management sees to it that all of our needs, requests are met.

I've only been here a short time and it really feels like a community. Depending on where you move there may be a slight problem parking near your place. They off trash valet, which I love. Lastly, I have had the front office call me on a Sunday about an issue and then the next day resloved it.

It's been a wonderful place to live for the most part it's quiet and also safe. Very dog friendly with open land near the complex for your dog's exercise. And there's a lot of bike trails near the apartment complex for cyclists to exercise and also there is a gym inside the complex.

My experience at Crystal Falls has so far been wonderful. The property and landscaping is excellent. On occasions you may see or experience loud music, dogs barking, expired registration tags on non running vehicles. No property is 100 percent perfect, thanks to some tenants. Overall, it's okay for me.

I love living here. Friendly very competent staff. Elly and Audria make any visit to the office pleasant. Thwy go about of their way to be helpful. Joe and Paulino are fast and friendly when maintenance is required.

The apartments are decent for the price you pay, but it's brought awareness of what features and quality I seek in the future when moving into a different apartment. The apartments are older so it is not surprising that they are a bit outdated, but the customer service is great and the staff does a great job with making their tenants feel as comfortable as possible.
