I've lived at Crystal Falls for over 8 months now. I've been very pleased with the responsiveness of management. They replaced my apartment air conditioner with a new unit. They also took the time to replace the subfloor in the unit above me after I asked if there was anything they could do about the creaky floor. I haven't had any issues with dogs barking or people playing loud music. This has been one of the best apartments I've lived at.

overall it's been a very good experience. I would like to see more security in the complex, but the office staff is very nice and so are the maintenance guys. if at all possible I would hope that after going through the pandemic that we could get a break on going up on the rent when we renew the lease this time around.

The Management staff was very helpful on my move-in day, and made me feel very welcome. The apartment was clean when I entered. The only problem I would say I had was the electrical sockets being a little too "loose" Once I got surge protectors that fixed the issue. All in all it was a very nice experience.

The Crystal Falls community is one of the best managed properties in Houston. I appreciate how helpful, thorough, and courteous the office staff and maintenance crew are. One of the things that attracted me to the property was the small size. The size makes it feel cozy.

Overall the community is very nice and family oriented. The only thing suggested is enforcing the residents to pick up after their dogs. Feces make the community grounds nasty and smelly when residents disregard this rule. They should be fined a fee.

Good landscaping in front of complex that attracts potential tenants. Any maintenance issues are handled quickly by staff and crew. Lease rates are good for the location which is quickly accessible to local malls, restaurants, and downtown Houston and other cities.

This community is small, which provides a lovely opportunity for community if someone wanted it. Its pleasant natural features brings a sense of peace that only nature can bring. With the help of hired landscapers, it stays well maintained. Maintenance is typically done within the same 24 hrs submitted depending on the hour and day (example weekends/hokidays). There is a maintenance man who lives here and they are all respectful and kind. The residents herr give the personel here nothing but love and feel heard and seen when bumping into one another. The leasing office is also wonderful. So kind and legit care. I have a saying, it doesn't matter how nice a place, if the leasing office people suck then your experience will be hell. I'm so grateful that's not the case here! I am amazed by their compassion and how they go out of their way to help. This place is lead by heart and it makes aaaaall the difference. The apartments themselves have a really quaint look. The interior is simple but that's fine; lets the individual give it personality. The outside is Absolutely adorable. I am told the owner is an artist and she designed the vision that is Crystal Falls. With its pool and little turtle pond, along with its water feature, you can feel at peace, and cared for at this little oasis.

When I initially moved in I was met with a huge cockroach in the light fixture in the kitchen. The apartment features such as cabinets, faucets, thermostat are outdated and old. Responsible for all fees.

These apartments are very nice she lowkey, the office people are helpful, the community of people are great. The only issue I had was that my car tires and rims were stolen and no one knows who did it because there are absolutely no cameras, not even at the gate. I moved in a week ago, so you could only imagine how i feel

I have lived here for 30 plus years. The management staff has responded quickly to resolve any issue I have had in the past. The maintenance staff is very knowledgeable and professional. The grounds are kept up very nicely, I have always felt very safe here. This community is pet friendly.
