I enjoy living at Crystal Falls Apartments! It's very quiet for the most part, my neighbors are mindful of noise levels and very friendly. The complex is well kept and calmer than many of the apartments I looked at nearby before moving. Management is great and is always ready to help when needed. This is my first apartment and because I love it here so much, I continue to renew because it is so worth it!

I lived here previously for 13 years and just returned after caring for my mother for a few years. It is classy, resort-like with a pool and grill. It is safe on a Bayou with a walking trail, a Parkway with wetland ponds and vaccant blocks on either side, so little traffic. Most of all the Staff is long term and gracious.

The apartments are nice. Maintenance deserves 20 stars. Neighbors can be loud at times but it is not regularly. The "jacuzzi" is just a regular pool and they do not clean them often. I think overall the rent is too high for the amenities they have because most of the time they do not do what they should. Plus the hot water goes off every other month for days.

Crystal Falls is a great apartment complex. It is a quiet and peaceful place to live. The scenery is beautiful. I enjoy the amenities: pool and workout room. I also like the pond and the turtles. It is a great place to live.

This community have been amazing so far. Residents and staff are really nice amenities actually work, and eveything was clean from the property to the actual apartment unit. The location is in the middle of everything and secluded which makes us feel safe

Feels like a hidden gem apartment in Houston. Has very few bad reviews on Google Maps which is incredibly uncommon. The property is older, but it's well maintained and the layout of the community/apartments is intelligent. They are not just boxes stacked on top of eachother with no rhyme or rhythm. Most of the tenants have been around for longer which definitely speaks volumes about the place. Overall a great small, reasonable, get-away apartment complex in Houston.

Excellent Apartment complex. Maintenance is efficient and the grounds are kept clean at all times????..Manager is a good listener and always available to ensure tenants concerns are resolved promptly.

Not bad for the price but the some apts units are to old that need to be updated parking lot has two many potholes and bumps that should be addressed and there's to many issues where the water is not working properly

Office staff is great, maintenance team is awesome. My only issue is the lack of gym amenities and the apartments are a little bit of out of date. Other than that it still seems like a good value for the amount of rent you pay.

The staff is experienced, professional and friendly. So are the residents. The property is clean and well kept. I like living here. The community is small and inviting. I would recommend it to anyone interested in becoming a resident here at Crystal Falls.

Wonderful community. Pretty quiet and nice apartments. So far I didn't see any bugs inside the apartment, which is a good sign. Most importantly management and maintenance staff is courteous, responsive, and professional.

I've only lived at Crystal Falls for a short time; however I enjoy living here. The Property is well maintained; and the Office Staff are always professional and courteous . Ms. Audria and Ms. Elly ensure that the residents are well taken care of. I would feel much better however if the property had security cameras, or some form of security for the residents.

So far so good, minor issues with security gate, but all resolved. That's it, I'm just typing to resolved the 200 letters needed to submit. This is ridiculous and needs to be changed so we don't waste our TIME!!!

Beautiful community, staff is very friendly. Always clean and very safe and secure. I lived here for three years, left and came back. I did not find any other community that would give me what crystal falls has done for me.

Very quiet and peaceful property, Surrounded by Greenbelt makes it more Serene. Very courteous staff The support staff were really supporting and available for assistance immediately on request. I Totally Enjoyed my stay..

I love living here! I feel safe and my neighbors are very friendly. staff is great! Anytime I have a problem They are quick to respond! My studio apartment is gorgeous! Small but just enough space. Overall Crystal Falls is the place to be!

The Crystal Falls Apartment complex is one of Houston's best kept secrets. Nestled away in Southwest Houston, it is a gem. I have lived here for over 3 years but have some neighbors that have been here for 15+ years. Staff and Maintenance are very responsive.

Great staff working extremely hard to keep the community up and running. They are super attentive to everything that goes on here and everyone that lives here. They are quick to respond and always follows up on every maintenance request. Keep in mind this is an older apartment so there is some wear and tear but they work very hard to keep it nice. The only downside is the parking a lot of people don't tend to move often so it can be hard to get a space in front of your building especially at night but you will always find a spot.
