I like it, very calm and good neighbors. Everything is close by and has nice facilities. They have the option to pay rent online which is great and very convenient. Something breaks down you put the order online and they're quick to fix it.

A Great quiet community that is respectful towards each other. Great location too that has plenty of access to: Restaurants, retail, highway, schools etc A Friendly and courteous staff always eager to help. Very comfortable living.

Community is well maintained but needs more follow up from staff. Application and payment were submitted as requested but no follow up has been made after a week!! Calling to the property is not accessible. Also, the calendar to tour is wrong on the website.

I love the front office staff. Apartments are decent. Maintenance is the absolute worst. Not only do they take extremely long to meet one's needs, they do not show any interest in the tenant's concerns or worries.

Roaches. Management does nothing

Don't fall for these obvious fake reviews. Check on Google reviews and you'll see the difference. There are roaches. They rarely fumigate and when they do, they only spray the kitchen cabinets. Maybe behind the fridge if you're lucky. Don't live here if you plan on keeping any food in the pantry because there will be roaches in there

Quail Creek Apartments is an excellent community to live in. It offers great amenities such as multiple swimming pools, exercise facilities, and a designated area for pet bathing should you be a pet owner. The cpmplex is well lit at night increasing the residents safety and security.

The apartment are good and accommodating to the residence have helped anytime something needed fixing the gym is small but good for a work out. Pet friendly and family oriented. I have enjoyed my time here thus far

It's an awesome community I love all the things that are included with the apartment. The one thing I don't like about it is the noise from the traffic and sometimes the up stairs neighbors are a little bit loud and sounds like they are throwing things on the floor champion or wrestling of some sort

Great community, kid and pet friendly. Highly recommend. Great staff. Feel save, pools are always clean. When you call the office the office staff are always available to take your calls. Gym is great as well.

Don't rent here if you don't have to. It's probably the worst ever. There's a problem with roaches, their management sucks and they are so rude. Look for better. People that don't even live here come to the pool and have parties, I've notified them in the office that they're jumping the fence to get in, they don't care. No specific parking for residents people have a bunch of cars/guess, therefor if your neighbor has a party, Goodluck finding parking. Terrible

Tengo un departamento de 2 recamaras y son c?modos y espaciosos, tiene la ventaja de tener lavadora y secadora. La comunidad es tranquila y respetuosa y est?n bien ubicados ya que no est?n en zona de mucho tr?fico. Los detalles que me gustarian cambiaran son que quitaran la alfombra en los cuartos ya que son mas complicadas de limpiar y que los ba?os tuvieran la regadera fuera de la tina porque es dificil para las personas con problemas en las rodillas entrar a la tina para ba?arse ?. Pero en general son c?modos, amplios y est?n bien ubicados?

The amenities at the community are great and very well kept. Except our rent keeps going up every year without notice and it has gotten to the point where we can't afford it. Office staff never seems to have their stuff in order.
