Esta muy bonitos la gente de mantenimiento en general los mantienen limpios tanto como jardines como estacionamiento y en las oficinas las personas encargadas soy muy amables y tratan de ayudarte en resolver tu problema.

You can always find the area around the main building and pool clean, from the sidewalk to the grass being kept cut. The sprinklers turn on at night so there is no disturbance with sounds and most main walkways are undisturbed.

I have lived here since 2020 and have not experienced any problems that would cause me to desire to move. I have not experienced any serious security concerns and I must commend the maintenance staff on their excellent work.

Parking spaces taken with non operative vehicles a couple by the 7 front and side building makes it further to park from our unit not only that plus, when there’s visitors worst to find a close by space to your unit. Also, alot of suspicious vehicles park in the late evening hours thats why it makes it scarier to park far from your unit and walk all across. Think security more will help this issues. Other that that services and staff are beyond helpful

Super cool, everyone is so cool, is peaceful and clean, neighbors are Good persons. Just for the parking lot sometimes there are a lot of cars from visitors that we, the ones we live here, we dont find spaxe available

Don't move here. Roach infested. You pay for appliances you can't even use. You call the office and nobody ever answers. Maintenance is lazy. There is never parking. People leave trash all the time in the front of their doors. So many stray cats that constantly urinate all over the "decorative" gravel and rocks. The smell is strong.

It was an easy process to move in. Staff was knowledgeable and very helpful in the process. Very clean and safe place to live with the family. Its in a great location with good schools that your kids will attend too.

The management made the entire process go incredibly smoothly. From submitting a request for an apartment, to getting the keys to one! Our apartment had been very well cleaned prior to coming in that it didn't take much for us to finally settle into our new home.

This people steal from you so anyone that is looking to rent from this people I highly recommend for you to stay away from these people. We had our stuff moved out because of military purposes but when they were about take out the rest, the property owner didn’t want to allow us to grab it and they first said things where thrown away but then she said some stuff was still there; why be such an ------- and not let us grab the stuff. I mean if you want to argue and battle over my property that was left there that is worth less than $100 then that’s your issue. Yes, granted that we released the property to you so it is your right to say whatever is left over from government professionals moving out is your property, but make sure your employees stick to the script and reflect what your intentions are instead of giving me the run-around and contradict your own statements as well as what your employees had told me. Why must you laugh in the background when you were exposed on lying about being in the apartment and you seen that everything was thrown out when you ultimately say that most things were thrown out and NOT EVERYTHING was thrown out. I had more than one person verify that things looked the same in the apartment and nothing from the property was thrown in the dumpsters (another contradiction). If you want to lock the doors and bar access to let your employees share in the bounty of old food, cleaning chemicals and used clothing then be my guest. You say that there was a lot of trash in the apartment then later on in the conversation, you say that there was minimal stuff in the apartment. Why laugh and act immature when you are the property owner? That is so unprofessional. You should know what goes on at your property, so you should know what has been done in the unit since you said that you did a walk-through of the property. The place was raggedy since the beginning. The carpet was dirty, sticky and still wet when we arrived. We had to clean it (carpets), the toilets were raggedy, there was dog hair everywhere when we moved in, they always have issues with the water. Check your inspection report, and if your employees did their job, they would have annotated that there were already damages to the place that were never fixed when I requested it (i.e. carpet piece was missing in front of bathroom #1, hole by door was not fixed). The bathroom seats failed within weeks of being on the property. I seen a field rat running on the perimeter of the property, which isn’t too too harmful, but when you hear one in between the wall and you see the snout of the black rat peek out of the hole, that is a major concern. Don’t forget about the roaches that randomly appear from the sewer line and drains. Don’t forget the random water shutdowns with no notice. How many times do you all have to do emergency water shut downs until you all realize that you all have a major issue at your complex? But don’t worry, everyone else that we spoke to are tired of having their floors being flooded because of the water issues. The apartments are all dirty all over the place. We had never had such a bad experience with Carmel like this place and management sucks, they are only there to take your money but when you need them to fix something they take forever. We always went to the pool at Carmel, but never touched the pool at Quail Creek. I wonder why… If your workers kept the pool clean, then maybe the pool would be used more often amongst your tenants. If stealing from your tenants and giving them sub-standard living is your goal in life, good luck, but we travel often and will keep a close eye on how your “business” is conducted. Stay away from this place, avoid a headache with uneducated unethical people that are full of ----. Maybe they should learn how to stay humble and not over use your power just to steal from people. If you were blessed with power use it to do good and help people and not to do injustice with it.

It's a nice apartments nice neighborhood, the only thing I don't like it the small deck. But everything else I love it here. We have plenty of parking area. I can't say much of the pool yet haven't been here in the summer yet.

Hemos estado muy agusto este tiempo en el departamento, servicio excelente, el unico concern es que hace una semana nos robaron una bicicleta, eso es algo aue nunca habia pasado, lo comente con los vecinos y dicen que ultimamente ha robado cosas en la comunidad.

Office staff need to pay more attention to the problems that exist in the complex. Need to be more kind specially to the first and future residents, my first experience, they didn't even showed me my apt.

Fun people and closes to my job. Only problem is as soon as I move in I have a toilet problem and some outlets don't work. Also trying to figure out what my mail is going to and never got an email from my office or call.

Peaceful, quiet, great customer service from the staff both office and maintenance. They are very respectful and will try to get your issues resolved as soon as possible. This is my second time renting at this complex, but with different management, I can say that the experience right now is better than the first one.

It's been good so far zero complaints or problems with the apartment or complex. Pool seems clean no bug problems. No noise complaints. No problems with any of the appliances. I wish month to month did not ad added fee.

Good place, quite, friendly and best is the office staff, always friendly and helpful. I would recommend this apartment complex to any one looking for a good safe place to live. Close to restaurant's, shopping and schools are close by.

I like the community and the Quail Creek Team is very professional and helpful. The rates are very fair and the apartments are in good condition. I would recommend them to anyone who is interested. This has been a positive experience!

Excellent ambience, good neighborhood! But they need to replace appliances for new ones. The gym is never open or rarely available, pool is in good conditions, staff is friendly and attentive and there is a problem with plague, at night you can see them crawling in your kitchen, they fumigate every 6 months I believe! Sadly the problem is still there.. they are very flexible if you need to stay a couple of months more, I would recommend! But be aware of the plague and the fact that the refrigerators or at least mine leaks water.. other than that I loved it

While looking to move out for the first time in my life, I came across this wonderful community. What I thought would take forever was quickly turned into such an easy process. The leasing agent made the whole process very fast and efficient! I am looking forward to this new chapter in my life!

Community is really calm, private and safe all accommodations there is helps a lot. The fact that is comes with washer dryer as well as dishwasher makes it easier when working all day. It also helps that staff is very approachable , courteous, problem solvers and professional.

Es un buen lugar para vivir, el ?nico inconveniente es que los due?os de perros no levantan las heces fecales que sus mascotas hacen en el pasto y esto ocasiona que haya moscas que si se meten a el departamento pueden ocasionar foco infecciosos de enfermedades importantes, por lo que suguiero que haya alguien de los departamentos vigilando a los due?os que salen con sus mascotas y vigilen que se cumpla el que levanten las heces fecales o si se niegan les apliquen una multa, ademas que si nosotros como vecinos les tomamos una foto la enviemos a publicar para que todos sepamos que inquilino es el que no obedece las reglas

Safe, clean, and quiet environment. All of my neighbors are respectable people. There are little to no problems with the units. Staff is kind, and courteous. Any issues are immediately resolved. The maintenance team works great.

Staff is great! They were able to provide me with all the information I needed and they really take the residents requests into consideration. The process of moving in was great. No issues at all. I'm extremely satisfied and happy I chose to lease here.
