it is very spacious, also a very friendly neighborhood. it has a pool area for the hot days its very convenient. also the apartments are very taken care of good amount of rooms would recommend this place to anyone is this price range

It has been great so far. The staff is very professional and seem to care about the property. So excited we have a small gym room now. It's a safe place where my kids can play outside or in the small playground. If I had to change one thing it be improving the pool bc the water doesnt seem to have a good flow

The Front office staff is extremely helpful and professional. The apartment has a great floorplan good living space .I love the tile (wood looking) floors gives it a modern and clean look . The neighbors are all friendly . I feel safe living here.

I love my apartment but the only downfall and what I really hate is that I have lot's of roaches. I was not aware of this. If I would of know I would of never moved it. My son is terrified of them. When are having lunch or dinner we see them on the walls or in the pantry in the food that gross. They came to fumigate but the problem still exists lot's of roaches. Never have we lived in an apartment with roaches ???????? My husband just wants to pack up and leave this place but I tell him wait hopefully they fumigate with more powerful chemicals. I love the place but I hate the roaches.

Apartment is pretty and prices are relatively reasonable. They told us we would have a washer and dryer when we moved in but it won't be installed until mid October. Neighbors are dirty and loud at times.

I love living at quail creek not only because it is extremely quiet but the staff whenever there is something wrong it literally takes less than 1 hour and you will have your problem taken care off. Great staff!!

Its completely comfortable and nice live here with family, it's clean, secure and the amenities are very cool. The apartment have a good space and pretty decorations. The access to schools are very near.

I like everything, except people not cleaning after their dogs. People here don't have the culture of cleaning that up even though there is an area for their mascots with trashcans and everything. Other than that, everything is great.

We love this apartment complex. It's quiet. The kids love hanging out with the kids in the neighborhood. Everyone is super friendly. I have no problem with management either. Definitely the place to rent.

The apartments were remodeled within the last few years, but major remodeling issues happened. Cabinetry isn't sealed, kitchen has major problems, there are several insect problems with only mild fumigation happening, pool area isn't properly maintained...

When they fumigate they always make us take everything out for nothing they never pay a good company to come do it right, its always the same story. office answers phone when they want, staff has relations to each other. The good is that mainantance is good And good location no crime around. They should post velocity signs.
