Have been at Quail Creek apartments for 7 years and I enjoy it. I have no complaints regarding service. The management is wonderful and have never had any problems. We also have several banks, gas stations and restaurants within blocks away.

For the most part everything here has been good. There are parts of buildings and the pool area that need obvious attention but it's not too bad. The maintenance crew seem to be back logged or something because it took a week for them to come address a very simple issue. I wish they would fix up the outside of the buildings a little and pay more attention to the chlorine levels & cleanliness of the pool.

I love the apartments but there's always issues and it makes it extremely inconvenient to live in when there's a constant issue I've had to miss work because of it too. I shouldn't have to pay for things that don't even work

Nice place to live. Place needs structure, however, it's a good place to live for a couple of years. It is clean and comfortable overall. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I would recommend for a small family.

The office staff is very friendly and the apt is very spacious and I love that it comes with a washer and dryer, the complex itself offers a gym and pool and I really loved that. It is a quiet place very happy I chose this place.

It's been a few months and it's a calm neighborhood. Staff is friendly & attentive . I had heard about roach problem in buildings but so far I haven't had any problems. My apt complex is clean and my neighbors are very nice people. I like the fact appliances are in my apt and I don't have to walk to a laundromat and I have easy access to a gym. I recommend these apts if you are on budget and a good place to live for reasonable price.

Very nice scenery and the apartment is nice on the inside! I have only lived here for a few weeks but it has been enjoyable. The carpet is nice and does not look cheap. The appliances do not look as outdated either. Would recommend.

As a single woman living in her mid XXs, what you want out of an apartment is efficiency, affordability, convenience with the overall security. and these apartment have been what I have been searching for. When I first moved in the staff was beyond hopeful. Kimberly was very patient with all the questions and concerns that I have/had. I would very much recommend these apartments to a friend.

My overall experience has been very positive. Modern well kept and very clean complex, also a very quiet and friendly community which is very important to me. The swimming pools are cleaned daily, I can leave my lawn chairs out on the porch or BBQ grill outside because so far safety hasn't been an issue for me or my neighbors as far as I know.

during the move in process i was helped in every way possible. the staff was extremely helpful and i could not be happier with how smooth everything went. i had an issue with my A/C unit not working properly and it was replaced the next day with a brand new unit. the property itself is very well maintained and any issues have been resolved quickly and with out further problems.

It's been quiet and safe and for the most part, the area is well maintained. The trash sometimes becomes unsightly becaus of the accumulation of trash. The pools are clean and functional. The new gym is a great asset. I hope more equipment is added.

This place is horrid. I ever have hot water for long. They punish me for complaining about things that break by setting up unscheduled bug spraying. They never give more than 12 hour before entering the premise. I want to move out now. I want to live someplace where the hot water doesn't stop working every weekend.
