Neighborhood sucks not safe a drive by occurred on the connecting street, the street seems like its a highway always traffic, and the staff are horrible. Maintenance never fixes anything always late or incomplete. When I moved in there were insects and cockroaches in the unit and was told i needed to clean. The management staff do not care about what is going on with your unit or the connecting units in regards to noise, DRUGS, or anything that is mentioned to them. Horrible place to live at. DO NOT RENT HERE.

I was very surprised when coming across the reviews of these apartments. I can only assume that some may be fraudulent reviews. When I moved-in, there were roaches everywhere and the unit needed much repair. The office staff were very blunt with me about their personal opinions of my life since the first day that I meet them before I had even discussed anything with them. It was rude and unprofessional at the very least. If asked maintanance, then the office has to be told several times about the issue before I even hope for it to be taken care of. The office doesn't pick-up the blame for this and they seem to forget about any of the maintanance issues that you let them know about. Maintanance will even come in now without so much as a notice or even a phone call. It is quiet, private, has two nice pools, and the area around the apartments is well kept. The spaces have balconies, so that is nice and they have trees surrounding the buildings, so it is a nice view.

The apartments are great. However, the maintanance is horrible, and they take a long time to fix problems. They always come to my unit and leave with work undone. I like the office manager, but she tells me that she is working under staffed. Who knows when they will finish fixing my unit.

I've received great service and peace of mind living here. so far I know I can count on office staff to help me fix any problems I may have. I love this apartment I chose to call home not only because of great service but also because work is only 10 minutes away and that's a big plus in my book.

I got a job in Laredo and had to move from Buffalo, NY very quickly. The office staff worked hard to make sure my experience was as seamless and easy as possible. They had the apartment clean and ready for me with very little notice and they were very quick to respond to my questions and concerns.

pool area is not enforced for violation of rules and unauthorized people. parking is not available for residents when pool area is occupied. handicap parking is not marked with a sign required by law. the noise level from pool area very loud

My children and I are very happy living at Quail Creek apartments, the office personnel, the maintenance personnel, my neighbors are really awesome, my youngest girl has a lot of friends and we all watch for our kids!!!! I do recommend anyone to live here.

I don't know anything about Laredo when I start looking for apartments . I had several apartments information and at the same time , The only reason why I select the quail creek is because the customer services . Maria was the person who answered my phone and answer my question I feel this is the good place where I need to go which means I trust . Maria have me believe that this is a right place to stay .I received very good customer service is when I first everything is good

it's a very good experience knowing it quiet & a good community that a family can live in with complaints. everyone is nice and friendly. plus there is a nice pool to relax on the side with family and friends no need to go wash any place where but home.

Its been great! You basically get what you pay for, its pricey but its very nice looking and maintenance is always on point! I would definately recomend this place! Aside from all this everything is near mall, restaurants, schools & movies!

These apartments are nice, the area is quiet and access to stores, restaurants is good, not too far away. Neighborhood is nice, elementary schools are right next door. Over all would recommend this community to anyone pondering apartment.

I recently moved into these apartments and so far, I like it! I have a sense of independence and privacy that it awesome. My only concern is that the washer/dryer were not connected at the date of move in. We have voiced our concern, but it has not been fixed. The staff is really nice and willing to help. I'm just assuming there is a lot of work and will hopefully get to helping us as well as the others.

Good, neighbors are nice, My apt. looks new. I have easy access to the amenities. the staff are very courteous and professional. Close to restaurants and the main road too. They also pet friendly.The driveway needs a bit of a face-lift, but that basically it.

The apartments are located conveniently close to shopping centers and restaurants and easily accessible to major roads, the staff in the office are very friendly and willing to help to your needs , maintenance requests are handled promply and efficiently . The community is kept clean and the pools are kept clean as well .

I love this place. It's always quiet and the staff is great. I have lived here for 8 years and plan to stay for at least two more years until I can afford a house. The pricing is great, for an Apartment Complex that's on the North side of Laredo, it's very affordable.

I like this community a lot. It's not gated, so it feels more like you're part of the community. There are two nice pools to swim in surrounded by lots of palm trees. It's generally pretty quite at night. The price is good. I am never without a place to park. Overall, a good experience so far.
