I have never lived in an apartment before and my experience here at the Quail Creek Apartments has been awesome. This was my first time needing maintenance and they did a very good job. They did the work the same day and completed all of the things on my list. Was very pleased!

The community is awesome. Quite enough yet, busy enough to feel like a fun place. The residents are all so kind and nice. Fantastic home away from home. I was most happy with Marie as she knew that I was a good resident and went to speak to the manager when she noticed that I received a do not rent notice. How awesome was that.

Great service and very clean. I couldn't be happier with the living conditions. The staff in the front office were friendly, helpful, and professional. The newly renovated apartment was clean and in great condition. I must say I am thankful to be living here.

Management is always helpful and courteous. This team is highly professional. They're willingness to help with any question and/or resolve an issue is better than in any other apartment complex I've experienced in Laredo yet. In my experience, they went the extra mile to find a solution.

Ashe to the flooding we have not been able to move our furniture around and it's been over a month. We are given due dates but nothing has been completed. Most of the work was done unprofessionally and the property manager is aware of this. Thanks

Very easy move-in. Staff was very helpful. My apartment was renovated and it looked very nice when I moved in. The apartments are a bit price but it is worth it to live in a nice calm area that is still near by the highway, HEB, Wal Mart and Work. It is a great place for families and any one

the most thing i love about the apartment is the large parking spaces, not numbered, and enough for all the residents. the fact that all the apartments are NOT facing the main street it give a sense of security. The employees are always on the watch for any insecure situation.

We did a walk-in inventory and those little details have not been fixed. Like, The bottom of the front door trim is rotten and loose. The living room floor is noisy. Also, the light fixture is missing light bulbs. We had to put our own. Bath tub needs culking .

Quail Creek was recommended by a friend in 2008 and I have been here ever since. I am very satisfied at Quail Crrek Apts. I don't have any complaints especially now under the new management you can see changes are good and beneficial to tenants.

Great staff always kept me on the loop with issues I've had which are minimal, kept me informed of any thefts in the area to take extra precautions . Friendly people , weekly maintenance on trees and grass, daily cleaning of pool and surrounding area.

Quail Creek Apartments sit in the middle of a up scale neighborhood(QUAIL CREEK) traffic noise is a whisper, no such thing as dogs and cats running loose. Ladies push their baby strollers on the sidewalk that leads to the huge park across the street complete with a wooden arched walk bridge. People stop to say hello to each other. There are no shouting or fights in this neighborhood. its simply not done. We live in luxury. We have a sprawling 3 be 2 bath flat with 2 gated private courtyards for our Apartment. There a no telephone poles to mare the vision of the large trees and well kept landscaping. Our home has covered parking ,fireplace, washer/dryer, huge master suite with our queen bed we still had room for a sectional.. Large glass windows, updated for heating and cooling control. We have 2 dinning rooms 1 formal 1 breakfast room complete with terra cota tiling. But the greatest luxuary is the staff and maintenance crew. With out a doubt KAITLYN IS THE BEST MANGER I HAVE EVER HAD THE PRIVELGE TO DEAL WITH. SHE MAKES SURE WE ALL FEEL WELCOMED ALL OF THE TIME, NOT JUST WHEN WE ARE SIGNING THE LEASE AGREEMENT BUT SHE IS WARM AND FRIENDLY LONG AFTER THE NEW WEARS AWAY. THE lADY, ALSO MAINTAINS A COMPLEX WITH Fantastic kept grounds , flower beds. landscaping only the upper neighborhoods have to offer. At QUAIL CREEK APARTMENTS you will not find junk cars, people working on their cars, children unattended and strangers lurking or wandering on the grounds. We are a small cozy complex and the maintenance men are quick to answer the call when our Apartment coughs up a hic-up. So if you are looking for a upscale APARTMENT, IN A QUIET WELL MAINTAINED NEIGHBOOR THEN GIVE THE PLACE A LOOK-SEE. But if you are into parting with loud music and getto blasters while you work on your car this is not the complex for you.

We have lived at Quail Creek for over a year now, and the only reason we are leaving is due to my husband getting a job transfer. In response to some of the other reviews: number 1: we have had a few minor leaks in our apartment as well, one from the AC and the other from the roof (which has just been reroofed, by the way). During those times we called the 24 hour maintenence and they followed up promptly and took care of the issue. The carpet got a little wet around the AC but this was also taken care of immediately, and the maintenence guy followed up the next day. Both the maintenence guys are very nice and helpful. Number 2: there have been the occasional bugs, but since we have cats who like to hunt for them it hasn't been an issue. There has never been any kind of "infestation" in our experience here. Exterminators come regularly and spray the apartment even if you don't really need it. No.3 I have NEVER seen syringes around the parking lot! That's ridiculous. I have seen an occasional "thug" walking the streets in our neighborhood, but not a resident using drugs of any kind. There has been some noise from construction but that's only because they are trying to make this a nicer place to live. Parking is adequete. There are people who hop the fence to the pool, but all you have to do is call the 24 hr hotline and they will take care of it. Our apt is right in front of the pool so it can get noisy at times, but if that would be an issue for you, request an apt that is not so close to the pool area. Lastly, I think the manager, Mr. Solis, does a great job. He is always in his office or walking the property making sure everything is in order. He is strict, but also reasonable, if you are actually a GOOD tenant. He doesn't put up with trouble makers or tenants who deliberatley break the rules because he tries to keep this complex a decent place to live. I really enjoy having him as our property manager, and have for the most part enjoyed living in quail creek. I can't imagine a better place in Laredo for the service and the price.

well, unfortunatly I lived at quail creek for about 3 years. During that time our apt had 4 water leaks! on two seperate occasions our ac unit leaked water all over the livingroom carpet. Another happened in the master bedroom coming from the pipes in the walls which leaked water all over that carpet too. the other leak we had was coming from the kitchen ceiling! we also had a major roach infestation, large and small. i myself had to place roach baits all over apt to control the situation. parking is horrible! parking spaces arent't numbered so its first come first serve. everybody parks illegally along the wooden fence and cops do pass by and give out tickets. our car was broken into and christmas decor was stolen from the front door. our neighbors would party almost every night and leave beer bottles and BBQ grills thrown all over. there is always trash flying around complex grounds. people that arent even tenants use the pool all the time and we could see them from our window jumping the fence. the water service bill is suppose to be at a fixed rate but fluctuated every month sometimes reaching 55$! when we would ask to speak to the manager, william solis, he would never be in or he would give an excuse for everything. as far as the good things about quail creek i could only think of a couple. it was close to our famlies houses on mines rd, nice big trees and, alright floor plans

Quail Creek Apartments, The Worst Place to Live
Under no circumstances live in these apartments. I lived 5 years and 3 occasions stolen cars, the last time broke the glass to 15 cars. At night go outside and take cars there, I repeatedly found syringes in the parking lot. Couples came and stood hours in the car. The attention of the staff is terrible, they are despots and when you leave you do fees that are not. Look elsewhere.

Great Living Experience
iF YOU ARE FROM OUT OF TOWN OR NEW IN THE AREA,IT IS A NO-BRAINER THIS SHOULD BE THE APARTMENT OF CHOICE IN lAREDO.wE HAVE LIVED HERE OVER 4 YEARS AND HAVE HAD VERY FEW COMPLAINTS,ONLY BEING A COUPLE NOISY NEIGHBORS,THAT WERE DEALT WITH QUICKLY AND EFFICIENTLY.wILLIAM sOLIS HAS BEEN A PERFECT MANAGER DURING HIS TIME AS MANAGER.wHEN HE WAS ON MAINTENANCE,THINGS WERE ALSO DEALT WITH QUICKLY AND EFFICIENTLY,IF HE WAS NOTIFIED.tHE OFFICE STAFF HAS ALSO BEEN VERY EFFICIENT AND HELPFUL WITH PROBLEMS.i CANNOT BELIEVE THAT THERE COULD BE A MUCH BETTER COMPLEX IN lAREDO.wHEN WE WERE FIRST LOOKING HERE,THERE WERE A LOT OF OTHER APARTMENT COMPLEXES THAT TOLD US RIGHT OUT THAT YOU DO NOT WANT TO LIVE IN THESE.wE MENTIONED qUAIL cREEK,AND NEVER HEARD A BAD THING FROM ANY OF THEM.tHAT IS PRETTY HARD TO GET IN lAREDO IS HONESTY FROM PEOPLE.It would also be hard to find a grill area and pool area like here. The only negative on the pool would be don't plan on getting in on a Monday(cleaning). But at least it gets cleaned, unlike many others in town.

What a Joke
Don't even bother renting from Quail Creek Apartments. The Office staff seems to be scripted by the recently hired manager of the Apartments, William Solis. If you were ever to have a question about your contract or issue with your maintenance of your apartment, all calls are forwarded to the manager. Office staff are not competent enough to handle nor problem-solve a simple question/issue. The parking lot doesn't have enough parking to accomadate all residents & lighting in the complex is dim; which is a direct result of constant break-ins to vehichles at the complex. As far as the Manager, William Solis, who was a former Maintenance/Handyman, he seems to run a ------ type of regime at Quail Creek and seems to think that he can speak to you in a demeaning manner and have complete disregard for Tenants Rights. Be careful cause he will charge in excess of your deposit so that you end up owing Quail Creek and if you do not pay, he will send you to collections. There is no compromise with this tyrant. I believe that he should have stayed doing maintenance since he is very unprofessional and very confrontational and a midget to say the least with a little temper... RENTER BEWARE OF THE HOBBITT...... YOU WILL THINK YOU'RE RENTING FROM LORD OF THE RINGS......

Definitely Biased Management!
I lived in the apartments for over three years. During which, there were a total of four different managers! If you were to put the managers on a scale of one to ten - with one being the worst - the current manager (William Solis) would be exceedingly way below zero! Considering he used to be the maintenance man, if ever you have issues with your maintenance he can always take care of it! That's the only plus about him though. When I moved out, he never sent me an itemized list of costs for repairs and/or an explanation of why he would be keeping my deposit. (Even though that is against the law...he doesn't care!!) And, to top it off...he turned me over to collections! I have contacted an attorney on this issue, so I'm limited as to what I can say. But, I will tell you that he charged me for the storage building next to my apartment. His words were "...he assumed I was using it..." and, that "...he had done this to others and would keep doing it..."!! Just beware...if he doesn't like you, he will find some reason to not rent to you! Or he will change the pet policy to accomodate them rather than being fair across the board with everyone. As far as break-ins...there were lots of them. The manager even had his truck vandalized in braod daylight! I complained to the main office (Rocky) about the lack of security. It did no good! Their rebuttal was that "crime is everywhere". Good luck if you decide to live here under the current management!

Not the greatest
Poor lighting, need better parking area. Maintenance takes forever to fix things inside and out. Manager needs to be more outside looking at the area then sitting looking at the computer. Girls in the office very nice and polite. I live here in this complex because it has good space and good price on the complex. It could be worst. Since I have lived there, maybe 2 or 3 breakin on vehicles.

Don't bother
I was planning on moving into these apartments. However, the 2 ladies in the leasing office were horribly rude. They ignored me and my family whenever we needed information or help. I really thought this place would be a nice place to live, but after the experience I had with them I withdrew my application. The place looks nice, but if you plan to live at these apartments beware of whoever is in the main office.

You'll Like It
This place is well-kept, relatively safe, and in a great location. You'll like it so long as you don't get people with children living above you. We have had a lot of trouble with our inconsiderate upstairs neighbors allowing their children to run all hours of the day. These apartments are not built well enough to minimize the noise. While the office staff is usually helpful they are not good at making tenants respect others. With that said, Quail Creek is still one of the best deals you'll find in Laredo and it's in the nice part of town.
