I believe the management could be better in terms of the urgency to resolve the tenants requests. The maintenance technicians are great and very quick to respond but the apartment management is slow to respond.

Heavily overpriced for the level of care, amenities and sense of community. Promises are made and never followed through. I moved herein 2006 because it was way above all the others and the rent was higher but acceptable because of the property. Now it's just high rent and has fallen to be bellowother properties near by.

Stable community with good amenities. Responsive maintenance staff. Like our previous apartment, our home is frequently saturated with the sickening strong smell of marijuana. It is impossible to know exactly where it is coming from, so it is difficult to resolve.

I like the community but feel they prioritize making more of a profit than servicing residents. Here are a few of my concerns: 1) A non-refundable deposit was required at signing. 2) Additional services are required that results in additional charges ie, valet trash and internet. 3) If residents want to move into another apartment, it is not favorable to the residents, ie another non refundable deposit and 60 day notice are required. Overall, I like the community although I do believe more amenities are needed for children. The staff is friendly and available but I feel they make more of an effort to gain more residents then keeping the ones that are here.

The apartment is nice, however if you live on the bottom floor you'll likely hear everything your upstairs neighbors are doing. The apartment complex addresses the issue after so many complains and not a guarantee that it stops there ?

I love the fact that the neighbors are friendly and this is a safe place to live. The only issue that I have is the community went "community WiFi" and we were "made" (to put it nicely) to sign an addendum to the lease for this internet service that does not work well when you work from home and all of your devices has to connect.

It has been a positive experience. Great place to live. Would like a lower rent rate. The cost of living is so high. I believe that they should offer a lower rent across the board. It's becoming too expensive and I'll likely need to be moving in the next few months due to no longer being able to afford. Especially for seniors 55 and older.

My apartment is old but in good shape. The maintenance team here is Great! They are always very responsive. The office/clubhouse was recently renovated and is nice. The landscape throughout the community is in desperate need of repair. Shrubs and sod that died during the 2021 freeze have never been replaced. They have not managed to get the gates working consistently. I'm very disappointed that they are forcing Red Bison internet service and have included the fee as an amenity. This has removed my ability to choose the internet that I prefer.

The Delano at NRH is a nice property. My only concern is charging additional money that was not on my lease contract. example - extra trash charge and changing the way to charge for water usage according to square footage instead of actual people who live in a unit.

Delano Apartments make a great first impression, and the remodel looks very nice. The on-site crew is awesome and always willing to make themselves available to help, which I truly appreciate. However, the payment system and corporate decisions are inconsiderate. I dealt with an issue that was never properly resolved, which was very frustrating.

We moved here because it is a gated community. Gates not working a lot of the time. Was not informed this is an air Band B friendly community. The grounds of the front of the community are well kept, front and back. The back of the community, not so much

I really enjoy being here. It's quiet, well maintained and very pet friendly. If I ever need any maintenance request it is promptly addressed. I really like the latest updates they recently made with the workout facilities.

My opinion

Overpriced, band aid over issues, foundation issues, gate broke again, multiple trash charges every month that no one can explain. The last straw was maintenance entered my apartment without warning. (No emergencies either) when I asked about it, I was told that emails where sent out.. the thing is.. I never received it! No paper notices were sent out either. I feel violated and Little disrespected. Good luck ????

I love my apt and living here, just hate my rent goes up a lot every time it's new lease renewal time!I am old and live alone and on a fixed income I do love the fact that when something goes wrong the maintenance guys are very fast to come I was in an upstairs apt and my son couldn't walk the stairs ,so I was able to move downstairs with no problems!Made it where my son couldn't walk visit until he had heart attack and died 3 years ago I do not like the renovations made at Office Not homey like it was before Took out big table and some sofas We had a day a week we met for coffee and just get acquainted, That was stopped . Also not enough parking for visitors! Also parking space at our apartment , some don't have enough space in our own driveway! And we're told cars can be towed if in fire lanes I do like living here

Up and down. There have been several different management changes, some good, a couple not so much. Lots of renovations going on now, unfortunately not for my unit. The gates seem to have finally repaired, 1st time in years. Some landscaping improvements have been made. Dog park and spa area recently added. There used to be a small playground for little kids, but it has been converted to a fire pit and seating area. Seems the kids have no outdoor space so they are in the parking lots and drives. I know they have made a lot of improvements and appreciate the effort

I have been here since 2011 and I am close to restaurants, shops, and parks. The apartments are spacious, the people that work here are kind, and helpful, maintenance is wonderful. They are remodeling a lot on the property.

I have enjoyed the apartment. I have been disappointed with how long the remodel took on the fitness center area. Glad it was done. The office team and residential portal at terms are hard to communicate with/through.

I have thoroughly enjoyed living at this complex. The apartments are more townhouse style and it's great having my garage below the unit I live in. The community as a whole is well maintained and management does worry about maintaining a comfortable and safe environment. The only complaint I have is having a garage located under my bedroom which causes the temperature in my bedroom to be different than that of my living room and the cracks in my wall due to foundation shifts.

So far so good. Except for neighbors that like to have get togethers and make noise. The fact that my water bill is almost a 100 when I am never home is upsetting. I am not liking that and makes me not want to renew here.
