Awesome place to live

I love living here mainly because of the location and square footage. They have sqaure footage unlike any other apartment community in the area. It is also close to lots of main streets that can direct you to anywhere you need to go. All the neighbors are really nice and friendly and it is more like a neighborhood than apartment community. I reccomend this place if you can afford it because it is worth it.

    Excellent community

    The price of the apartment units are a little bit higher than average, however as a resident for the past 7 months I have to say it's totally worth it. The neighborhood is well managed, very safe, have courtesy officer on site. Office staffs are very helpful and very friendly. Maintenance staffs work lightning fast. My work requests are usually done within an hour or two. Emergency work orders are usually done within 30 min. The amenities offered by the Regency are top notch. The interior of the units are clean, modern, and feel luxurious. Would definitely recommend it.

      Will not get money back

      I have lived at Regency on the Green for nearly 3 years. Can't complain too much. There is no parking for guests, and if you live by the pool...during the summertime people are out at all hours partying and drinking. My main problem was that I put down a huge deposit and only received $250 back. I put $500 non-refundable pet deposit and $840 refundable deposit. They are claiming after 3 years they have to replace the carpet and are charging me. So beware. I have had several neighbors move out through out the years and ALL of them barely received any money back.

        Good place to live if you are in the top level of the townhouses.

        What I liked: Office staff. Good value for the amount of space. Had a two bed/ two bath. Loved having a garage. Loved the closet space. Good amount of cabinet/ pantry space in the kitchen. Disliked : Thin walls. I made sure to live on the top level. My neighbors could hear me walking around and it bothered them. I weigh 125lbs. Overall this was a very quiet place for me because I lived away from the pool etc. Disliked not having a full driveway.

            This Apartments Management Are Thiefs And You Will Not Get Your Deposit Back

            They act great while you live there but you will not get your deposit back. They are thiefs. They stole over a thousand dollars and had no right. The apartment smelled like cat urine when I moved in and they never got the smell out and then blamed it on me.

              Lived Here A Year, Would Never Do It Again

              I lived here a year and the front door was never fixed from someone kicking it in before I moved there. There was also roaches galore and pot reaking in the night, I called the cops several times and residents were halled away or given warnings. When I moved out I was charged over 1700.00 in damanges that they were supposed to fix, like the door and pre broken window. I am still fighting them almost a year later.DON'T GO THERE UNLESS YOU WANT YOU DEPOSIT GONE PLUS WHAT EVER ELSE THEY WANT TO TRY AND GET YOU FOR PS, they also charged me for leaving my Christmas trash on the front porch for an hour...I was pregnant on the second floor with 2 year old, they don't care for their residents, just to keep upgrading to lexus and mercedes

                    Love my apartment

                    I just moved in a month ago and my apartment is wonderful. I like the fact that they look more like a townhome then apartment buildings. Valerie leased to me and she made my whole experience so far delightful. I'm telling my friends to come and lease over here.

                      Be VERY careful

                      Went to look at these apts and was told by the agent that she didn't have a model of the exact floorplan I wanted, but the one she could show me was "identical" to it with the exception of square footage. Visited and toured twice and got the same speech both times- exact same apartment as the one I was wanting, only a touch smaller. So, stupid me, I signed a lease. When my move in date arrived, I got my keys and arrived at an apartment that was missing both the patio and the fireplace that not only was I assured would be in this floorplan, but were also discussed as being important factors for me when I initially spoke with them. When I spoke to the manager she smirked and proceded to tell me that I had signed a legally binding contract and tough cookies - not in those words exactly, but that was the gist of it. No sympathy at all, it was like the smug b! <h did this all the time (and I know now that she has done it to at least one other person). I had to hire a lawyer to get out of the deal and it still took almost 2 months and I was out close to $1500. However, well worth it to not have to spend a single day of that 2 year lease with those scumballs. I am not saying do not rent here- I can only say I wouldn't. Some people like being misled and overcharged - some get great joy out of dealing with incredibly unpleasant people (which the entire staff is, I had to deal with all of their lying, threatening, unprofessional selves). If you fit in either or both of these categories, this could be the best place you've ever called home.

                        Great place to be

                        We love this property to bad that we have to move, my wife has along way to commute. The office personnel are so nice to us, Kendra has been so great to us iam so glad we got to meet someone like her. The maintenance staff are so fast to respond when we needed some repairs to be completed, we are going to miss the Estates and hope that our experience elsewhere will be the same.

                          Learn from my experience...run!

                          Parking is a total mess when you don't have allocated spaces...too many pets all over the place and you can hear your neighbors above and beside you. Gates are open most of the time like others have mentioned. Snotty...uppity management, Julio is the only redeeming factor. I was gone for 3 weeks one month and the difference on my water bill was $5.40 go figure. Twice my UPS parcels were stolen from my front door. Need I say more?

                            I love the Estates!

                            I've lived here for 3 years and nowhere else can you find a 4 bedroom apartment/condo/townhome (other than the Mansions, the sister complex). With a huge balcony and attached two car garage, the complex is clean, well maintained and safe. It's like a small, close knit neighborhood, with different size apartments mixed in each building. Most pet owners pick up after their four-legged friends, the community is friendly and there is something always going on at the clubhouse to get tenants involved. The pool and weight rooms are kept clean and spotless. Salvador, as head of maintenace, does an outstanding job with his crew and is always prompt with maintenance requests. Neighbors are quiet with an occasional slammed door or loud music but for the most part, it's very quiet here. The manager and staff are very friendly and always willing to help and answer questions. The only downsides are not enough parking for your guests and some driveways are too short, leaving vehicles sticking out into the drive but speed limits are 10mph so that helps. Also you can smell cigarette smoke coming through the walls from another unit as well as when someone sits in their garage or outside smoking it filters up to your patio or into your garage. I wish the apartments were smoke free or at least all the smoking buildings were in one area. I definitely would renew my lease here.

                              Way to expensive for what you get...

                              You could do way better elsewhere shelling out the same amount of mulla. When the trains pass it is pretty noisy and they usually do late at night or early morning. Security gates are broken most of the time and it is pretty much a free for all during the weekends when it is the least safe. Also, seen cops on a number of occasions making arrests and breaking up fights. Too many kids on computers in the office area - unsupervised. Decent folks and adequately trained management but we would NOT recommend ENRH. Sorry to bust your bubble potential renters...more often than not, the truth hurts!

                                Sucks!

                                We we're near the back side of the complex..where the kids are always making noise (especially in summer) and dogs are always pooping (all owner's don't clean up after them). Terrible...can wit to move out.

                                  Great Community

                                  This is the first property I have lived on that has a true sense of community. Everyone is friendly and does their best to get to know everyone around them. The staff is very nice and very prompt when it comes to the needs of the residents. Ive never waited more than one day for a maintenance request to be completed, which compared to past experiences is a miracle. This is a great place to live overall and I would recommend it to anyone.

                                    We Love The Estates of NRH

                                    We have found the staff at Estates of NRH to be friendly and very helpful. There is a real sense of "community" here as the staff is always holding events to bring everyone together like a morning brunch or football season potlucks. Anytime we have maintenance issues, the staff is very prompt in responding. The Estates of NRH is one of the few complexes that offers so many energy-saving options such as solar screens, energy efficient lighting, and programmable thermostats. All of our neighbors are very friendly. Our dog is also in love with the property. There are plenty of places for him to sniff and "mark his territory"! The grounds are well kept and most residents do a great job picking up after their four-legged-friends. We highly recommend The Estates of NRH to anyone seeking a first-class community that is family friendly.

                                      We love it!

                                      We have lived here for over a year now and just resigned our lease. Before we were here we lived at The Mansions by the Vineyard for two years...a sister property we also loved. The staff and maintenance have always been great. We've never had a problem with either. We have been through the move out process and felt like it was fair. They are always doing things for tenants like holiday parties and brunch. Everyone is super friendly and knows each other. There is really nothing I would change about living here.

                                        This place has been Great!!!

                                        The Staff is great with the tenants. We Lived here for over a year and have had nothing but a good experience. We moved from out of town and did not know what to expect. The apartment was In the shape it was promised. At one point we put in a work order for a leaky toilet, It was fixed with in two hours. Other places we have lived have been horrible taking three to four days for something this simple. I,m happy to call The Estates Home.

                                          My wife and I have lived at the Estates for two years and are completely satisfied with our time spent here. We plan on renewing our lease for another year. The facilities are always kepts clean and we've found the staff to be very prompt and polite. Kendra, the manager, has made sure every reasonable request we've given to her has been taken care of promptly. She brings a very positive environment to the Estates. Julio, a leasing agent, has a great, up-beat attitude and is always ready to strike up a conversation with whomever walks through the door. I've also found Salvador, maintanence supervisor, has done an excellent job with keeping the grounds in great shape. Any maintanence request we've ever had, has been taken care of within a few hours. Our apartment itself is very roomy and upscale. The pool and weight room are always clean. Before we moved to the area, my wife looked at almost every apartment complex within a ten-mile radius of North Richland Hills. We finally selected the Estates and have

                                            Awesome place!!!

                                            I just moved out of the Estates a few months ago and wish I would have stayed. I moved to save some money and wish I would have not been so cheap and spent the extra money because it is definitely worth it! I never had problems with neighbors or noise while at the Estates and I felt so much safer. At the end of my lease I will be either purchasing a home or moving back to the Estates.

                                                We really enjoy living here.

                                                The maintenance here is top notch and has always responded within one day when they were needed. The facilities such as the pool and workout facility are very nice and are kept up very well. They also hold regular activities for us like brunches, cookouts, and concerts. The people in the office are also very nice and have always helped us out. This has been the best apartment experience we have had and we plan on living here for quite a while.

                                                  Great Place to Live

                                                  Very professional and friendly staff. Maintance Work gets done in a very timely manner and is always done correctly, the first time. Pool/vollyball/gym facilities are clean and well kept. I would recommend the Estates of North Richland Hills to friends and family who are looking for a upscale high class apartment style living. Julio/Kendra/Salvador are the rock and backbone to this property. Keep up the GREAT work guys.....
