Slow getting building repairs when needed. Building is clean. Apartment is well designed and is a good use of space. Pool maintainence is not always timely. An upgrade of some of the fitness equipment would be nice. Either get treadmills with TV screens or put an additional TV in the corner.

My package was delivered with a picture and someone stole it off the front desk. Now this place has many thieves!!! From 2018 until 12/12/2024 it is not a luxury apartment anymore. IT completely gone to the pits when that Megan entered on the scene in June 2022. And the staff which has a key to entered STOLE MANY THINGS and I have list of the items stolen posted all in the apartment, and the demons will entered and never mentioned it. So they are a member of this evil force!!!.I am the only one that has an evil horns installed on the wall that goes off when someone pull the fire alarm. I also have 4 smoke alarms in the ceiling. And an additional fire alarm outside the apartment ALL DUE TO FORCE ME TO MOVE IN A HOUSE LIKE A FOOL WOULD DO!!!

Pool pump was replaced and noise in my apartment is worse. We noticed noise 3 days after we moved in. The management in April of 2022 did not want to do anything about it. Maintenance took quite a while to figure out what was wrong. Pump was replaced last week, noise is worse. We are suppose to move to another apartment but not sure when that will be.

I enjoy my life here. What I disprove of is the lack of preventative maintenance. Elevators go out to often. don’t close timely allowing them to stay open days at a time. Numerous other issues It would help if Overture did more to keep the good maintenance people.

I am very happy with the people I have befriended. The social activities are varied and good. The amenities such as food has decreased markedly in 2 years. There is a very rapid turnover in staff. Some are good and some are bad, and some are very bad. The maintenance of large items such as the pool, the hot tub, damage and repair from flooding, electrical failure, and elevators is poor . We get excuses, procrastinations, and waiting.

The community is great and I love this community. We are in a wonderful area and convenient to restaurants, gas stations, and a variety of stores. We have an awesome caring staff and maintenance crew. However many of the appliances, air conditioning units, water heaters, and other items need to be replaced.

I'm concerned about the security in the building. I very often see delivery people walking the halls or packages left in front of a door. I would like to see more activities. In general the staff has been pleasant and helpful. It's a shame there is such a turnover of staff.

I am very happy living here. I enjoy participating in the exercise classes and community activities. Staff, including maintenance team is the best, very responsive, courteous and always helpful. Personally I am not excited about the quality of the food served for mix and mingle. But I understand its my personal preference. Breakfast variety is also very limited.

It is a quiet, clean place to life. The residents are pretty clicky and have their own friends & activities. They are not inclusive @ all. The same groups save tables and spaces for themselves & their friends. I would tell my friends to look @ other senior apartments that aren’t so expensive

The apartment is nice. Grounds are attractive. Most of the residents are nice people. The floors are not well insulated so noise from upper floors can be annoying. Maintenance or lack thereof has been a thorn in my side - been sweated out, flooded out, had to handle many repairs on my own because it takes 3-4 weeks to get a lightbulb. A/C has been "repaired" numerous times. It's very frustrating to come home to a hot apartment knowing that maintenance does not want to be bothered nights or weekends. The pool area can be very noisy - not everyone is considerate. If you're wanting quiet, do not lease a pool view apt. There is really no green area here unless you want to sit in the dog potty area.

The management has been good. They try to solve any issues that come up. There are problems I believe the owners don't want to spend the money to fix. The air-conditioning in the hallways has not worked during the 5 years we have live here. The systems need to be replaced. There is only one person to keep the building clean. That includes cleaning the empty apartments. One person can't do it. Therefore the hallways do not vacuumed. We pay a premium to live here and these are things that should be taken care of.

I have 100 of pictures and videos and I plan on showing them i’m going to put them on the Internet and send them to anybody that I can let them know the truth about this building. Is that good enough for you? That’s why people are moving in and out of this building. I never seen anything like this in my life there is so much in and out of this building. It’s ridiculous. It’s like a revolving door. Did you ever wonder why?

I hear the neighbor above me walking around regularly. I will eventually get used it to, more than likely. Appreciate the friendliness of all people I have do at encountered. All staff is quite amazing.

Garbage disposal had to be replaced. The community maintainence workers came to my apt. determined disposal had to be replaced. Went and got one and returned with in 20 mins. to put new disposal in. Good job

So many changes in the 8 months I’ve been here (not for the better) that it’s hard to rate anything. Amenities promoted to me before I signed my lease have disappeared. Most staff are great - except for maintenance (all changed since I’ve been here) and community manager. Management training is definitely needed.

I was nervous to move into moving back to Tx after relocating but everyone here is so welcoming and kind. The community is so well kept, the activities they provide are great, and the staff is so helpful with whatever you need.

We need front desk service We need doors fixed where they close. Security is nil!! We need more maintenance help. And more cleaning service people. Hallways are dirty. The one maid here works in private apartments. Is that fair? There was no important info when I moved in.

Some residents do not maintain the cleanliness and order needed for the contentment of others. That is a problem for me. I, also, do not like people having their furniture, dolls, boots and large displays outside their apartment, in the hallway. It changes the order of things. I know it is impossible for staff to monitor these things.

Overall, I have no complaints until now. I do not think this is a maintenance issue, I believe it is a communication issue. If this is a dictate of ERCOT, I and other residents deserve to know. I am pretty sure 87 degrees is not the temperature for optimal comfort.

I enjoy the team & the resident activities, the exercise classes are fun & rewarding. Both indoor & outdoor exercise is provided and are a great way you get to know others. We have other weekly indoor activities as well. You can be as busy or rest as much as you desire according to your schedule.

I love living at Overture Plano. The residents are very friendly and I feel very safe living here. There are many activities from which to choose and I have learned that living in a community like this has been the perfect decision for me after losing my spouse and keeping up a house. My apt. has everything I need to live very comfortably and I love all my neighbors!
