Our current manager is unreasonable got some of her noise rules and appears to make up her own rules in addition to what's on the contract. I play music, and try to keep things at a very reasonable noise level. I have had three unpleasant experiences with the manager where I thought she was being unreasonable. It has me looking for somewhere else to live since I am not happy with her decisions. Everyone else on the staff does a great job.

First month exceeded expectations the staff has been helpful and the residents have been social. The overall quality of the residential areas is excellent why 201 characters for a response??????"?????????????????????????????

Overture Plano is a beautiful facility - the common areas are nice with a lot of natural light coming in. There are fun free activities you can participate in each week including cooking demos, poker night, bingo night, crafts & 2 happy hours each week. There is a nice workout room with a variety of cardio & resistance machines plus weekly classes from Tai Chi to Yoga to Water Aerobics in the warm weather (just to mention a few). You can watch movies in the movie room with big comfy chairs and there is also a game room. The heated year-round pool is another bonus. The apartments are very attractive and maintenance is prompt for the few issues we have had. I would highly recommend living here - it''s so nice to no longer worry about the yard and upkeep of a house.

Young, Active, Hip, and Modern! This place has everything you expect in Senior Living!!!!!' Lots of activities and a great fitness calendar!I love living here! !The staff is very helpful and John the maintenance guy is really awesome!

I moved into the Overture the end of July and I love love love my place, the events, how clean it always is. The whole atmosphere has changed my daily life. The staff is friendly and will do everything they can to help you. I am so thankful I found a place that I feel safe in, affordable and I can call home.

Overture is a lovely place to live. Residents and staff are extremely friendly and helpful to a new resident. Love Living here. Everything is so close by (shopping, hospitals, etc.). Would recommend living here to everyone.

Overture Plano has been a wonderful choice for me. The location is near where I had lived previously, so I knew the neighborhood and area well. There are some very fine people not only on the staff, but those who are now my neighbors. I have enjoyed making some new friends. There are more activities than I can do, many great benefits such as the treadmills, weights, many fitness opportunities, plus a lovely pool. It is next to impossible to be bored!

The residents of OP are what makes this place a close community. Some of the staff go out of their way to make this a real home and pleasure to live here. The concern that bothers me most is building and grounds maintenance. Damage that has occurred in the past has not be repaired. Grounds are looking shabby and trash that blows in is not cleaned up sufficiently. I have communicated with management, but have not received positive responses. I want to make OP my permanent home and I am concerned that I will outlive the facilities.

Overture is a well designed facility and the layout of the facility makes it a pleasant place to live. The activities that are offered enable residents enjoy a pleasant life style. The employees are helpful and pleasant. Overall I would give Overture an excellent rating.

I made a long-distance move with no friends that I knew of the same age. I did not want to live in an apartment building with no one I could communicate with and get to know. Overture Plano, by their daily activities allow such interaction. I never expected to have so many meals, snacks, drinks, trips and the fitness reach out to residents as we have here!

It's like living on a luxury ocean liner with friends . . . without the waves. The hallways are extremely wide and accommodating. The facility is extremely quiet and is near all sorts of shopping and restaurants.

Overture is extremly unique for active Seniors. The apartments and the common areas are beautiful and very inviting. The Overture Plano is an experience that is life changing. This is an amazing opportunity for newly retirees that are about to downsize and aren't sure of where to move. Overture is the place for you.

I dearly love living here! The facility is a beautiful place and the staff is very loving and accommodating. I almost have to believe the residents are handpicked because I couldn't have chosen so many nice people on my own! Love it and highly recommend it.

Everyone on the Overture staff is excellent in every way. I am so glad I have made this my home. There is not one thing that has not been perfect from the day I first called to inquire about the property. Feel very lucky to have such a wonderful team to make everything so easy and fun and in such a professional way. There are so many events offered too that there is something for everyone. Thank You Overture!!!!!!!!!

Overture Plano is a wonderful place to call home! The proximity to a wide scope of restaurants in varying price ranges is excellent. Overture is also conveniently located near excellent shopping areas and theatres. Easy access to George W. Bush Tollway is an asset as well. And even with all this hustle and bustle so near, Overture is so well built and insulated that, once inside, you feel completely removed from the pace of the city beyond our doors. Im happy to call it Home!
