A great opportunity meet new residents and build friendships. Ongoing gaming afternoon & evenings. Interesting mix & mingles, some with live entertainment. Tuesday Mix & Mingles could use some spirit lifting, they're pretty much on the boring side. Oops, forgot about Tasty Tuesday and/or Wine Down Friday.

Active friendly fun place to live. The amenities are excellent and the staff is terrific. Good location also. Very comfortable living space. Resort style. Nice wide air conditioned halls for indoor walking. There are 4 elevators, and attached and detached garages and covered parking also. Many community social events in the late afternoon with hors d' oeuvres and wine and beer and other beverages. Free Exercises classes are available too.

This is my home. I hope it remains that way. It would be great to have some upgraded carpeting and have filters for better tasting water in apartments that do t have better refrigerators. My lease is up in 2022. Would like to stay. Depends on rate hikes.

I have lived here 41/2 years and am quite happy here. It is not perfect but no community is perfect. Anywhere you would live would have issues of one kind or another. I cannot think of any other community I would rather live.

I am very happy at Overture Plano. It is a beautiful community. The location is great, anything you might need is close by. I gladly recommend it to any friends looking for an Active Senior apartment home.

Overture is an excellent place to make your next home. It is convenient to my family and any services I need. I have made some wonderful friends here and have no regrets for selecting Overture 3 years ago, and I plan to continue here for a long time.

People are wonderful. Management tries. Outside care very poor. The apartments are poorly designed for seniors. The bathrooms are dangerous without skid proof floors, too high shower heads, and faucets that are too difficult to use properly.

Maintaining common-use areas with several hundred residents can be quite a task but Overture Plano addresses these issues on a regular basis. Most of our residents appreciate the excellent quality of our building and furnishings and do their part to keep things up :-) This makes for a very nice place to call "Home"!

I am at work, I don't have extra time, I have no complaints and as you can see, I am a happy tenant . My complaint is there is no need for me to expound expound upon why I am happy my before you will let me submit this survey. I thought my essay requirements were done after I graduated.

we are in the process of moving is so it is too early to have a valid experience to report. The major inconvenience has been not knowing how to contact staff to get maintenance requests submitted, how to receive packages, and not knowing what the office hours are.

Ive only been here a week, but, so far, it has been awesome! Everyone has been very friendly and helpful. I am so glad I chose Overture Plano. It is very well maintained, it is decorated in light, beautiful colors. A delivery person told me he wished he could live here because it was bright and made him feel good. My apt looks out over a pretty busy street, but I can barely hear anything. It is very quiet from outside noises as well as inside noises. Ive only had a couple of maintenance issues, and both were handled quickly and completely.

Glad the Pandemic seems over & look forward to more community gatherings ~ like returning to breakfasts & ,at least, one sit-down happy hour with food. Thanks, OK, why the 201 characters? That is all I had to say.

Few accommodations made for residents who are employed outside of the community. Poor communications of scheduled elevator restrictions. No back up generator for elevators or HVAC. Not open to suggestions for improved accommodations to residents outside of regular business hours. Lots of opportunities for retirees, but little consideration for non-retired residents which is unfortunate since this is a 55-plus community and not restricted as a retiree community.

I do not like that my internet and cable are controlled by the complex. I feel I should have the right to pick my channels on cable, to pick the premium stations and have my own control of my spectrum service, because I feel I can deal with them better since I am paying for the service and not the complex.

Uplifting, clean and thoughtful place. Filled with kind and social people. The newer decor is energetic and the courtyard styled building feels gracious and homey. Katie and her incredible staff are dedicated and goal oriented. They believe in creating a true community residence - this is not apartment living - this is much much more.

I was teaching when I moved here; therefore I was not able to attend the Happy Hours until last year. When I did I asked 3 tables if I could sit with them. They all replied no those seats were taken. So I sat by myself, Not one person joined me. After experiencing being unwelcome several times I quit going as I did not belong to their cliques.

I have never lived in an apartment before so I have nothing to compare this to. The staff is doing an excellent job of making the best of the corona virus situation. A functioning kitchen in the Scene would make sense.

My apartment is cozy and welcoming. But, If more money was available to me, I would upgrade from one bedroom to two just to have more space. The laundry space is insufficient for my needs, especially since it co-exists with the guest bath.
