I like the location as it is very walkable. The staff is friendly and we get along with our neighbors and do social events sometimes. Mostly quiet on our floor with occasional loud music but not bad. Love that it is a dog friendly place. Our hallway on the 4th floor needs the carpet to be vacuumed or cleaned and walls need attention. The parking garage needs attention as trash is left out often. I wish my co-residents wouldn't dump liquids like coffee on the floor of parking garage. Folks need to clean up after their dog.

Location! Location! Location! The Kincaid is luxury urban living in suburbia. Walkable community in an affluent area, immediate access to major highways, 24-hour concierge, and a top notch management team! I absolutely love living here!!

It a great location and building but for the rent amenities such as grills, sports equipment, outside furniture cushions, electric charging ports should be kept in better condition and working order. For example one of the stairmasters has not worked for over 1.5 years despite multiple requests to fix.

A Great Place
The Kincaid is a beautiful and welcoming building known for its warm, inviting atmosphere. From the moment you walk in you're greeted by a friendly and attentive staff who make everyone feel appreciated and at home. Smiling faces and genuine hospitality seem to be part of the culture there, creating a positive and comfortable environment for visitors. The combination of its attractive setting and consistently kind service makes The Kincaid a place people enjoy returning to.

I’m one of the longest tenured residents at the Kincaid. I live here for all the right reasons; location, comfort, cleanliness, safety, privacy, and professional staff willing to assist me with any necessary requests. When you live in 1 location as long as I have, you will experience maintenance needs. The Kincaid management team has always prioritized the upkeep of the property to maintain the integrity and value the residents expect from a Class-A residential rental property. I look forward to living here as long as management will allow me!

People are very helpful and the area is extremely nice and convenient— lots of shops, restaurants, etc. nearby. Complex is very well-maintained and clean. Front office staff always give my dog treats and pet him :)

The apartment itself is well maintained and staffs are all awesome. The shops at Legacy is nice environment to have a walk and very useful for the restaurants and for hanging out with your family or with friends. Definitely high recommended.

Great building, Fantastic staff and generally a very pleasant place to come home to. Centralized front desk is really helpful for guests and deliveries. Premium to market, but you will feel the difference.

I lived in this exact building on the 7th floor in apt. 735 and moved away for 1 yr. and decided to comeback because of how amazing and kind the staff is. I checked on a number of other high rise communities and was just drawn back to the Kincaid because of the kindness of the staff.

Persistent loud music from the adjacent bar nightly until 2 AM severely disrupts sleep for floors 1-5 residents. Despite contacting authorities, the noise continues, and management has been unresponsive. This ongoing disturbance significantly detracts from the community living experience at The Kincaid at Legacy.

A great place, supported by great staff. Concrete floors and walls provide for a very quiet place, which is quite unique when compared to the majority of other apartment buildings. Extremely happy with our decision to move here!

We have loved living here! It is so quiet in the building. Insulation is great. Plenty of kitchen cabinetry. Love gas cooktop! This unit could be a condo. Amenity center has a little too much stuff in it but it’s beautiful. Having 2 pools is great! A wonderful workout area plus plenty of areas to walk & run. Our management team has always been very pleasant to work with.

Good location, some front desk staff members are very nice. Others pretend to be nice and gossip about marginalized communities when they don’t know anyone is listening. Building should be better maintained since the rent is very high.

The entire team here is outstanding! We love living here. This is our second time living at the Kincaid. It’s first class all the way. John, Tyler and Demmye are the best of the best!!!! We could not be happier!!!

I have lived at the Kincaid at Legacy for over 2 years. The staff is wonderful, the building is well maintained and I have loved living there. My apartment is beautiful and the building amenities are fantastic. It is also in a great location so it is easy to get to and from work. I could not ask for a better apartment community.

Love it here. The staff takes great care of me, maintenance is on their game and the location works great for me. I enjoy using all the facilities and secure parking. The cleaning staff is also really nice and the common areas well maintained.

I have never lived in a community that was managed so well! The team has such a great attitude and the amenities and events really make you feel appreciated. The residents are so diverse and everyone is friendly, fun and willing to help. I only wish I had moved here sooner!

Great Community and the Management and staff are Amazing ?? The parking situation is not the best and residents don’t respect others Reserved paid spaces. I would love to see more community events to get to know the neighbors. I love living here and things do improve as brought to their attention.

I have had a good experience here. The maintenance crew are amazing! Bud and group do a fantastic job of getting this fixed, replaced, etc in a timely manner. The women that clean the floors and elevators are incredible, they are kind and keep things very clean and smelling fresh. Revonda and Demmeye at the Front Desk are so kind and sweet, they are always there to say hi and their up beat attitude is effortless. They are key to the front area!

It’s been a great place to live so far the staff is extremely professional. The apartments are great and up Kept very well outside of your few issues on the maintenance side of appliances and what have you everything has been great. I’ve recommended this place to multiple people with some people moving in
