The community is nice and quiet. Jason and Ashley do their best in assisting residents. They need more maintenance people and qualified for apartments to be in good shape. Once they get that together they shouldn't have any issues.

Quiet environment and friendly staff. The location is easily accessible. Service requests are taken care of in a timely manner. The grounds are maintained and love having a dog area. I recommend renting the townhouse floor plan.

For the most part it is pleasant. Some people don't clean up after their dogs and leave their dogs on the patio all night parking. Most of the work orders are done properly and in a timely manner, except recently with our AC.

I just moved in and the staff has been wonderful .the grounds are very well maintained. There are plenty of walkways with trees and lots of shade. The Seville is very close to wal mart,H-E-B and nanny other stores.

The maintenance staff is not good. In 1 month- my dishwasher wasn't connected to the counter to the point my son almost pulled it out on himself; it wasn't connected properly so it later flooded; and recently the AC broke and was out of commission for days in 100 degree heat- they set up a janky portable unit with my window staying open for days-- which isn't safe. They said we needed a new AC. Four days later it was fixed by actual repairmen within minutes.

As soon as your management company took over. Everyone of you staff has mistreated and was rude to many of the residents. There have been many complaints, but your company has never cared. It should always be about us. With you company it never was

The size of the unit is amazing and open. Gorgeous wood floors throughout the unit as well. Washer/dryer connections are a plus as well. And the patio is Amazing!! Also has a working fireplace(brick). Bedrooms are very spacious as well.

If we have no issues this place is great. It's on a nice side of town near amazing schools and we love to see the wild animals and the fact that our personal patio faces a wooded area. If we need anything from our landlords it is hell. No regard for the people they serve. I was told to jump through hoops to pay rent the other day. I was also going to be charged another day for late rent, not because I didn't have the money the day I wanted to pay, but because the NEW WIP website takes 24 hours to generate. We can't trust the 3rd party vendors to do their job. I've had issues THREE times now for the same problem.

My experience at this apartment complex is that improvements need to continue with the management. When you report issues to management you either never get a response back or you have to go to the office repeatedly with the same issue.

I am happy even though .my closest friends suddenly moved away, but now I have an SO. We're both happy here. We think you take your maintenance more serious. I'd like a widened accessabily to them. I think today's crew is the best. Same of office too. !!

I have lived here for only a couple of months and I must say its the worst place I have ever lived in. The only thing I can give a good review about is it is close to my work. But at this point I rather drive an hour away just to move out of this dump. The other day I saw him getting into someone's face which one of your contractors that works for your company. I guess he was mad because they did a bad job. but if you ask me that's not professional. He got mad at my neighbor and told him not to throw his cigratte buds outside or he will get them and throw them back in his apartment or on top of his car. My neighbor told him stuff back and the maintenance supervisor started cursing him out. Other residents have seen him get into it with a delivery truck that I guess delivers your parts. This guy is out of control. He likes to bully everyone and thinks he can get away with it. This is bad business if you ask me. Your maintenance supervisor should be cleaning your grounds and pools because they are disgusting, I know he will deny it, but please email me and i will be happy to take it into the office.

For the most part my stay at the Seville Apartments has been enjoyable & acceptable. As with any community there have been some negative experiences; but, for the most part it okay. The rent is too high for the unit.

In general it has been alright-my 2nd year here there was a flood in my apartment. #1403. The neighbor upstairs had left the faucet in her bathroom running. I an now in # 1109 and things have been better. I do need new carpeting or at least professional cleaning. I have saved Seville complex many monies over the past years by not having to "make ready". Could use a little reward for long time resident.

My stay at the Seville has been very pleasant and comfortable apartments are very spacious...needs a little updating but I must say not bad..could do better with routine maintenance like checking water pressure and changing filters for AC

Maintenance problems are never completely fixed. Parking is horrible here. It's very inconvenient to park far from where I live. Especially when I have lots of groceries to carry inside. Please fix this issue. Or tow cars that are not tenants.

I have enjoyed living here, had the best neighbors, always enjoy Seville's "events". Grounds are kept clean each day, very happy with any maintenance requests and response time. Management is polite, professional, and always respond promptly.

Great apartments, great management, and great location. Near an airport so the planes overhead are loud but not from inside the apartment. Spacious apartments and nice new floors. Nice lawn maintenance and quick turnaround time for maintenance in the apartments.

Office staff are always incredibly friendly. The new doors and windows make it hard to remember that planes go by all the time, I rarely even hear them anymore. The whole area is clean, and the other tenants are nice too.

We knew the area and we liked it. We visited several places and some have something that we were not satisfied with. When we came to Seville we liked the way buildings were. We are comfortable here, it was kind of noisy (airplanes, cars), but then windows were changed and that was very good. This is the first time that we live in an apartment and we feel comfortable.

This had been hell. Maintenience is atrocious, apartments are faulty, mold infested, pool is never open/clean, dog park is dead grass, there is no sense of value for this community. Very poor management.

It is a nice community. It is very quiet and I like that. We've met a couple of the neighbors and they seem nice too. The office staff is great. Everything looks pretty and nice. I like the pool. The laundry room is pricey but I guess it's nice too. Should really be 1.25 though like most normal places. Anyways it's good here I'm happy.
