Friendly office staff! Maintenance requests are addressed timely. There are so any trees around and the neighborhood close by is beautiful. I'm very happy living here! We are close to the airport and the airplanes were loud for a while. The complex just installed new doors and windows which have helped decrease the sound.

Please invest in your complex, you could have better attendance. You must invest in this complex to keep tenants. The rent has gone up but no deliverables in service. Please do analysis on the recycle of carpet, I should not be living on carper over five years

Apartment unclean, broken appliances, maintenance doesn't fix just rigs the problem. I just moved here last week I should not be javing these problems. I've lived here in 3 other apartments for over 8 Years in previous years i havr never had all of these problems.I'm feeling regre at this point.

Do not move here. The BH management staff (as of Oct 2016) does not care about getting anything fixed or making the complex better. The only way you get something fixed or attended to is to complain to the BH upper management. There is no parking, the grass is dying (except for the places where they show potential residents) and the trash overflows. But on the plus side, if you need to throw something out, the dumpsters are open.

Every year rent raised $40, maintenance"patched up work issues but did not fix it". The ceiling in living room would leak when using the dryer. Could never figure out what was causing. Patched it up and never came back to fix it. Ceiling looks so obviously that there was a leak. Both bathtubs are so old that the paint has come off, looks terrible. I feel I'm paying too much here, and nothing fixed right. I asked for the carpet to be replaced, it's so old, I got told I would need to pay for it.

I am at 10 years at this community and this is home. Management takes care of any problems I occasionally have quickly, efficiently. Staff is always friendly and welcoming if I pop in. This is HOME and staff is like extended family.

Not so great experience. Lived there for a year. First management quoted us wrong on apt, when we went to sign lease, rent was more than quoted. Had the worst neighbors upstairs!!!! Loud partying day and night, car was vandalized. Not everything worked in apt, had to put work orders in frequently.. Maintenance guys were nice but they would only take care of the issues temporarily...I'm assuming so they can save a buck. Front office manager and assistant manager are rude. For what a these guys charge, u can get way more elsewhere.

We just move in, and love it, It is so quite here day or night, I love the planes going over, The Office and Maintenance staff are wonderful, They are all so nice and polite. And the apartment is so big .I just love it here.............

Our experience started off very nice. The leasing agent was talkative and made it easy to feel welcomed. But after 6 months, service requests take several days to a week to get finished. Neighbors trash the unit surrounding ours. And there are no amenities to look forward to, pools are dirty laundry facilities are closed, and you have to find a sister property to gain access to a fitness center. After several visits to the office, each visit is welcomed with crawling tiny roaches.

All I have to say is that I have lived here for ages and I have not had any kind of problems stated here. Please don't let these ignorant crying babies deprive you of what I am enjoying for years. This is the best place to live in town but don't take my word for it. I invite you to come and sit as long as you want by the pools or office and just observe the atmosphere and meet the wonderful team that we have running this place.

Not happy. This just is not the place for me. I do not feel safe near my neighbors. NO ceiling lights, no pantry. Do not feel safe at night when coming in or walking my dog. Update: the rudest & most innattentive staff I have ever dealt with. Prices are going way up when these apartments are worse than Section 8.

I could only recommend this apartment complex because it is cheap, though still wouldn't as you get what you pay for. I have never had the urge nor care to write a review for an business before this point, though with the experince here I feel i should atleast try and fore warn others. The apartment upper management (Ver****a and Am***a) are far from helpful and are sadly very unpleasent to deal with. To make it short i have work first hand for complexes for over 4 years and never experinced such money grubbing. Although prices are cheap (for obvious reasons)plan to be hawked for fees and damages as much as possible. The A/C units are old and apartments are VERY POOORLY insulated so expected large bills. Also upon moving out/in ensure you document all damages (place is old you will have existing items)because they will be coming back to you for everything/anything. I can only assume this is how they have to try and cover costs... Please make your own decisions as i can easily deal with less then desirable living conditions, but expect management and associated bills to be worse on top of it.

Do not live here! I repeat do not live here. The manager and staff are completely rude. We are having issues with our apartment and they could care less. Do not be lured by their prices. They are low because this place is horrible.

I recently moved out from these apartments, management was just a pain to deal with. Everyone in the front office is rude and trying to talk to them is like pulling teeth. The apartment itself was not ready on the day of move in, it was still dirty on the ceiling and the carpet was dirtied by the cleaning crew. When I told the front office about it, they told me that they would come back and clean it. They never did, so when I asked the manager, she said no one was going to come clean and that they had other units to clean. She basically swept us under the rug. Management kept going back on the prices they first quoted us on. Master bedroom a/c never worked, manager said it was only our apartment and no one else had that problem. I talked to other residents and they had the same problem too. Every time I had a maintenance issue, the girls at the front office would as, "well what did you do too it," directly accusing me of the problem! Neighbors were loud, screaming at their kids, blasting their music. Just stay away from this place if you can!

I found the staff very unprofessional and rude compared to the nice helpful staff at the Cape Cod, Salado Crossing and 2 other neighboring complexes. I am looking to move before March 1st and was shooed away without any planting of seeds for a future resident. I arrived at 5:40 PM and was told it is too late to show any units. I will not be back. If you don't spend a few minutes selling your complex to someone who enters your door, I can only imagine how poor your customer service will be when the air conditioning is not working or the toilet overflows.

Just moved in a month ago, and to say the least looks are definitely deceiving. To keep the apartment at 75 degrees you must have it running all day at 72 degrees. I still have yet to see the bug sprayer after a number of complaints about wasps, and roaches. The pools are never clean, laundry rooms are filthy. I understand they are 30 year old apartments but that doesn't mean they can't be maintained a little bit better.

The Seville Apartments have their own website and it has a comment section for reviews by it's residents. All of them are 5 star. About a month ago, I sent a comment in and it never got posted. It was not overly aggressive but rather mediocre in it's assessment. So it is good to have this source for potential renters to get a better picture of what happens here. Lighting is an issue around the parking lot. Updated: Pretty crappy. Cops are here all the time. There have been death threats from tenants to other tenants. Twice I have seen cars up on blocks in the parking lot with the wheels removed. Very sad sight. But hey with so little lighting there is no wonder as to why they pick this lot. Poorly managed property. Have heard the title of the "three _itches" used to refer to the management team. And often, I would agree. Once your in, it's too late. New flooring (fake wood) vinyl is as thin as shelf paper. The caulk bead that is placed around the floor to seal it was never pressed into the crack. Just left as a wavy line. Old repairs (or attempts of repairs) are never truly brought back to 100%. IT IS NOTICEABLE EVERYWHERE. Maybe to 50% if your lucky. Cute texture paint on the countertops may look cool, but the texture allows for germs and bacteria to pool in the crevasses. Appliances are pre-historic seems to be more for a Holiday Inn Express overnighter. (no offense to HIE). Pool has a major leak and in need of repair. Poor floor plans. Doors open into other doors. The concrete pad for the storage outside was not set up to match the framing - allowing about 2 inches between the door bottom and the crete. This allows critters to enter the storage.

I have lived here for going on two years. They seem nice on the outside but they have serious problems. The main issue is how hot my apartment is. My a/c is constantly running trying to cool down my apartment causing insane electic bills but my temperature never goes down. It is consistently 80 degrees in here and does not begin to cool down until around midnight. I have spoken to the office with no relief. However if you walk into the office it is amazingly cool. They should stay a day in my apartment and feel what I live with on a daily basis. Do not move here if you want yo be comfortable on your own home .

Don't move here if you want peace and quiet. Many people that have kids here don't supervise them, and they let their kids run around screaming bloody murder in the afternoon and getting into trouble. There is one tiny laundry room for the giant complex. It is always a pig sty. Yet the company spends a ton of money painting and paving and re-paving, all at an inconvenience to the people that live here. Sometimes we receive less than 24 hours notice as to where not to park the next day or risk getting towed or move everything off our balconies. There is constant inconvenience about living here.

This complex is really well maintained for being about 30 years old. When I first came to the property to view the apartments, I was greeted from the friendly staff and the apartment I viewed was the actual unit that I leased. The complex is very beautiful, full of trees, and quiet. I enjoy taking my puppy to the park down the road. The pools are always clean and very blue. I have used the tennis courts a few times and they are in good shape and very large. The maintenance is always done fast and I never have any complaints about it. The price is good for the square footage. My only complaint is that they changed their online payment service from a free edition to one that charges ungodly amounts. I just take a check into the office because I don't want to pay that extra service fee. Overall, I really like it here and hope to stay for quite a while. I would recommend it to everyone.
