Nice, unless you have a major problem :o(

Apartments are large size for the money, quiet neighbors, clean grounds, maintenance a little slow, however they recently hired new maintenance. Planes do fly directly over the apartments so it always sounds like they are landing in the parking lot so can't give it a thumbs up totally for noise. The biggest problems we have had are ants in the kitchen that won't go away and leaking in both bedrooms when it rains which has soaked the carpet. Neither problems are being fixed. I know there is mold growing under the carpets and so for our families safety we're moving. Oh also like another poster said, DON'T BE LATE ON YOUR RENT(1 day late is too late). Good luck if you have any major problems, otherwise ok place to live.

    I moved here a year ago. I have had a mouse, but once taken care of, never again. The office personnel is friendly and helpful. It takes a little time to get maintenance to respond, but they do a good job. It's peaceful and not much traffic through here. A lot of trees. Overall this place is nice, quiet, good rates, great area. I would rent here again if I could.

      Love It!

      The grounds are clean, the apt was clean at move in, the staff seems genuine and caring. I've lived here for 3years and no plans of moving. Airport noise takes a few weeks to get used to.

        I recently took over a friends lease until the end of December. I have been here for 2mths so far the experience has been ok -- the negatives are: if you are late one day on your rent expect an eviction notice on your door even if its just 11 cents -- no security and as every other complex the ac stops working every so often, my stove is very outdated and needs a fix up and if you live in one of the lofts expect to clean every day because it gets really dusty. But overall the neighbors are friendly the grounds are kept up nice and clean. -- The management staff is pretty nice and maintenance is done w/in a few hrs of you calling.
