The leasing office was easy to find and the people working there were very accommodating and friendly. Miss Santana and Evelyn were very helpful on regards to the questions I had. Miss Santana showed me 2 apartments and helped me with the decision as to which one I needed most. Evelyn also helped me with a possible solution for storage space and gave me the address to one that's close by.

Our last property manager made sure the community's upkeep was consistent, hoping the next one follows suit. The marketing consultant (Evelyn) is wonderful. She communicates effectively. Quiet neighborhood for the most part.

the area was nice and friendly. the people who helped us with looking for an apartment were super helpful. just wished the access to the buses were closer or wished the complex offered a shuttle to drive to the bus stops but everything else was nice.

Stream behind community is excellent. Staff are polite and helpful. Maintainence team are okay. Overall community can be loud but it's okay since there are lots of families with young kids. People don't respect the no smoking policy though.

I've enjoyed living here at Lee Overlook. The neighborhood is always so pretty and clean. Wish it had more things for the older kids. Like a basketball court. But other than that my 12 year old and I are fine for now.

Trash

management can’t keep the trash area clean. After adding bins & construction, it’s still a mess—right in front of apartments. This is disgusting & unacceptable someone needs to take action the real one.

I had a special situation upon moving in which took months to move in. The area so far is cute and quiet. The parking for guests sucks. The rules are strict. My unit is clean, updated and quiet. I do love coming home. I just wish I didn't have the worry of how strict and somewhat difficult it can be to live the apartment life.

------, this entire organization needs a revamp starting with corporate. There is a visible difference in low income and minority communities. Not once did anyone from Grady management respond to my emails, calls or complaints, until I reached out to BBB. Shame on this company, you all lack basic human decency, integrity, and morals! All money isn't good money, but karma doesn't forget!

Whoa! Where to begin...

This review is going to take some time so I'll update it periodically as my energy permits. This neighborhood and many of its residents are TRASH. Kids are consistently running amuck and damaging cars. I've witness kids use parked cars as a goal for soccer. Profanity/vulgar speech is the norm while they are conversing. This is a great place to not raise your kids... Don't believe me? Take a random drive through the neighborhood. The police also frequent this neighborhood almost daily. Probably because of the drugs being done and sold IN PUBLIC. Or maybe it's the frequent car vandals that come out at night. Again, if you don't believe me, take a random drive through the neighborhood, you are bound to see at least 1 vandalized car. The maintenance team is a myth. They commonly cycle through immigrants with no prior knowledge and are learning on the job. Repairs typically last 1 month before the same issue reoccurs. They also commonly invade your privacy. They will go as far as learning your work schedule to know to enter your unit... The first thing you will notice living here is that your water or electric bill will be sky high for no apparent reason. When questioned, they will insult your intelligence and insinuate that you are the problem...(Make them do their job!) The property manager is a pure demon. There really is more than meets the eye with linda. She is ferociously disrespectful, and confrontational. She will tell you a BOLD FACE lie, so make sure all your communications with "it" are done via email. Don't let that fake smile and cringy hair fool you. Towing is what one would describe as "predatory". They will pick and choose who's car they want to take. You will notice non-residents not getting towed, and residents who appear down on their luck with bad inspection stickers, etc. getting their cars plucked like feathers. When asking the towing company what the issue is, they will say property management "called" to have it removed. When confronting property manager, she will play dumb, but have an opinion on why it should've been towed. Parking on the street is no better because you are now getting parking tickets(Yes police come 5 days a week faithfully) There are also frequent car crashes and break-ins occurring to street parked cars. YES, people are getting intoxicated and crashing into parked cars and running! It's common there for some odd reason. Don't believe me? Look up the crime in the area, or simply ask a resident. I wish I was making this up. If you take a drive in the neighborhood, you will see remains of at least 1 poor sap's window being busted out. Typically a Honda. Ask any resident about how the renovations 2022 went. Residents were forced out of their homes and placed into hotels while they were robbed blind. YES, you read correctly, multiple residents including myself were robbed of items by staff. When contacting the property management, their response was "you are not supposed to be there, and if you feel something was taken call the police..." Yes, I was "yelled" at for entering my unit when other neighbors started talking about items and money missing from their units. Congrats to the residents who were smart and setup hidden camera's as I took mine down while being forced to move half of the unit into two bedrooms. To avoid catching a felony defending my items and respect, I had to write this incident off to God as going to court without photo evidence seems to be a waste of time IMO. Seems as if management knew this also, while cheerfully, disrespecting/dismissing me in a condescending tone during my complaint. The only good thing about Lee Overlook is Evelyn G. I think her and the demon need to switch seats. The trail behind is commonly used for illegal activity, I believe I still have a photo of the dead body being retrieved from back there about 5 years ago. This whole neighborhood is downhill in the physical and metaphorical sense.

The community as a whole is lovely. The best thing about it is that it is close to major highway and it's just convenient. It has all the features that I want it and for the amount that you pay it isn't all that bad. The only thing that I would like to see is that we get some type of visitor parking so that you're not bugging the office staff to write you a pass each time you have out of town visitors.

This apartment is perhaps one of the most unusual, because of a combination of its nice qualities. Initially, we got into this most to find a cheap place to live in. However, after a while, its other good qualities became apparent. It was situated in a rather quiet area, with the forest blocking the noise from the nearby highway, its close proximity to a nice nature trail AND a creek to relieve stress, and even being within a walking distance of an auto shop. Overall, the cost is very much worth it.
