So far I love it. It's gorgeous and so quite. I love it, the people are friendly and the pool is amazing. Plenty of stores around here. There is lots to do and see. Love my view. Couldn't ask for a better place.

The rent is very affordable and the location is ideal for 66 and 29. The community is very family and pet friendly. The rooms are spacious, as are the bathrooms. Lower end carpeting and painting on the apartment but live-able. It is good for the price, water and sewer included, a nice plus!

I recommend not having a brand new car. The kids in the community don't have a place to play it seems and they use the parking lot to play and I see them hitting cars with their balls. Other than that, this a decent place to live!

They waste no time getting things done, and they work with the resident as much as possible. This community has its pros and cons, like any other. But, if you're needing a place to live that's peaceful, kid friendly, understanding and kind... You've found it!

Good community, everyone is really nice. Environment is very clean and organized. Didn't have any problems with my home, there was never any pluming issue or things like that. Overall its was a really nice community.

I have lived at Overlook Apts. for nearly 15 years. As my kids grew up and moved on, I found I didn't need a 3 bedroom apt. anymore and instead of moving to a new location, I chose to move to a smaller unit but to stay at LO. The management, maintenance crew, and staff are top-notch, care about the individual tenents, and respond to any needs that they are presented with. I have no intention of moving any time soon...LO makes me feel safe and secure, my neighbors are friendly and I feel at home here!

Lee Overlook is a quiet family friendly place to live. I'd recommend it for small families and first time apartment holders. The only issue is the children don't have a playground to play on so they do play outside a lot so you have be careful driving thru the neighborhood. But other than that it's a food place to live.

Staff hasn't ever been an issue, just some neighbors which is to be expected. Parking is kind of a pain bc there's no visitor parking. Also, it's getting way too expensive especially when there are no updates to the units (at least not mine). People are constantly leaving trash blocking the trash and recycling area which is nasty

It's amazing community to live in! The staff is great and The neighbors are all like minded and considerate. The trash is always cleaned on time. I feel safe leaving my vehicle out over night. The guest policy is easy and the pool is great also.

This apartment complex is very unique. I enjoy my stay here at the Lee overlook. The staff is great and they are prompt with the response times. The only thing needed is reliable maintenance staffing. I understand all business go through tough situations.

Great location, beautiful setting, large floor plans but, most importantly, Lee Overlook feels like home. Both the management and maintenance staff are very knowledgeable and make the residents feel like they are part of a community, one you want to live in

It's been mostly fine so far. Trash overflow is a problem. People often throw trash and cigarettes over their balconies. I do live living next to the woods and streaml Great place to help maintain a daily walking habit.

Community is so quiet. Office people are so kind , very professional. The location is very convenient. It's close to the many good restaurants, library and stores even beautiful trails are great for walking.

My experience this far has been very positive. Lee Overlook is a nice quite place to live. There are no complaints so far. My neighbors are friendly and considerate. The neighborhood grounds are neat and well kept.

I like how quiet is my community. This apartment is convenient to access schools, parks, public transportation, and local entertainment. I like how I can walk around the neighborhood and walking outside the neighborhood, like how I can walk to the mountains and parks of this neighborhood..

As far as the first week of we moved everything is good, the apartment is clean and has a good space, all appliances working, a community like good. Hopefully, everything going fine and finest and great.

I feel at peace, i think i will enjoy living here, ,i am a new tenant so its a day at a time, its a nice community, i am already relaxed, i am cozy, my son has had alot of fun so far, i really see myself living happy. I think i will thank the landlord

I am ok with the property. It is one of the few apartments with desire prices in Centreville. Good school district. Close to historic area, highway, and many shopping area. Do not want to comment anymore.

The service tech was very knowledgeable about his equipment. They fix the blinds with efficiency in a cleanliness clean. Cleaned up his mess didn't leave any marks anywhere was very helpful. The service was done at the time I needed to be done.

I moved here about a month ago and the community is nice. There is a nature trail, playground, pool and many more. The staff here are very helpful. I would recommend this complex to family and friends.

Very nice staff, Beautiful property. So glad to be a part of the neighborhood. Can't wait to enjoy the amenities and meet my neighbors. Close to a lot of places and safe neigborhood. New beginnings very excited.

Rent price is high for the quality of the apartment. Things always breaking, old or broken. The trash area is terrible. It is a mess. The area has so many trash every where and cigarettes buds. Thank you for your time.

I'm being living at Lee Overlook for years, the staff is great and friendly, they are great in keeping the community clean and you can always see contractors updating the buildings ( roof, siding, roads) to keep the complex in good shape

love the staff. Community needs to be under surveillance so the ones making thcommunity bad can get it together. The staff goes above and beyond, but the condition of the trash are a brings any positives of this community back down.
