This community is horrible, they can not hold their staffing and their cleaning ground lady has pushed away all the employees with her horrible attitude. their is trash left outside on property, it is never cleaned, they lost both their maintenance people and ------ is very rude to the residents. this office needs to clean house and re start before they loose even more residents.

This complex is by far gorgeous and the apartments are very spacious. Since I've been here we had excellent maintenance service that have all moved on and there's only one new maintenance here that I haven't meant so will see how long he last for. I miss the old Assistant Manager Jennifer and the General Manager Cindy, they were awesome. I love the current ground keeper ( Ana). She is such a hard worker, very nice and has been with the company for 18 years. Its so sad when I see her out there cleaning for hours trying to keep up with the place. Its also a pity when the neighbors bad habits destroying the complex. Let me explain: mostly everyday there's kids all over the complex and parking lots making a mess by throwing garbage everywhere, rocks, toys, branches and anything else they can have in there hands. If you have a brand new car, don't move here because the kids will damage your car or some neighbor will ding your car by parking to close. I have experienced both. Cops were called last night due to uncontrollable kids outside and there called at least once a week. The parents are never around to watch there kids, but let the cops come, they'll show up. People and staff should know that cops have better things to do but to clear areas due to kids, so the staff should take care of this , they don't. OMG lets not start on the dumpster area... Its over flown on a daily. I seen kids toss it over garbage bags, lay it on the entrance area, in the parking lot and even on the grass next to buildings. As a responsible dog owner, you should pick up after but do you think it happens here, NO!. My time is coming short here so I'm very pleased with that. I believe the staff isn't as firm in enforcing the community rules which eventually it will effect the good residents living here. May I add this situation has been an on going problem for years. One last thing, when searching for your new home, always take the time to drive after hours and at night to see what you are going to deal with or not deal with..

Horrible so far. Got my car towed the first month I was there because the staff gave me the wrong parking sticker.. gave me 2018 instead of 2019 and they refused to reimburse me and other tenants. Water leaks under the sink and leaks in both toilets! I cant even open my windows in the evening because it smells like trash since the trash bins are not far from my building. The cleaning crew does such a great job cleaning and keeping it neat. When I moved in I was told the office could accommodate guest parking by placing the sticker under my door but when I called in to have one put on my door, I was told they no longer do so and the only ones that can pick it up is the adult on the lease. One problem with that, I am the only adult on my lease and when I get home, the office is already closed! Just because this place is affordable (paying 1500 rent for 2 bedrooms), doesn't mean u walk all over your residence. I made a mistake moving in here and I cant wait for my lease to be up!

I have needed a new refrigerator for 2 years! No one takes it seriously. I throw food away every week because my refrigerator wants to be a freezer. Maintenance just turns the temperature down so low that everything is lukewarm.

Kevin and Oscar the maintenance team are a wonderful asset for this community. The response time for tickets and efficiency shows, what keeps me at this apartment is knowing if anything goes wrong I will have a fast turn around and things will be working. I appreciate having such a strong maintenance team, the trash always looks horrible at this community the noise is loud however things get fixed and its livable : )

At present I don't know well cuzco moved some days ago. Water pressure is low. Hood fan in the kitchen not working. Drain is problem. Clean outside light.Half of Electrical outlet disorder. Thank you for your appreciation

I dont know how this is considered low in come housing. The have raised my rent over $160 so now if I want to stay I will have to pay $1750 a month which is about the same as any non low income housing how does that make since. Also I would constantly get threating letters on my door about needing to pay or get evicted in 10 days even though I have always paid my rent on time because of mistakes they have made this has happened 3 times. So I guess the apology I get is a rent increase thank you!

It is nice living here in Lee Overlook and the Staff here are polite, professional and make repairs in a timely manner. The people in the office are often extremely busy, however, they still have a way of making you feel important as they acknowledge your presence upon entrance into their office every time.

Tow Happy. They illegally tow your vehicle out of legal parking spaces for the sole purpose of collecting money from the tow company partnership. So unless you have money for tow fees, do not rent here.

The parking lot has a lot of space. The view is incredible. I like the river and the nearby mountains. I go there every single year. I really enjoy it. I like how the manger fix our house. It is really nice for them.

This community has a great location, next to 66, and the price is excellent. You will be hard pressed to find a better deal anywhere. The floors are VERY creaky, but if you live on the top level, at least you won't have to deal with the problem directly as much. (I hope that when they change the carpet, they will put screws in the floor instead of nails. I gave the staff an excellent rating because of Jennifer. They have had MANY different people in the office during my 5 years here, but she has lasted a long time, is always friendly, and does an outstanding job of being the middle person between the owners and the tenants. She is able the explain the reasons behind policies without sounding harsh (unlike some other people they have had). She also makes you feel like your concerns have been heard, and she is quick to take appropriate action to resolve problems. I am yet to see a perfect community, but this community has been a good place for me to live for 5 years while saving to buy a house. If you come in with the mindset that you are going to be a positive influence and a good neighbor, this can be a good community for you too.

The space of the apartment is very comfortable. Spacious patio and rooms. Maintenance is not responsible for in home light fixtures being damaged. Some of the appliances/hardware/cabinetry is outdated - the flooring creaks. Misleading with a 3rd floor (it really is a 4th floor) the first floor is considered "0" depending on the apartment you live in. It could mean you are on the basement ground level "0" or above ground level "0"
