I loved this community the minute I laid eyes on it. The buildings look amazing and the Interior is even better. It's a nice and quiet neighborhood that has many amenities such as a pool, playgrounds, and more. The staff is very nice and the most helpful that I have ever experienced they will meet to your needs at any means necessary. I highly recommend this being your next home if you're currently looking.

Everyone is very friendly. We really enjoy the playgrounds for our daughter. We love the stream that runs through the back of the apartment buildings. Very peaceful area. Great for new families and young professionals.

I got to know about this apartment through a family friend who had lived here before. I met Evelyn at the office who took me through the process. She is articulate and exhibited professionalism. I moved in with my three children and we are enjoying the neat and quiet environment.

Nice staff , kind helpful. Parking one car is an issue. My daugter has a cat she is 17 that's why they can't put her in lease and she has to find parking on the street. It s dangerous for young lady to walk in the evening I think

Leasing office staff was very thorough, helpful and patient when we were approved as tenants. We had needed a new washing machine within first 6 months. The staff was responsive and work was done promptly. The staff has had to communicate with us for ongoing renovation project and. they keep us well informed of process. Each of the things needing attention in our apartment have been addressed quickly. The grounds are cleaned often. The staff is always friendly and helpful. People are wasteful sometimes and the property could use another dumpster..

Very fast move in process. Nicely updated apartments. Love the washer and dryers being in unit. Office responds quickly to emails. New floors are a plus. Parking is always available directly in front of my building.

Other than the construction, i have no complaints about the grounds. Noise level has increased at night as well. I would recommend Lee Overlook, however, something could be done about all of the traffic of people who do not live here

I like this neighborhood so far. The neighbors I have come across have been friendly. There are a lot of kids in the neighborhood, so you'll see them outside and hear yelling quite often. The only complaint I have is that sometimes I can hear yelling and fighting through the walls. I really appreciate the renovations; they've made the apartment feel much cleaner and more inviting.

It's decent living here, Melinda the manager is very helpful. We only had minor issues with maintenance and one big issue when our only car was towed and this is low income living so hard to pay that bill on our own. The rehab was also stressful because I had to call off my job for the week. But it seems to calm down now and we can enjoy living here again.

Recently, my feeling towards how things are running have changed over the last 6 or so months due to a lot of noise during the day and baseless accusations made against me. From 2019 thru the end of 2021 the apartments were amazing and pretty quiet and the rent affordable but I can't stay here anymore because I feel unsafe.

I love my apartment. It has the perfect amount of space for me and my two boys! The boys have their own bathroom! The full size washer and dryer saves me a trip to the laundromat which is a huge plus!

Pros: -Easy access to 66, 29, 28 -Responsive management -Roads, sidewalks, grounds nicely maintained -Sidewalks shoveled and salted after snow -apartments decent, upgrading to modern appliances soon Cons: -You can hear the shooting range at Bull Run Regional Park -the LOUD gas mowers go for hours on mowing day (make plans to be elsewhere) Overall: Pretty area with great schools, decent apartments, responsive staff and close enough to surrounding areas to commute.

when I came here I love the place. But since I had moved from the second front to the first floor and put on the back side. Had to Be put in a handicap unit due to my son in the wheelchair now I've had more problems in this one unit things was not updated never painted no new carpet when I moved in 2014 to the first floor. The apartment unit used to be very peaceful too many trees back here my son has broccoli lung dysplasia always sick I prefer to be in the first floor in the front in a three bedroom in the complex peoples cars are getting broken into the kids are rude and now destroying stuff it's just not the same anymore and you can't blame the maintenance or the manager because she's doing everything she can to stop it

This community was once very nice when we first moved in. Since that time , this area has gone downhill. There's been a rent increase over the last 3 years that is senseless, considering what you get for it. A roof over your head. That's about it. Assaults, public mischief, personel property damage, burglary to vehicles... The kids have no place to play - no playground, athletic fields etc. There is a pool, but it's not exclusive to Lee Overlook Apts. It is a pool shared with all the townhouses and condos along Paddington Lane. The pool area is not governed well with reckless and sometimes dangerous behavior in and out of the pool. Most of the "lifeguards" are slavic, and it seems some don't even understand plain english when you're conversing with them. Our family has not visited the pool for a while for the reasons listed. The steps of the buildings are made of pressure-treated wood attached to iron. No elevators! 19 steps to the 1st floor - not very soothing to a person whose disabled. And not many disabled parking spots at all. 2 every other unit, except the rental office parking and my building's parking. And it took the filing of paperwork, 2 parking area "surveys", and many follow-up calls to management to get an additional handicapped space put by our bulding. I could go on, but I'm becoming upset just recalling all of this...
