From the first day I moved in there has been issues. Compared to other apartments I have lived in this has been the one with the most issues. Things break often or stop working. Maintenance takes days or weeks sometimes to come. Sometimes you have to call more than once on same issue. Appliances are very old and cheap. Parking is terrible for tenants and there visitors.

I have never had any issues with our apartment in the years we've lived here until 2017. A lot has been going on with our apartment, as well the turn over of staff recently has been rather confusing since no notices go out. I don't have referred people to this community in the past and have regretted it. The communication between the management and the maintenance is not the best. I am glad the roach infestation has been taken care of, however it just doesn't feel like HOME anymore.

Lee overlook is a nice place to stay. Staff are very nice and friendly. Maintenace fixed problems right away. Very convienient near from stores, restaurant and gasoline station. No problems in parking.

Nice community, clean apartments and buildings. I would prefer numbered or reserved parking spots. No visitor parking, lots of kids playing in the parking lot which it doesn't bother me, but I don't thing is safe.

Love the apt. But can't stand that the kids play in the parking lot. Balls hit cars (because they play football, soccer, baseball), cars get scratched due to kids riding bikes, scooters, I wish they had a place here on property to play, because I have had my cars get light scratches that luckily have been able to be buffed out. That's really my biggest complaint. I love the apt, it is big and spacious especially the master bedroom. I've been here 3 years and for the rent and size of the apt. there isn't anything cheaper and bigger for the price. The problem with the children has never been resolved (the Office just sends notices to all apts. reminding residents that children are not suppose to play in the parking lot that they can go to the other property to use their playground). But honestly parents don't take their children there, and the older children (10 - 14) don't go to it. The other problem is that if you have guests they need to park off property if they plan to stay passed 11pm. The office does not give out visitors passes. I don't have little kids and my guests already know to park off property if they plan to stay passed 11pm. The apt itself, like I said, is very spacious, and the property personnel (office, grounds, maintenance) are very nice. Your service calls get looked at and fixed quickly. And as far as pests, I've been here in this apt for 3 years and have yet to see a roach or rodent. I have seen spiders and centipedes but I just remove the spiders outside and squash the centipedes. I live towards the back so I don't hear much noise.

I had first been placed in a outward facing apartment then was changed to the creek view. Jennifer did an amazing job helping me walk through the leasing process. She truly is amazing at what she does. I had a few minor problems and she made sure to get them fixed right away. I love the choice I have made with where I'm living and happy the process was very smooth. Great job!!!

The inside of the apartments when moving in are clean,bright,and spacious.There is general wear and tear, but they will replace anything that isn't working properly right away. There is a pool and a very nice walking trail. Great Staff...

I've been living here since 2011, the apartments are good space wise but other than that it's terrible, there's bugs all over the building so when you walk up to your apartment you'll most likely have some sort of bug on you, I wouldn't recommend bringing guess, it's also noisey you can literally here everything coming from people walking up the stairs to the people under or on top of you. The apartments look nice the first day you come to view it but once you move in you noticed cracks and holes and fast repairs that didn't turn out right, I've switch to another apartment in lee over look and it turned out to be the worst idea ever, I will be moving out before winter because also the outside air gets through the windows do to cheap appliances and sorts.

The tenants, staff, both office and maintenance, are all very helpful, courteous, when both scheduling and completing any repairs. The property has always been clean. It is a quiet, diverse neighborhood.

DONT DO IT

I moved here in april and was ready to move by june. The air ducts are NEVER cleaned and when I contacted mgmt to have them cleaned they said no and that I needed to get a letter of medical neccessity from a dr. Since I moved here my infant son has been chronically sick with uri's and sinus infections,coughing and wheezing non stop. I too am getting sinus infections. When the air or heat turns on you can actually smell musty moldy odors coming out. Please save your health and don't live here. I want to leave for my little baby but I would have to give 2 months notice and pay an additional 2 months of rent that's almost 5000. I'm so sad and just wanna go

When I first moved here management was cleaning up the problem tenants. This complex became better until about a few yrs ago. Management seems to have seriously stop trying, maintenance does not fix the problems as they should. Tenants are being penalized for the problems other tenants have left behind. This was once a beautiful property but now it has become a nightmare. Kids always in the street. I myself have almost hit one more then once because they run in the street without looking, i have had my window cracked because a child has thrown something that hit my car. Please if you have children go somewhere else.

CANT WAIT TO MOVE

I moved here a while ago. It was my first apartment and so I didnt know what to expect. The first week I moved here every handle on each cabinet I had broke in the exact same spot. I left that alone and moved on. Then if I open a blind it broke in the spot you looked out of. The came to do and unannounced building wash down, and sprayed through opened windows in every room. I have been asking for my last 4 lease renuals to have my carpet cleaned (as per my lease) and nothing. We have had 6 office managers who all say " well Im not going anywhere". Now, there are 8 and 12 people living in 2 bedroom apartments making the as much noise as a heard of elephants. I tried to hang my child art work and went right through the wall. Underneath my carpet is pure concreted grass which means we get little creepy crawlers during the warm season. You have to be desperate or niave, or just stupid to stay here as long as I have. This Place is like the last hotel you pass before you get to the end of the highway and you have no choice but to stay... DONT DO IT.. thats All I have to say..

Do not even THINK about renting here!

Do NOT rent here! The management of this apartment complex is completely incompetent and inefficient. The office will tell you one thing, then, say they never said it, or they say that there is no record of any of that discussion. I am still trying to resolve money issues, and differences from almost a year ago. Neither Grady Management [the Overlook s management company] nor Lee Overlook will respond regarding trying to resolve the issue that was caused by their incompetence. This apartment and its main management company are completely unwilling to accept responsibility for their errors and mismanagement.

Good place to live

Don't always believe what you read, when I first moved into this area I read negative comments about the place but it was a great apartmeent living, there will always be some problems when you are renting but that is every where, now that I am a home owner, I believe Lee overlook was my best experience, the people were nice in the office and when you had an issue they were prompt to response. People that complain and say don't live here were probably evected for not paying rent and also were a problem, becasuse that is one thing with Lee Overlook if you are a problem trust me you will not be there long. To all the renters with all these problems remeber your renting if you don't like it BY YOUR OWN HOME,THE MARKET IS GREAT NOW!!!!!!
