Ashby is very convenient to restaurants and services and major commuter routes. The remodeled apartments are very nice, especially the washer/dryer in the unit. The facilities and the building are kept up well and the staff has been very polite and responsive.

Excellent experience from initial contact to taking possession of a pristine clean apartment. Staff very competent and friendly. Everything works to perfection.Maybe the entrance reception needs some updating, does not make the best impression on entry.Reception staff open and helpful.

It is a little more expensive, but it's covenient. The spring in front of the building is noising at the summer and fall night. There is some awful paint and carpet smell when we moved in our unit, because it was renovated before we moved in. By the way, the carpet is not in good quality.

The Ashby complex is a good place to live. the staff are friendly and responsive. One of the things that needs improvement is their portal and how you can pay rent. I think they should also try to make some entertainment in the building, such as pool tables, table tennis, etc. also improve the Gym, which I believe needs a full change. Thanks

The staff are all very attentive. My apartment was clean on move in day with new carpets and appliances. The grounds and pool are well maintained. The residents were friendly and welcoming. Extremely positive - The only regret we have in having an apartment on the ground floor is the car noise and a lack of a view. otherwise it suits us down to the ground (no pun intended!). The office staff are great and mostly the person at the desk is friendly and competent. The occasional function and the book exchanges are a great addition to apartment life. The existence of a deli is good and the people who run it are great. The gym is an added and appreciated bonys. The mail service operates effectively. Overall, it is a very nice place in which to live, the residents are generally a good class of people and the inside cleaning and maintenance staff are to be commended.

I have lived at The Ashby for 10 years having lived in several other properties around the region. The Ashby is far and away the best from the office staff to the maintenance crew to the concierge desk. They know that the apartment you rent is your home and they respect that fact in all they do. I know many other residents who have lived here longer than my 10 years and this is why they do.

Over all a good experience. The parking lot can be a challenge. The majority of paking spots are to narrow. The cost to live is very expensive. The water bill seems somewhat unfair, I spend more on water for myself amd my 2 boys when their over than I ever did in the single family homes I have owned. i do like the secured building. I have 2 boys and it is comfortable knowing we are in a secure building. The maintenence team and cleaning team do a great job.

The building is extremely well maintained; staff is very helpful and any maintenance problems are handled immediately. The only problems I have encountered relate to noise, which happens in every apartment community. However, I would highly recommend that the Ashby not allow people to have (or rather to play) musical instruments such as pianos. There is no way to muffle this sound and as residents we should be able to choose our own music.

the experience at the Ashby building so far is satisfactory some enhancement can be adjusted to a better living condition. noise level from neighboring faucets and showers can be reduced by either adding oil to the faucets or changing the rubbers. Opening the cabbage room door with your apartment key and holding it while you go inside the room is a hustle for elderly people specially when one is carrying a lot of garbage bags .
