in general the condition of the apartments is very old. Very old doors, old appliances and walls that are painted over with 10 layers of paint. There is no soundproofing in the houses - you will hear everything that your neighbors upstairs are doing. Employees at the office are very respectful and professional answering my questions promptly. The application process was simple and fast. Completing paperwork to move in was easy and clear. Move in process also easy I definitely recommend this place.

Office & maintenance staff are all super friendly and communicate any upcoming maintenance things well ahead of time. Leasing process was quick & easy. My apartment is in pretty good condition considering the age of the building and the number of previous tenants.

It has been a very pleasant experience living here. Office staff are all very friendly and always available. The community is very quiet and all my neighbors are friendly as well. Maintenance requests are handled & usually completed within 24 hours!

Shady business

They are just taking app fee’s. Approved me then the next day someone told me one thing then another rep gave me another excuse. I still don’t know exactly what was the reason. As of today I Still haven’t received my holding fee back as well. I saw other people having the same issue prior to me i should’ve checked the reviews.

Overall it's been nice living here. It's quiet. My neighbors have been friendly and I haven't had any issues. The office staff have been very friendly. The only issue I have is how much rent has gone up since I have been here. After a while I may not be able to afford rent and eat.

I have had quite an interesting experience since move-in. Not yet sure if it's good or bad since I've only been here since November; it's definitely different than my past rental experiences. There are communal living things that irritate me, like being on the lower unit with a neighbor who assumingely has a young child who doesn't get enough play outside so it continues above me when I'm trying to decompress. Or it wakes me early in the morning because the youngster hits the floor going! Other than that, the leasing office and maintenance crew are very responsive and affective.

No renovations have been done but they've still raised the rent every year. After the first year it was a 19% increase, then anywhere from $60-$100 the following years. Besides that it's fine. It's dog friendly as long as you're a responsible owner. They do little events every couple of weeks or so and bring in food trucks once in a while. Overall, not bad. Definitely better than other places with their respective BlackRock type of landlord.

The grounds are nice and quiet, I love the tall trees and the water features. The staff is all friendly and kind. However, the upkeep leaves much to be desired. Trash in the yards and trash piles up to a mountain in front of the dumpster on the weekends. Maintenance has come into my apartment with no advance notice or even after the fact, and they left a huge mess with dirt etc inside. Overall it hasn't been a negative experience but there is much that could be easily improved.

I experience lots of leaks over the period of living here. Everyone in my building smokes and it floods my apartment with smoke. Several of them smoke Marjuana and I have complained several times to the rental office and they still live here. I will not be signing another lease out here.

Everything is good. The landscape looks great. The apartments overall are good., Staff and communication is excellent. The maintenance issues are resolved promptly. I think that the breeze ways where people enter. Their apartments need to be inspected.
