It's a quiet neighborhood and generally safe. Had some issues with vehicle breaking and no cameras to help investigate, so that high key is a problem, but otherwise, it's been a solid place to live for 3 years.

The location and price were the first consideration. The size of the apartment was the secondary construction. I would rarely use a pool or fitness room so these were lesser considerations. Plenty of parking.

I am a resident of the community and generally enjoy living here. However, I am writing to share a concern regarding the maintenance of the property. The building exteriors, breezeway walls, and wood surfaces are in need of a serious power wash. Addressing these areas would greatly improve the overall appearance of the property and demonstrate the high standard of upkeep expected by the residents.

Community is great and small. Could use lighting in the front entrance of the community and in the community. Be nice if they can add a few cameras in the parking lot. It has been a few car break in. Outside could use a power wash. Overall I have no complaints I feel safe.

Good so far. Um, it's been good so far. Why do I have to compose a 200 character response to this? It is a quiet community, and my neighbors have been great. There have been some issues with my door being left unlocked after service in my apartment, though.

After a year everything strats to break down and more reach come out. Other then that its a quite area. Its hard to get in touch with management. Its hard to get thought on the phone doing the day and the after hours line.

I have no major complaints but there have been a few issues with trash removal services causing overflowing is garbage and poor communication with residents regarding the issue. Issue eventually was resolved. It's not a loud community even located next to 2 schools. Aroma of Marijuana can be present at times

Only been here for a week but so far it is a nice unit, quiet building and complex. Great area for kids, park next door, plus elementary and middle school. All the kinds of needs for shopping and eating are so close it's shocking (love that).

I wanted to share some honest feedback as a resident. The recent rent increases are becoming difficult to justify, especially compared to nearby new communities offering better value and amenities. Unfortunately, the service quality has declined?park maintenance is poor, utility charges seem unusually high, and resident feedback often goes unacknowledged. Overall, the cost no longer reflects the experience. I hope management will take these concerns seriously and work toward improvements.

Poor Property Upkeep

The apartments in this community are in dire need of a thorough power washing. The stairs and breezeways have accumulated significant grime, and the wood surfaces look incredibly dirty. It would be a simple yet effective solution to hire a cleaning service to enhance the appearance of our living environment. Residents consistently pay their rent; it’s only fair that we see some effort put into maintaining the property. I've taken the time to walk through the entire community, and it's evident that every building requires attention. It's disheartening that management seems indifferent to these issues while we continue to deal with overflowing trash. What are we actually paying for if the upkeep of our neighborhood and buildings isn’t being prioritized? This situation is simply unacceptable and warrants immediate action.

Love my apartment but for the price we have zero amenities and virtually no community events. There have been 2 since I moved in and all are held in the tiny office. Property manager is just a prima Donna that lies to upper management.

Moving here was easy, friendly staff. Trash tends to build up quickly and not get taken out as often as it should. Also neighbors can be loud at times , but that's to be expected in an affordable apartment community.

Apartment manager and staff are always polite to me when I go to the office. Maintenance man is very polite to me and always knows how to fix things that need to be fixed. Neighbors that I meet when I am walking around are always nice to me.

The kitchen was filthy and the oven has not racks. The dishwasher is not working and leak on top of being filthy as well. The front door, and bedroom window has a bad draft and one of them is in terrible shape. The air vent in the bathroom doesn't work and there is a peace of cardboard in the bedroom vent. Wasp nest on the balcony, can't open the shed either. Reported all of this on the move in checklist and have been getting the run around by the office when they do actually pick up. Maintenance has yet to reach out to me and I moved in 12 days ago.

All the apartments needs a renovation. None of the closet doors are working. The balcony door is not opening and three beds so dirty and needs a power wash please I will request before the rent apartment to check up everything.

Been here for one month and I love it here. The office and maintenance is super nice, sweet, and very welcoming. They were extremely helpful before move in, during move in and after move in. Quiet community as well. No complaints over here.
