I haven't had any concerns lately. You basically get what you pay for. It's an old building but it's peaceful, except you right next to the parking lot with car alarms going off all night. Take out your trash every evening if you don't want the friendly roaches hopping in.

It is a good experience,but please address the the problems in the apartment, and please dont come into peoples apartments without there concent unless an emergency. It is a great place to live overal.

I found this apartment online while I was on TDY for work. Secured everything remotely, signed the lease online, and agreed on a move-in date. Two days before I was supposed to move back to VA, they called and told me my apartment was not move in ready and the carpets needed to be cleaned but couldn't be clean until Monday (I was supposed to move in on Sunday). They waived the move-in fee ($300) for the inconvenience and I was satisfied. However, when Monday came around, there was no communication about whether or not the carpet had been cleaned, I missed a half days work trying to connect with the apartment, and I even showed up to the leasing office twice over the space of three hours (12-2pm) and no one was in the office. When someone finally showed up they still did not know if the carpet was cleaned. We toured the apartment and it appeared to be clean, but smelled of cigarette smoke. At this point I just wanted to move in as I had been living in a hotel and my whole life was currently in my car. This was definitely not the best experience I've had apartment wise and resulted in two strikes against them. I'm hoping living here was not a mistake.

Good experience. I am enjoying my stay. I have moved in on August 2018. The stay has been short but I like it and Kelly and her staff are great to me. I would recommend to move in and give it a try. The unit and the stay are great

Maintenance takes too long and even think they forget they have to come back to finish. I always call to find out what is taking so long. The office staff is great and very informative and helpful. I dont want to sound mean but your maintenance department is horrible and i am still waiting after 3 weeks or more for them to come back and fix a wall thats adjacent to the water heater room thats starting to show water spots and to be honest im worried it might turn or is mold in the sheet rock

it has been 5 amazing years, very quite neighborhood and amazing staff. Jordan from maintenance is amazing and very polite and gets things done in a very effective and timely manner. I hope they keep home. He is one of the good ones.

Haven Woodbridge has been a welcoming and homey community. It is located near a nice park, and everyone seems to be very polite. Also, it is tucked away from I-95 so noise from traffic is at a minimum, but convenient travel is just a short drive away.

This community has been a GodSend to my family. We were so worried about finding an apartment who would overlook our credit issue. But the property Manager Kelly was very happy to help us and approved us within 10 minutes. Everyone at the property is very nice!

Aesthetically, the community is a well kept, hidden gem. There are some issues being worked out and property has new Leasing and office management, so all should be worked out shortly. Mrs. Kelli is an amazing, most accommodating Leasing Manager I've ever had the pleasure of speaking with. We encountered some issues, but because of her, I am still a tenant and happy. She truly is amazing!

Very convenient. I love the fact that the schools are near. It is a safe community. The office staff is very helpful. They respond quickly to solve any issues we may have. You dont see trash laying around.

Everything has been good by now. They recently hired new staffs and they don't really know how to do some things. They should have received a training before getting in to the building. People who live in the building should have at least a pass for their visitors to park (As the others complexes do). Going to the office anytime you have only one visitor is a waste of time (due to our work we don't have)

Mainly it's been great. Even with changes in management. Maintenance is quick. The newest company has made some upgrades which have been nice and have cleaned up around. They rent increases have not been huge which is greatly appreciated when you work in the county. My first drawback was getting bed bugs for the first time ever within the first year. It was confirmed by office that it was an issue in multiple apartment buildings. Now seemingly gone it's always in the back of my head since it did take over a year to get rid of and from ALL the reading I know they aren't easily cleaned out. Second is the addition of water and trash payments. Though I understand most other apartments charge. Third thing was that I had a few times where management came in without prior notice. Right now all seems well so here I stay hopefully they continue to make improvements and the handful of neighbors that are a little rowdy will move away!

I love this apartment. The office staff are very welcoming. Also any issue requiring maintenance are answer promptly. Very clean and quiet environment. Easy asses to shopping centers and I95. Nice neigborhood.

I have only lived here for a couple of months. In these couple of months, I have had really noisy neighbors that lived upstairs. They always sound a if they're moving furniture, dropping this furniture, and stomping through the apartment all day. This is an awful experience because I work at night and I can barely sleep since moving here. I reported it to management. This helped for a day or too and then it started back. One of my other neighbors from upstairs were involved in a domestic violence situation. They argued and screamed throughout the stairwell. They stopped in front of my door and I heard the female mention something about a gun. She eventually called the police. I mentioned this to the leasing office. The manager stated that she had no knowledge of this and was following up with the police. After that, there was no other mention of the incident and I moved from the complex. Please do not consider moving here!! Worst living experience ever!!

I give this property a 4 out 5 . The only thing is missing is amenities. The location is great , the property is clean and the lady , I think she the assistant manager " Yoyo" is amazing and so sweet . She always have a smile on her face and always follow up if I had a question about anything . I think she the 8th new person in the office. Which is not good but , since she start . I've gotten pending work order done and our mailbox change . If you're looking a small nice property this is it but no amenities . Right next to the parkway easy to get everywhere .

The woman who showed me the apartment was so nice and welcoming. I felt as though she was committed to making sure I loved the apartment and wanted to move in right away. I love the fact that it is close to my commuter lot as well for work.

Liked the old management. This management is making too many big changes (e.g. suddenly charging for parking). I live in a one bedroom with my fiance... so we have two vehicles. Seems a bit silly we, and those in our situation are being punished for this. The low cost and lack of hidden fees were why we moved into this apartment. So, the addition in the MIDDLE of our lease is very off-putting. We'll probably move out after this lease ends, before any other hidden costs are tacked on to our current lease.

They advertised it to us as a top-notch, recently renovated apartment. We were excited to move in, but when we finally did we realized many things were wrong with it. No lights in the rooms, no toilet paper racks, paint was peeling, doors don't completely close, animals living and reproducing in the vents. The only maintenance request that wasn't half-done was the lightbulb change in the laundry room. All maintenance calls had to be made several times before someone actually came and acted like they were trying to do something, but nothing was actually ever done.

I've only been here 2 months so I can't say much. There staff are very nice specially Carmen she has been so great I give her a request to fix something in the apartment and she never forgets to put in the request for me. They are a bit slow in fixing things around here bt I think it's because its a big community.

This management has done a great job. The whole place is clean, and in case you need assistance they are always there to help out. Kids play safely and noise is definitely not an issue in Haven Woodbridge Apartments.

Good place, nice community, clean, great customer services,little problem on services people they didn't show up or fix on timely manner, some times it takes them about two weeks. Generally it good apartment.
