It's been good when we first got here and everything but sometimes people upstairs are really loud always stomping,screaming etc and it's hard to sleep some times because it's loud but other than that it's been okay.

The community is very quiet, clean and the maintenance crew is amazing. They're on top of things when I asked about my sink they were here the same day. 10/10 would recommend to anyone to move here. Carly is amazing as well

Horrible

I would say that never think of this community. Horrible in responding to you, fake promise of 72 hours reply. It's 11 days that I am waiting for their response and called them at least 20 times, no one answer, or property manager is not available, we will call you shortly, and paid $200 as well. Also twice visited their office in person. I would simply put it that worst than street robbers at least you know got robbed, but they nicely get your money and discrimination as well. Their online port is worst and time wasting! Their corporate office is unreachable!!! A FAKE COMMUNITY & PEOPLE!!!

Let's see I moved into the complex in 2002, I had a 2 bedroom ground floor, it was spacious then I was forced into a 1 bedroom in 2007 not so spacious. It's quiet, central to wherever you want to go..

It seems they are not managing the property we're. The immediate manager has no information to help residents. Always have to wait for replies from corporate office, in which you never get a response . They provide no immunities here. It's terrible when you have to pay more for dirty smelly water.

I love these apartments. it's a nice place to live. It's quiet and has close places to go and there's a Elementary school and middle school and the people are nice also malls and supermarket and close.

I have lived in my apartment going on 3 years now. I have had pest issues none stop. Roaches greeted me the very first day I moved in. Other than roaches i have had centipedes, large over sized ants, spiders, bugs that look like worms but weren't worms and bees but they only make there presence known during the spring and summer. I have had leaks in both bathrooms, the kitchen and the living room. The bathrooms and kitchen has had ceilings replaced twice. Now I have a rotten, moldy wall in the livingroom that has yet to be fixed! It all started back in 2017, i saw water running down the walls. I called the office and the maintenance man brings a fan to dry out the wall. Months later, mildew spots are showing up on the wall, maintenance comes again and paints over it. NO ONE EVER TRIED TO FIND THE SOURCE OF THE LEAK! Here we are again in 2020, the wall is rotten, with watermarks and mold. The baseboards are literally discolored and rotten. They have these so called inspections but they dont fix ----. For the amount of money paid each month, it's not worth the money. Dont be fooled by the outer appearance of these apartments, and the neighborhood surrounding. It looks nice but living here is hell.

This place is the WORST place for any human being to live! There are roaches every where. But what's worse is that I'm in the top floor and I have racoons... bit spider but big --- racoons in the attic that have tried to push the vent cover off to get in. I called the leasing office and they say they will send the maintenance man. Which did not come by the way. They try to make the kitchen look more renovated which FAILED. The paint job is ------ all over. The Inside of the drawers in the kitchen is old wood with drips of paint from where some lazy maintenance man decided paint like a 4 year old and has paint in places that are not even painted. The kitchen has no microwave. The living room door is broken. And what's worst the front door knob fell right unti the floor as I shut the door 1 am. So I had to sleep all night with a door that was broken and unlocked. The maintenance team sucks they came to spray for roaches one day and decided to move my furniture and left it that way. I called the front desk and the woman act like it was my fault. The walls are so then I can hear my downstairs neighbor as if we were roommates! I'm telling you this place is HELL! Do NOT move to HAVEN WOODBRIDGE! The fact that the prices are this high is crazyyyy! This place is a big nightmare! My neighbor and I countdown the days until our lease is up. DO NOT DO IT! I have lived in Haven Woodbridge for 7 years, my experience is good, they are apartments far from any noise in 7 years, nothing bad has ever happened, my daughters in summer go out to play and everything is a great experience living here, I recommend them to anyone think about moving is more I am promoting them to my friends that where I live are some remote apartments and there is no noise at all just take my experience has the schools a few steps and the shops 5 minutes by car

The leasing office is full of really nice people. Even though i had to send my documents multiple times they were able to get the lease approved and my keys and to move in the same day. They work with people in the military with discounts and no security deposit. Also, the two bedroom is very spacious and i love the renovated things i have in there. I wish they had a oook but they said we can use the other communities pools. A park Junior high school and elementary school is outside the Entrance of the complex.

I have not been here very long, but the staff is friendly, the area is very clean, and the location feels out of the way, but isn't too far from basic needs like groceries. The apartment space is rather big considering the decent price. I was pleasantly surprised by this! The property manager shows her care for this location and it was the main reason I chose to rent here.

Community quiet. No problems. No gym or swimming pool for amount of rent you pay. Rent has gone up to much in the two years I have been here. School is very close. Close to highway and potomac mills mall.
