It seems like a good place to live. I'm new and still getting used to it. I wish there were a building where the bathroom could be converted to handicap-accessible, but that seems to be out of the question.

Excellent maintenance

I had a dishwasher stop draining over the weekend and submitted a maintenance request. By 3:30 pm the next business day, within an hour of assessment that my dishwasher was no longer functional, I had an upgraded one installed. The 2 current maintenance guys are always prompt, timely, clean, and thorough. Excellent service! - Dr. Snider

Nice complex in a nice area of town with a great staff. Community is generally quiet and the common grounds are kept clean. The laundry room only has two washers and two dryers - should have more of each.

Everything with this community has been easy from the application process to the move in. This is the first time I have had to use maintenance and it was quickly resolved. There have been some issues with a couple neighbors, but I believe they are moving out soon.

It's safe, clean, a good size, and good community. The maintenance is lacking. I've put in about 4 maintenance requests in the last 3 months and always have to follow up with the main office or submit request again because it isn't done right the first time and they have left several messes. I also had flies I couldn't get of and possible mold on the ceiling. I don't regret moving here but there are definitely problems.

everyone is so genuinely nice, and welcoming. they treat their tenants so nice and are quick to answer any worries or concerns. maintenance always watches out for anyone who needs help and also helps watch the kids when they get on the school bus in the mornings, so sweet!! great place to stay :)

The staff is amazing. They are what makes this apartment complex stand out from other options. The grounds are kept exceptionally well. The pool is always clean. They handle issues promptly and try to meet the needs of the people in the community. It's a rare place and has been the best renting experience that I've had by far.

Great apartments

Have lived here for many years. Office and maintenance staff greet everyone with a genuine “Hello. How are you doing?” and a smile. They are professional, happy, kind, respectful and trustworthy. They create a family-like community and sustain it with numerous events. The pool, grounds, and apartments are well maintained. Maintenance requests are responded to quickly, fixed correctly, and your personal space is respected. The community is quiet and clean. The rent is reasonable and I love having a set amount that I owe each month (set amount inclusive of water, internet, and trash). I wish parking was more controlled. If one resident has 2+ vehicles, there aren’t enough spaces for everyone.

Beautiful location!

Wonderful place to stay! Next to a playground (the fort). The pool is great and they also have a dog park and a mini car wash station.Sometimes during a holiday, they will have a party or event to go with it, like bingo night or pool party. Definitely would recommend staying here. I don’t ever want to leave!

The move in process was amazing. Annie and Alarria made the move in process simple and answered all my questions. Spanish Fort Town Center feels like home. Quiet place with shops in walking distance. Love how it not far from Baldwin County nor Mobile County.

Its a top notch relaxed commiunity. Love the setting and staff. I have had some AC issues but they have been solved every time with top notch hospitality and good attitude. If I was to continue to live in the area I would rent for years.
