The apartments are great, although some of the electric appliances could need an upgrade. Fantastic staff. Close distance to stores and shops and entertainment. Very quite, close to the forest. Nice pool and gym.

This complex is very friendly, clean, and family/pet oriented! I love the amenities (valet trash, pool, pet park) and the friendliness of the staff. All are quick to correct any issues within the apartment & maintenance was quick to respond.

Our office and maintenance crew are wonderful. Always courteous and ready to help. Complex is kept clean and pride is taken it the appearance of the surroundings. Walking around the complex ,they go out of their way to greet you with a smile.

It's a great place to live! I would refer anyone to live there. It's very convenient and shopping areas are close by! Not far from Mobile or the beaches. Nice staff, friendly community, and safe for everyone!

Rented a furnished apartment. Toilet dirty, washer and dryer not hooked, bed linens dirty, microwave door broken, ice maker missing tray, AC down for 3 days [78/80 F] Tv was not delivered until the 5th day. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AS THERE ARE OTHER CHOICES NEARBY

I leased my apartment August 2013. I love the size of my apartment and the size of the complex. The complex is in a fabulous location, convenient to my work place (USA), the beach, and shopping. It is a quiet and peaceful community with respectful neighbors and outstanding staff!

I love my very spacious apartment home. I've lived here for two years and recently renewed my lease for an additional year. The location is perfect to shopping, I-10, restaurants and entertainment. I feel that the Maintenance staff is the back bone to an apartment complex. Town Center has the Best Staff that I have ever experienced. The grounds are always looking groomed and clean. I'm proud to tell people where I live and enjoy having friends and family over to visit.

Great staff and facilities. A renovated pool area including grills, buildings and gym make me feel very comfortable living here. The complex has also a new pool table and Starbucks coffee maker. Next to the complex you can enjoy the fort container park

ILLEGALLY TOWED everyone's car that was legally parked next to their apartment buildings, clearly in violation of section 21 of the lease agreement. Adds charges to your lease agreement without consent ($25 "trash valet" service). Contains additional provisions for charging fees if their strict rules aren't followed - your trash must be placed in a designated container between the hours of 6 and 7 on designated nights. Container must be brought in before 9 the next morning. Failure to comply results in penalty fees for each piece of trash found next to the designated container. Have more than 13 gallons of trash? Sorry, the service doesn't cover that. Read the contract because Spanish Fort Town Center Apartments retains every power they can possibly think of in the agreement. This includes provisions for charging you up to 13 months of rent due immediately (see section 13 of lease agreement). If you need to break your lease, you are still responsible for the entire term of the original agreement (see section 37). No subleasing is allowed. If you are found to be in violation, your tenancy may be terminated (section 6 of subletting addendum). You should be afraid to fall on hard times while under a contract with this apartment complex because they could legally ruin you.

I love this apartment. It is very clean, very quiet, and a perfect location. The pool is beautiful, the gym is clean, and the staff is SO friendly and helpful! The staff works quick to make sure everything you need is taken care of. It's such a quiet place to live, the only downside is that if you are coming home late, parking is hard to come by... but other than that this place is PHENOMENAL!

I have enjoyed living at Spanish Fort Town Center, Apartments. The maintenance always responds promptly to my requests which was something I did not find at the apartment are used to live at. I feel very safe however I do wish that we would have working front gates.

I am really very pleased with the building, staff and neighbors are very nice. the facilities are very comfortable and accessible. It would be perfect if I had a small park for children inside the facilities as they have it for dogs. for the rest I consider very good treatment.

The property's aesthetics look nice, however there's definitely not a sufficient amount of parking spaces available to the residents. People end up parking in handicap spots and get towed (rightly so) but they wouldn't have to park there if there were more spaces available. The staff is friendly when we interact with them. Unfortunately its rare bc they seem to make their own hours and only have 1 person on in the office on some days, which causes them to have to lock the club house up during touring the property with potential tenants. This is inconvenient bc people who have to pick things up from the office have to wait on the 1 apartment staff member on property to get back to the office which could take anywhile. Also, the main office hours are not posted anywhere nor on the answering machine so its a guessing game to figure out when you can go in and pick up a package or speak with a staff member. Also, there's no printer in the computer area so you have to ask a staff member to stop what they're doing to be able to email them and have them print out your items. Don't get me wrong... the staff is curteous and professional... but there's definitely a lot of room for improvement in aspects like reliability and consistency.

I loved living in this apartment community. The office staff was very professional and the grounds were always beautiful !! The maintenance department, especially Frank, was excellent. Frank was courteous, knowledgable and any needed repairs were completely quickly. Thanks for a great experience!!

Absolutely love it, the maintenance team is fabulous they were always there when I need them rather it's day or night. Very friendly and professional and the Maintenance manager Frank is really professional and knows everyone by their name he is a hard working man if I didn't have a house I would continue to stay here because the staff is so kind.

Great place to live. I love how the school system is in Baldwin county and how the school bus picks up right in the front of the apartment complex. The new look they gave the pool is awesome and my kids love it. The staff and maintenance workers are so nice and respectable. If I could give this location 10 stars I would. Thank you guys for everything and keep up the great work.

I have lived here for half a year now. This has been the best experience I have had with an apartment complex. The staff is amazing.... they not only remember my name but they remember my dogs name every time we go in the office. Any maintenance issue I have is fixed that day within reason. Me and my neighbors are so excited about the restaurants that are about to open. This place just keeps getting better!!!! Highly Recommend!!

I have lived at SFTCA for a couple of years now and you will not find anywhere better! The atmosphere, people, and all of the staff are top notch and the apt prices are reasonable. I will live here for as long as I need too and I'm perfectly happy with that. The girls in the office are great and Efficient and the maintenance team is always helpful when there is a problem and can fix anything that you ask and in a fast and friendly manner.
