We are very happy with living at the Town Center apartments. The only negative element is the fact that the dog owners regularly walk their dogs outside of our apartment. Some owners habitually leave the fecal matter when no one is looking even though clean up bags and trash cans are readily available. Frequently, the walking area smells like a dog kennel that has not be cleaned in ages. I would be happy to rewrite this once the problem has been dealt with.

Love the community Typing 200 words or less is a bit much. I say this every time. Please have the website designers change this. I'm not the only one that feels this way. Now I have 20 more words to type. This help fill up the space.

Spanish Fort has been an amazing community to be a member of. The property is always kept neat and clean and the staff are always friendly. Any issue Ive had has always been resolved promptly. Its a wonderful place to call home.

Great place to live and I'm thankful for all the times the staff has been there for me. The maintenance staff is helpful as well and always responds quick with a heavy work load. The property is well kept and the pool area is perfect.

Great place to live. Close to the Fort Park. Annie and Vanessa in the front office are very helpful. The maintenance staff rocks. Everything gets fix quickly. Dog friendly community and clean saltwater pool.

Plenty of White Beach Sand

Finally after four and half weeks of vaccuming floors I changed the vaccum bag and found it weighed about 5 or 6 pounds due to white beach sand. I understand they told us the carpet would be replaced before we moved in but I was under impression it would be new carpet. Well, maybe it was new to the people in charge of buying it? We can only speculate that the carpet came from some beach house or condo, etc down the road? I asked some of the folks at the front desk if they would like for someone to dump five or six pounds of white sand onto their apartment carpet and they said no. That helps my feelings anyway. Then we got a nail in our tire which was like those that were taken off the buildings when they hired some people to replace some boards, etc. I was able to plug the tire myself. It did cost me about 4 dollars for some tire sealant. Then when we were walking across the street we found down the driveway going out a dozen or more thin nails that looked like to me the kind used on siding because they were not heavy duty nails. Well, we will keep posting if anything comes up in the future. I needed a part fixed on the stove but they said they were just too busy to get to it now. Thanks

It's been ok so far. Nothing great but nothing terrible. The office staff could care less about your issues that they need to address but if it's something they need of you, then you are expected to jump when they say.

Extremely nice and quiet complex, gated community with resort style pool is a plus. Move in process was very smooth, Alarria was very knowledgeable and proficient. The apartment itself is beautiful with minor cosmetic and maintenance problems, new carpet throughout.

First off, it was a fast and easy process to apply and move-in. The rental office staff were friendly, courteous, and helped me every step of the way. The community itself is centrally located, very pet friendly, and the apartments are spacious. Just moved here this year but I'm loving it so far!

Have been here for almost three years. Quiet near interstate and shopping center. Plenty to stores. Apartment complex is pretty clean. Do wish there was more parking sometimes. I moved here a few months after my husband passed away and I do enjoy living here.

Horrible, would not recommend. Very dirty, trash everywhere. Wish we would have never chose here! Multiple issues on move-in, this apt was never checked upon move-in, still have electrical issues in multiple rooms. Feel like we are staying at Motel 6.. Nightmare!

No one is responsive… at all.

I have been extremely interested in touring these apartments to possibly move in… I have called at least 25 times within the past week, and no one has ever answered or returned any of my calls. I have submitted multiple requests online to tour- I received one email asking me for a preferred day/time to come in. I responded with my availability, and I have never heard back since. Must be a nightmare if you are a resident and need to contact anyone for assistance… good luck with that.

The staff are very nice and helpful, especially Annie Wilson. The location is excellent because it is quite and clean. The rent is high but necessary to have a place that is safe and non-violent, etc. There are some improvements to be made but we hope those are in progress. One of the gates is broken and so security is up to the individuals who must watch for intruders I guess. So far so good.

Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Quiet and safe environment is a plus. Maintenance is always happy and ready to help. There is always a follow up to assure your satisfaction. They encourage you to report any issues big or small. They respect your privacy and always give plenty of notice before going to your apartment. I love the friendly pet environment and encouragement to use the grounds/pet playground. It is truly amazing. I am vey glad I chose this place!
