I lived at Spanish Fort Town Center for the last year while my husband and I built a house. It was a great experience! The office staff was very helpful with our transition to Spanish Fort. Maintenance was helpful, quick, and nice! Although I didn't live her long I will always have great memories and would live there again in a heartbeat. My family had so much fun at the crawfish boil and taking our son to the park that is next door. Such a perfect location and community! I will continue to refer people here!

I've loved at Spanish Fort Town Center for 2 years and I have to say it has been my best experience with an apartment complex ever. The staff here become your friends and know you by name and even get to know your pets! You can always call the office and know your problem or question you have will be handled quickly and efficiently. This is a beautiful property in walking distance to a great park, shopping and even a sushi restaurant. The apartments have great floor plans and theres always a beautiful view from your balcony. All around great place to live!

I LOVE living here!!! I am working on my 9th year living here & I find it hard to find another place to live. The floor plans are great!! The staff & maintenance are nice & efficient! They know me & my dog by name & always greet us! The renewal rates don't increase too much. They do their best here to keep the property looking beautiful. You couldn't live in a better location, especially with the new Container Park coming next door. Best place on the Eastern Shore!!! I know some people may have another opinion but some people can't see the good past their bad experience. No place is perfect but they truly strive to make this a great place to live.

I love living here. Its quiet and peaceful but close to everything at the same time. Beautiful views, friendly staff, nice neighbors. Units have nice big walk-in closets and their gym is pretty big. Palm trees around the property and beachy fresh colors make you feel like you are on constant vacation. Great place to live

I have lived at this community for three years now in two different floor plans. I transferred to a two bedroom bc it's huge! I love the staff. The same staff has worked here for years! They are helpful and friendly. The location is probably my favorite part. I work in mobile and they have the quickest access to I-10. See my Facebook post below for more reasons!

I moved from Nashville to Spanish Fort for a year and they made the process so easy! The grounds were always kept clean and manicured, neighbors were always respectful, and close to any restaurants/shopping/interstate that I would need. The maintenance team was always on top of it, every issue fixed within a 24 hour time frame. They also LOVE pets! Thank you for a great experience!

The office staff is friendly and ready to help. Maintenance is great- my A.C. broke on Friday and it was fixed the next day. All of the neighbors are friendly and for the most part quiet. Great location as it's close to the interstate. I recommend 100%!

My husband and I really loved living here in our apartment! We were on the third floor and loved our balcony. We felt we had more than enough room and our apartment soon became so homey and loved by us! We always saw people running outside, walking their pets, and the apartment complex threw a lot of fun parties and events for us (Crawfish boil, concerts, etc.). The staff was always really accommodating and friendly whenever we needed something. We rarely had any maintenance issues but when we did, the maintenance staff came usually that day or the following day. I was always amazed that the staff members knew me and my husband by name and remembered our apartment number without us having to ask - they just really made sure they got to know us! The pool is pretty and has grilling equipment. The clubhouse is also really nice! We loved it and were sad to leave; we only left because we had to move to a different state for job purposes. I would highly recommend this apartment complex! :)

Absolutely beautiful property with the best staff around. From Carmen, Vanessa and Tiffany in the office always there to help with any issue you may have to Steve and Frank always ready to fix any maintenance problem you can think of. Staff is always friendly and easy to work with you through anything. Any time Ive had any problem whether it be with a clogged sink or a running toilet they are always there to help. Management always puts on great events for the residents which almost always have door prizes. Also very thoughtful management that do food drives and other fundraising for their community. The office itself also includes a place to for residents to wrap their gifts, enjoy coffe and even dog treats. Would recommend to anyone thinking of leasing an apartment in this area. There is a great park within walking distance to the apartments. Bass Pro Shop, Kohls and JCPenny are also very close to this apartment complex. Very easy to run and grab something from any of the surrounding stores. Easy access right off of I-10. Overall great place to live.

When the complex is at 100% Capacity there's no parking because motorcycles, trailers, and boats that never move or get used take up spots that are needed. Talked to staff and nothing was done. Had trouble with the AC way to much more than 5 times would randomly not work or would take five hours to drop the temp buy one notch. All the staff said was no AC works well during summertime. AC would run almost 24/7 which runs your power bill up drastically. The bath tub sounds like it is cracking whenever you use it very loud and you can hear the people above you and under you when they shower due to the loud noise. You pay a little more because It's a gated in community but theynever shut the gate. And locks for the gym is never locked so anyone can walk in to the facility in the gym. Garbage is always overflowing and no matter what building you're in you will definitely know when the garbage truck is there. Way too expensive for all the hassle!

I would NOT recommend anyone to move here!! The office staff are really sweet and helpful until you actually move in. Once you are here they are extremely dismissive and snotty. They play favorites with a few of the residents that are like minded. If you work nights don't think for one moment you are going to be able to sleep here during the day. There is CONSTANT weed eating and maintenance people drilling and running cables into the side of my building. You would think there's only so much drilling and cables that can be run through one building but it's been going on for at least 8 months!! The lease I signed states that trash is covered but every month they try to charge me $5 for trash...even after I have pointed this out repeatedly. They charge $3.50 a month just to put your bill online, which I never asked for. These seem like small fees until you think of all of the people that live here that I know they do the same thing to. $5 from me every month for trash isn't much but $5 from every resident here quickly adds up!! There is mold growing inside of my air conditioner which I sent a picture of to the office manager over a month ago with no response. If you go about things the way they tell you to by filling out a work order you may wait months for a response. I've found that cutting out the middle men (the office staff) and going straight to the maintenance guys is the only way to get anything done around here. They claim to be a gated community and yes, there are gates, that NEVER close. I will be moving as soon as my lease is up, in fact I am counting down the days with excitement! For $950 plus $50 for water and another $55 for Internet this place is a joke!! At that price I can rent/buy a house and never have to deal with the rude divas in the office here again!!

I have enjoyed living at Spanish Fort Town Center for 3 years. The staff and management are very professional and the apartments are beautiful. The onsite gym is great and the easy access to I-10, Mobile and the Eastern Shore are just another added bonus. It's a beautiful place to live.

BEWARE!! This place is a joke. You read reviews and think that people are crazy at first until you move in and witness it first hand.. Everything that people have posted as far as a bad review is true. Grounds full of poop, stairways broke, spider webs everywhere, hidden fees, etc. don't bother thinking you're gonna pay for what you get cause it's false. Good luck when you decide to ignore the reviews and still rent here.

Beware of facade! Cheaply constructed apartments; but, nicely manicured grounds, attractive leasing office, and convenient location. This complex is not new (although advertised as such) and offers outdated tech. Slow ATT DSL internet and multi-year contractual satellite TV are the only internet and tv options. Gym is not cleaned or maintained; no cleaning liquid to clean equipment after use, broken machines, can't listen to/watch tvs, hot climate, unstocked bathrooms. Dirty and tiny swimming pool. Use of pool table, coffee and internet bar, and other amenities, only, when leasing office doors are unlocked; not after work, on weekends, etc. Walkway lights outside apartment door have been out for years, which makes it impossible to see through peep hole and hard to lock/unlock door at night. Apartment windows don't open or close completely, even after repeat maintenance. Plumbing in complex roof leaked and caused black mold, a "divot", and a water stain in ceiling of master bedroom. Maintenance painted over this area. The mold grew through the paint and it was repainted, shortly thereafter. Uninsulated walls lead to high heat/ac bill; cheap plastic counters and laminate flooring, and large critters easily enter 3rd floor apt. vents. Horribly unprofessional, self-evolved, and rude office employees! Phones are rarely answered. Voicemails are not returned. Communication with apt. community is nonexistent to, at-best, incomplete. For example, one month, the office never mailed residents their rent bill, took down the web portal that would have provided the amount due, never informed residents of these changes and never sent a bill after-the-fact to show why it was higher that month than other months when an invoice was provided. The bills also include an mandatory $5/month service fee for the creation of the bills. (This fee isn't in the lease.) They expected the residents to call the office to determine the amount owed. (Due to the inclusion of water, sewer, trash, pest control, the total bill varies each month.) When the newest management repaved the parking lots in December 2015, they warned that cars would be towed; but, they never stated where they would be towed and never returned calls to people who wanted to find their car. The rent is exorbitantly high for what a renter receives and has to deal with in the leasing office. Most renters do not stay long at this complex. On the plus side: the area is quiet and safe; the maintenance employees have been courteous, professional, and trustworthy. (Send a maintenance request through the web portal, or else the phone calls to the office will stay in an abyss.) The residents have been courteous, quiet, private, educated, open-minded, and employed. But, some people leave their dog's poop on the grounds. The layout of our 2/2 is very nice.

Takes forever to get anything fixed, none of the security lights work outside. Gates have never worked in 2 years. Outside people use gym and pool. Office staff cares more about fashion than things needing to be done.

The WORST apartment I have ever lived in and I've lived a lot of places in my life. There is dog poop ALL over the property. It takes FOREVER for maintenance to fix anything from an air filter to a broken dishwasher. Management is unfriendly and rude and talk to me like I'm a child. The car wash port and vacuum center never worked since I lived there. The "dog park" is pretty much just a square for your dog to poop in that doesn't even have anything dog friendly for them. The gym is always dirty and stinks and the pool always had mold in it that I never swam in it. Do yourself a favor and don't move in. For what I paid it definitely wasn't worth it.

Lived here roughly 3 years, and loved it in the beginning. The past year however, things seemed to deteriorate quite a bit- assuming this is in relation to the new Management company and Manager that took over, bad decision! The gym became very filthy, as if they just quit having some one come in and clean. Sad because the Trainers are terrific there and very passionate about fitness, but it`s unfortunate the that the company does not maintain the cleanliness or equipment. The volleyball court looks terrible now compared to when we moved in, and definitely needs maintenance/renovation. The gates NEVER worked properly, which was extremely annoying. Maintenance seems to take quite a bit in completing work orders, so I hope it`s not urgent, and they also never provided a/c filters which was very odd, as other apartment complexes I lived in always replaced the air conditioning filters every few months- I`m sure they got caught up in their pool game, as this is generally where we always would see them. The laundry facility is quite messy/filthy now as well, and the paint on the stair wells is chipping/rusting- needs attention. We did love the attendants we met and became friends with however. Location is great because it`s right off I-10 and located in the midst of shopping/restaurants. I strongly suggest the Company & Manager begin to focus their attention to details and upkeep of the property, and less time playing pool & discussing their personal business very loudly in the club house.

I have gotten to know the office staff at the Spanish Fort Town Center Apartments well over the three years that my husband and I have lived here. We have always loved being a part of this community, but the current staff is truly one of a kind. The ladies in the office are always incredibly friendly and helpful, and I truly feel like they go above and beyond to make living here feel like home. They work hard to have events and get togethers for residents to get to know the staff and one another better, which is really a great touch - something I haven't experienced at other apartments previously. The maintenance guys are friendly, professional and hard working, and always show up quickly after we have put in a work order. I love how close the whole staff seems to be. It's a treat to go in and visit with them from time to time. The property is well kept and clean. I love working out in the gym and laying out at the pool, and always feel safe and at home. The office staff is also very pet friendly and always give my pup some love when I bring him in! :) Thank you all for all that you do to make our community truly feel like home!

After living @ the property for almost 3 years, I experience several lows and very few highs.. the first two managers actually cared about resident concerns. They actually went above and beyond to meet my needs. The more recent manager ------ was quite a character. She would always let her child and another ----------- roam the office and clubhouse area at will... ------ was just as loud. Rather going into the office to pay rent or pick up my packages, she would always be very loud and obnoxious. It was unreal... She's very rude when approached and short in conversation. I really hope she doesn't remain at that property long. I think someone who deserves that job should take over. The maintenance guys are ok.. I hardly got to know them but, the ----- guy said he was new to the property. He always worked hard and answered my questions or concerns. I put in many work orders that never got done until he started. The ---------------- was always shooting pool with residents or friends. He was also spotted sitting in his -------------- on the phone or resting as the other guy worked. Other than that, the property itself is outstanding regarding geographical location. The saltwater pool is amazing along with the gym area. The apartments are nice on the inside.. other than the dog poop, it's beautiful outside as well. Overall, I would recommend the property as long as the manager is gone.. I'm happily moved away to my new home. Thanks to the previous managers and staff for all the help.

I lived here for about a year .The complex is very clean, the pool area , fitness room and all the amenities are very well maintain. I really like the way how the manager is taking care of the property. I did lived in many other apartments in the areas and not been very happy with the management of the property but this complex management is doing a great job, the manager is very friendly and always is ready to solve your issues. I had couple calls and every time the maintenance guys came in very shortly after I called. The place is located in a shopping center , I have a easy access to I-10 and shopping. I truly recommend this place. I am moving out due to my job relocation otherwise I will not change it. Thanks guys, keep doing a great job.

The area is very nice and quiet. Would seem like a beautiful place to live, until you actually move in. Spiders and their webs take over the breezeways. Outside the apartments are moldy and rails are rusted. Maintenance does not maintain anything! All they ever do is play pool or cruise the complex on their golf cart. Only one staff member is worth a damn and is probably the only reason people stay here. And that's ----. She is nothing short of professional, kind and courteous. ------ is a HORRIBLE excuse for a property manager. She's rude to her staff and obnoxiously loud in the office with her personal life. Talks badly about previous and current tenants. Very unprofessional. For what people pay to live here, we should not have to deal with the conditions the maintenance staff allows their complex to be in. Work orders? Forget it, better off doing it yourself if you want it done before a few months go by. We would've rented a house if we knew beforehand that we would have to take do our own outside maintenance. Other than all of this, the inside layouts of each unit is nice and open. Large, clean, stocked gym with amazing personal trainers.

I have lived here since 2012, most of the staff has come and gone. I will say it is close to the highway and close to down town for work, I can actually come home for lunch most of the time. Not having to bother with school traffic like the other apartments in SF but still being in the district. Bus picks up and drops off right out front of office. Maintenance has had a few shining stars here and there come and go. Seems like rates have been rising with renewal, I moved in on a monthly discount special, I understand that, but the previous management company kept the property cleaner, gym and facilities kept up, and maintenance better. So now I get an increase which i'm fine with but for less service, and a manager that is never around or can't get on the phone or return calls; i have heard her say no i'm not talking to them. I have come in to do a service request and the manager is in her office being so loud on a personal call about gossip and drama. I have called about the gates being left open, which I pay to have a remote for. The manager has really let things go around here. Dog poop is an issue. There is only one person in the office that has been here long-term and actually cares about the residents. I have witnessed her picking up trash, putting out notices, and hand delivering a/c vents. I must say with the positive progress in SF and the park going in, positive changes need to be made within the staff and valuable employees should not go unrewarded.

Uncooperative staff. Spiders and their webs have overtaken stairwells and in front of actual apartment door. As far as neighbors are concerned, mine are really quite nice. The corporation that owns this complex, though, seems to have a controlling interest in Dish TV, as you cannot choose any other cable provider than the one they specify. I'm not an attorney, but I have worked for quite a few and have several family members who are attorneys (one actually works in Utilities & Consumer Law). I may need to ask him to research the laws in Alabama regarding this particular issue. since this does appear to be something, if not illegal, quite a shady practice. I certainly hope that there aren't any monies being handed "under the table" so to speak.
