Great staff always meets my needs. Complex well maintained. Perfect location close to shopping, beach and restaurants. Great 2 BR floor plan. Living area flows well, kitchen and den open separated by wonderful island. Split bedrooms with large closets.

Have only been a resident for a couple of mo the bit so far everything is top notch. The apartment community is wonderful And the amenities are outstanding. The other residents are very courteous and considerate. The pool area and weight room is exceptional.

English isn't my native language, hope you will understand. To put it in perspective we are paying 1600 for this "adventure" We got apartment without being able to see it upfront. That was mistake on our part. We have been worry about safety since we have been moving during covid, we have been told that no-one is living in this apartment for month before our arrival, but they will clean it anyway. When we came, first thing we have been hit by moldy smell, couple lightbulbs didn't work, and some sockets have been pulled from wall so you could literally see cables hanging out, 2 active wasp nests on balcony and 2 old ones around our entrance door, kitchen drawers are very hard to open. Ridiculous. It was one month empty and no-one used that time to make it ready? Washer and drier isn't included, so we have been happy when we have been able to add it for fee. Another awakening, chewing gum was spread in dryer. (rest of issues is more cosmetic so I'm not gonna include those) Week later I found out that our cats have fleas!! We have been able to solve it quick since we caught it on start. We have been so disappointed that we start looking for house to buy day after we moved in this place and day after that we found place. Right then we informed the office that we will move out in around month time. Not so long later I got knock on the door. Annie came to ask "if we moved out yet or if we are able to move out until 15th" I didnt understand why this couldn't be done by email (also my husband already said when we are moving) but since she came I told her everything what was bothering us and that we SOLVED the fleas issue and followed advices of pest control gentleman who came prior. (Frontline, washing everything daily, vacumming 3times a day, shampoos, citronella candles) And I did ask for new filters for AC since bad smell and asked about their policy, she said they changing it only if you ask for that. Long story short I got new filter after month. All this together would not make me write review but yesterday I didnt feel well and I heard knocking, I ignored that, figured if its package I can deal with that later or day after. TO MY AWAKENING I HEARD UNLOCKING OF MY DOOR!!!! So I jumped up and go to door and there was TWO GUYS ENTERING OUR APARTMENT!! I was shocked! They said that they are pest control - I DIDNT ORDER IT AND THERE WAS NO PRIOR NOTICE THAT THEY WOULD ENTER! I would like to believe that it was honest mistake but how I can feel safe here, when people are just freely entering? Our plans did change so we did need to stay longer but we are finally moving out soon and in meantime cameras are on! And don't forget Castle Doctrine is law what is applied to Alabama!

Great place to live, friendly community, safe and well maintained with great amenities. The staff are amazing - they all work so hard to maintain a great complex but they always acknowledge you and address any concerns you may have straightaway. Love living here - we have the best pool around !!!

I just moved to Spanish Fort Town Center and I absolutely love it! Great price and great location. The girls in the office are helpful and sweet. They made my move in process quick and easy. My apartment was nice and clean when I moved in. The apartment complex seems like a tight knit community. Oh, and the gym is amazing! The only complex I've seen with a smith machine.

I lived in Spanish Fort for over 2 years. I moved to Spanish Fort sight unseen which can be extremely scary to rent a place without seeing it first. I couldn't have been happier with my apartment. The complex has a very tropical, beach vibe and is very well kept. My apartment was nice, clean, and didn't have any weird stains/smells upon move in. Some of my favorite aspects were the very large bathroom, built in bookshelf, large balcony, and large laundry room. It was very spacious compared to other apartments I've lived in. The grounds are well kept, there is a brand new pool that is beautiful, and there is a huge dog park for your pups to enjoy. The maintenance team is wonderful. Frank is literally one of the nicest people I've ever met and always willing to do whatever needs to be done to resolve an issue quickly. Vanessa, Annie, and Carly are also wonderful. For example, I was at work one afternoon when I got a call from ADT saying my alarm had gone off. I was 30 minutes away and my dogs were home alone. I called the office, and Annie immediately went to my apartment to check on things. Thankfully, the only issue was that I had stupidly left my door unlocked and not closed all the way and the wind had blown it slightly open. Annie was able to check on my dogs and make sure they were safely inside. The office staff is just extremely considerate and always willing to help. One of the best things about living there was the location. There is a great sushi place within walking distance called Oishi. Get the Shakalaka roll.. so good! The Fort is a container park with lots of delicious restaurants and is right next door. Solly's is a new Mexican restaurant and their brisket tacos are to die for. The owner is awesome and they make great margaritas. The bar located at The Fort is great as well. They have $2 mimosas on weekends and it's always a great time. I will really miss living within walking distance of such great restaurants. There are also great places to get exercise with a great view nearby. Five Rivers is beautiful and has lots of great trails. Blakeley park also has a lot of great trails with varying levels of difficulty. We also loved taking our dogs to the campground across from Five Rivers. Beautiful views from the piers. Overall, the apartments are located in probably one of the best locations on the Eastern Shore. I have genuinely enjoyed living here so much, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to live in a great location!

The management staff is amazing! The ladies are quick to respond to emails and phone calls. If you have any issues or concerns they make sure to research the issue and if they do not have an answer they partner with someone who does. The apartment community is clean and in easy access to the entertainment district.

Office staff have always been friendly and professional. They seem to really care about the residents and our happiness. Maintenance is quick to respond when needed. Units are spacious. Beautiful walking trails all around. The Fort has great food right next door. Close to highway and shopping.

The cats belong to a resident on the bottom floor of building 5. 2 orange cats that are allowed to wander the property and not cleaned up after. Not fair to dog owners and a violation of the lease. Staff is aware. Thank you. Will update review after resolved.

Hi! Can the office staff comment on recent issues mentioned here for someone considering renting there ? Especially mold in air conditioner, Gates not working, and cats not having to be on a leash or picked up after? I am not from the area and thought this was my choice but I am concerned.

After living here for two years, I would give it 2.5 stars at the most. Pros: 1) Annie in the leasing office. She is WONDERFUL. Incredibly sweet and helpful and willing to go above and beyond. 2) Frank (maintenance). Frank is probably the best maintenance tech at any apartment complex I've ever lived in. He always gets the job done and always with a smile on his face. 3) location. Especially if you work in Mobile but prefer the Eastern Shore. Another perk is The Fort next door. Great food, lots of choices, great drinks, and a great atmosphere. Cons: 1) the apartments themselves are just not that nice. The carpet is cheap, the "wood" flooring and tile are basically plastic and will peel up immediately. You can hear every move your upstairs neighbor makes. The balconies have wood planks for the floor so if your upstairs neighbor spills anything, it could ruin your belongings (or in my case, if your upstairs neighbor's dog has diarrhea all over the balcony and it seeps onto your cushions ??... of course do not blame neighbor or pup). 2) back gate is not functional. This is a serious hazard for residents who live closest to the back gate. If an emergency occurred, not being able to exit through this gate could be a disaster. 3) My biggest complaint living here is that cat owners are able to let their cats wander the complex freely while dog owners are expected to leash their dogs at all times. There are multiple residents here with cats who are left outside to do as they please. Dog owners have been threatened that they will have to pay $250 (ALL DOG OWNERS) for a DNA test to test poop not cleaned up. As someone who always cleans up after my dog, I have a serious problem with even just being threatened to do this while cats poop all over the property with no one in sight to clean up after them. Also, dog owners, you're probably aware- dogs love to eat cat poop. My dog picked some up before I could catch him and got violently ill that night. I had to take him to the emergency vet and racked up quite the bill getting him treatment. All because cat owners are not held to the same standard as dog owners at this complex. And it's not that the office isn't aware- I have seen Vanessa walking the property and see the cats, be told that they belong to a resident, and all she did was comment how cute they were. Ridiculous. 4) The AC in these apartments are awful. My AC can be set on 70 and in the summer easily be sitting at 82 mid afternoon and not reach 70 until 4 am. Miserable. Overall, this has not been a terrible place to live. But if you're looking for something long term and a little nicer, I would not recommend it at all.

The community has been great. It's quiet and seems safe. Loud or impolite neighbors are few and far between. They do happen, but it's not very frequent. There have been bug issues in the past. I have the same problems that recur routinely with appliances in my apartment, but it's manageable. There's also a known problem with people picking up after their dogs, but it seems to be those who don't stay very long who are most likely the 'culprits.' Prices have gone up to a point I'm not likely to stay a third year, but I think the price alone will be the reason for me finally buying a house in the area. Otherwise, I like the community and the location. The people who work in the front office and Fred from Maintenance are absolutely fantastic.

I moved here in 2015. I started out in one of the 1 bedroom 1bath. And, in 2017 I liked facing the pool so well I put a deposit down so when a bigger apartment became available I had first picks at it and finally it did and I love the one we live in today. Except, when I first renewed my lease in the bigger apartment it was considered a 1 bedroom and bath and a studio and then when I signed the next years lease it is considered a 2 bedroom 1 bath because the studio has a closet inside the room! That's the only thing that I can negative but it's the owner's fault not the great people that work here The new pool is going to be beautiful!

The cost/value of this apartment complex is appealing, a the location a plus. However the apartment owners often try add extra-activities to the residents without success. The last event was a "build your own pizza" that last from 3 - 5:30. This is wonderful for those who do not work 8 -5, and when enough supplies are bought. However, not enough supplies were purchased and by 5 they were completely out of stock. This is just one example of good intentions, but not handled correctly.

I moved into Spanish Fort Town Center in November 2019. I have no complaints. Everyone is so friendly. The staff and maintenance dept. are spot on. I would highly recommend this complex. I am enjoying its accessibility to everything I might need. I am also looking forward to the new pool which will be completed this spring.

We love the community. This is more then just an apartment complex but a home. We know our neighbors and feel safe. Walking distance to night life. Clean property. The front office is the best. They are always there to help and answer questions. The maintenance staff is AWESOME. They always get the job done. Great workout room!!! Annie in the front office is sweet and kind. She helped us move and get settled in from South Carolina to Eastern Shore. Looking forward to signing another lease.
