Hello good morning I have been calling y'all since the 24th about trying to pay my rent because I was going out of town,on the first as of the six you said you were aware by email and asked me to come into the office to pay my rent. I said I would as soon as I get back into town. I come back into town and I see a notice on my door with a fee and a threatened for an eviction. I have been working with you guys when your system is charging me more after you told me it would not charge me the $33 I even work with you when you said you take certified checks and then told me my check was returned now I agreed to come in and pay my rent soon as I got back in town and yet you're charging me for a late fee because your system that you change to does not work so it's a inconvenience to me when your system was put in place for people when they go out of town I cannot or cannot make it into the office to pay their rent. However I did get your message about calling to pay the rent over the phone when I called I left messages to be called back one time I called and the phone system was not working and I continue to call and leave messages and nobody called me back.

Convenient and perfect for young professionals. The staff is very kind and inviting. Close to shops, dining, entertainment and interstate. Great pool and fitness center. There is an area to entertain also.

The office staff are fantastic, Janica is a jewel! She always is so respectful, but all of the Ladies there are wonderful. Frank and Daley from maintenance are so quick to respond if you have any issues. It is so comforting that these people will definitely look out for me.

Constantly professional and approachable staff that addresses concerns in a prompt manner, with the added bonus of being light-hearted and easy to speak with. My only complain is minor - replace the rock landscape near parking spot islands with something easier to step on.

Always courteous and ready to listen to solve any questions. The staff is amazing and always happy The grounds are kept beautiful. These are great apartments in a very quiet area, although the highway is a minute driving's It has walking access to a park next door It feels secure at all times I highly recommend living here .

We moved in last Friday and all of the staff have made this a seamless move in. We look forward to experiencing all the great activities the community offers. It is centrally located minutes away from shopping, grocery stores, and our doctors. We love it!

I feel like a turd floating in the toilet that won't flush. A bulldog lives above me and I haven't slept in months. The air conditioner sucks. The street noise is loud as hell. I take my own garbage out out cause the the garage boy always acts like a little queen

Great place to live!! Beautiful pool. Great fitness center. Places to eat and shop very close. Great management here! Respectful neighbors. Not a bunch of noisy, rowdy tenants like at some complexes. Very nice apartments.

Staff is amazing; everyone is friendly and super attentive. The community is clean, and the amenities are well-maintained. At every other apartment community I've lived, there have been issues with maintaining the equipment at the fitness centers. All the equipment here is working properly and in good shape.
