The life at Medora Point Apartments

I am getting ready to renew my lease for another year, and I can honestly say I have really enjoyed living here. The amenities are great, especially the newly renovated gym, and the location is perfect—close to everything I need. The office staff, Lisett and Marie, have been incredibly friendly and helpful since the day I moved in. They truly make you feel at home. Maintenance is also excellent—very responsive, professional, and they always leave your home clean after completing a work order, which I really appreciate. I’ve read some of the reviews and was honestly surprised. Like any community, you may occasionally see a bug, but that doesn’t mean there’s an infestation. I’ve only seen one water bug since living here. The office staff works hard and does their best, and it shows. I highly recommend this community. It’s spacious, comfortable, and a great value for the price. You won’t be disappointed!

Maintenance

Brad Neal is always willing to go above and beyond with a friendly smile. Even when short stafffed he never complains but does what he can to help and make tenants feel cared about. Even after hours he still makes sure all is taken care of.

Horrible from the start

I can't leave a review on google so I am using yelp. I have had nothing but bad experiences from this apartm complex since the start. They have cost me exta moving fees, ruined my Christmas supplies with a leaking water heater that was not up to standard when moving in, it fell through my second floor to the bottom, I have had to wait months for appliances and had to spend extra money for their on site laundry which I think was a scam to get more money from me and my stove which I had to postmates more than naught because I can't serve my kids food that isn't cooking all the way since the damn burners don't work, and my fan took 2 months to replace a blade.The maintenance people walk in on you naked and state there is an emergency so they have a way to get away with it. I am she'll shocked with all this and they now want to make my husband pay more money to be a roommate on the lease when he is already finishing his rent somewhere else. They are money hungry here and the bugs are so bad! they spray and it doesn't work! so over this complex. do not rent here.

Don’t bother. Rent is ridiculously high for a complex that has no security ( gates are constantly broken ), there’s been a lamppost down on the ground since our last storm (2 weeks ago), trash everywhere and roaches. The sprinklers have been going for 6 hrs, winter seeding? Yah for us!!! We get to pay for that. ??

The front office staff were super helpful. I had quite a few issues when building my lease, as I had to remove someone off of it and the staff were very helpful! The apartment itself is just beautiful, clean, and modern!

Really enjoy this apartment. The maintenance crew are so quick to respond and friendly. The office staff are so nice and love our dog. The grounds and bbq's are so clean and well kept. The security system that is every apartment is a very nice addition.

No frills, medium cost, staff is a mix between smart managers and how the hell did she get this job, groundskeeping is so so, safety of area is so so, a lot restuarants/stores to choose from, with everything considered complex is a solid 7/10

This apartment is located on the bound line between mesa and tempe and very convenient. It seems to be old because I can see some cracks on wall and old facilities. not good and not bad. it just an average apartment.

The manager is friendly and she gets things done, but the other office ladies need lessons in customer service.Valet trash is required at $25/mo and the grounds are not monitored, so anyone can just out trash out all day. Trash left out = bugs. Hot tub is broken often.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Love the valet trash! I like that it is a gated community. I like that the residence pick up after their dogs. I like that it is pet friendly! There is a good gym with nice equipment and it does not smell weird!

I like the apartment itself because it's big and spacious but it's a little noisy. Maybe because it's an older model building. Although I think the apartment is big and spacious and has a nice walk in closet in storage areas.

Our move in experience has been great. Brenda at the front desk was a huge help. There were a few things we noticed had to be fixed after we did our initial inspection and they fixed it the same day we submitted the request! Awesome service!
