So far I love my new apartment. Staff is friendly and Great, I would to have free covered parking just incase we have bad weather to protect my car. overall I have nothing negative to say about my decision in becoming a resident at Madera Point.

I have really enjoyed living here the past several months. The management is professional and helpful and very attentive to the needs of the residence. There is easy access to both the US 60 and the 101 as well as MCC and the hospital. I haven't had any issues with bugs or safety. The apartments and grounds are clean and well-maintained. I would recommend living here to any of my friends and family.

I've lived here for almost a year now. This has been my experience: -the day we came to sign our lease, the office lady forgot to ask for my deposit. I walk back in shortly after I saw it in my purse, and after giving it to her she tells me how SHE FORGOT to get the deposit from some "young kids" who then claimed she had it, but she got them kicked out for no deposit anyway(and laughed through all this) -this is after we asked to move in 3 days early, had been told yes, then day of said we were never approved to do so -the day I moved into my 3rd floor apartment I saw, not exaggerating, about 15 tiny cockroaches. My boyfriend and I had to buy bug killer. This is on the 3rd floor!!! -Upon moving in my boyfriend and I also had to reclean the apartment. There was yellow stuff stained on the wall. The living room carpet was stained everywhere. The patio door frame was and still is falling off. The vent in the bathroom has a 2"x2" hole in the cover. There is, no joke, a wall of dust behind it. I stuck a food skewer in the dust wall to see how far it goes. I stopped after 6in, it grossed me out so bad. -I didn't receive my mailbox key for 2.5wks and had to ask for it 3 times -we were never told about the trash pick up service we are apparently paying $25/mo for. We also weren't given a trash can for it. I only knew what the service was because of having it previously. Still don't have our trash picked up half the time because they're too lazy to grab it off the 3rd floor. -I never received my registration code to pay online as your apparently suppose to at move in?? And had been paying by money order. We then got a notice that nobody can pay in the office anymore and instead have to use a third party company and pay at one of their locations or pay online. I sent 2 separate emails 1 wk apart to get my registration code. Never got an email back. Had to take time off work to go in during their office hours to get it -I've had the exit gates not work and won't able to open multiple times normally lasting a couple days each time -I went to pick up a box I apparently had waiting for me in the office. I wasn't expecting anything. I go to pick it up and the lady hands me a box then just walks away.....the box wasn't mine, didn't have my name on it, and she never asked me to sign for it either -when moving in I was told we got free 24hr gym access. I attempted to enter through the side gym door and never knew why I couldn't. Always locked. Decided to say f**k it and take classes somewhere with a friend. When I stopped that and wanted to use the gym at the complex, I was told the door only opens with an electronic swipe card that costs $50. Nonrefundable. If you don't buy the card, you can only enter during office hrs through the front door. -they use old tiny AC units. This means every time mine kicks on, it shakes my bathroom n makes a loud buzzing. Energy efficient is what I believe they claim online?? I promise you I've never had a higher electric bill than here and I've always lived top floor. The only nice experience I've had here was with the night security officer. He asked if my boyfriend and I needed help moving our mattress. But then later asking him why so many lights are out throughout the complex he said he doesn't know why they don't change them but he puts that they need to be changed in his log book every week. All I can say, is if you just need somewhere cheap and fast with little to no expectations, then sign away. There is always a super loud group at the pool, with speakers, blaring music on the weekends and a couple week days. There are stray cats everywhere. The office is of no help. You've been warned.

I have been living here for over a year now. The current office/maintenance are super friendly. Quiet complex. Trash valet (I call it my trash faerie). Plenty of parking for you and your guests.

I've been living at Madera Point about a year I'm very please with the staff member and a tremendous effort that they put in for us to feel at home. What I mostly enjoy is what they do for us they have fun activities like movie night at the pool me and my family had wonderful evening, I'm also pleased with my apartment extremely spacious fully upgraded and gorgeous. I had the best year ever thanks STAFF at Madera Point!

Front office is short staff. Residents get a slap on the wrist when it comes to picking up after their pets and being a constant noise complaint for 6 months straight. Rotating staff are not up to speed on how to manage an apt complex. No move-in deals so don't bother asking or thinking there is an incentive to leasing at this complex. Unfortunately this is apartment living so what can I expect? Crappy service all around.

The apartment community is being upgraded. The office staff is friendly and the maintenance is quick and accurate. There does seem to be a bug issues that the staff is working on getting cleaned up but for the most part I would recommend this place.

Affordable and decent, but not updated. Much needs to be done to the units in regards to updates. The staff has been rather unfriendly in regards to helping with issues I have come across. However, it is in a good and quiet location which I do enjoy.

Good access to the freeway, work, stores hospitals, office people are friendly and kindly. And a good thing is one of the office ladies speak Spanish. I would recommend this community to some of my coworkers and friends. Community is clean and has a parking available all the times.

I like this apartment. Easy access to all major highways. I like the fact that the common grounds are being renovated and the area is always clean. I like all the common green area the basketball court and shaded area provided by the trees and buildings is nice to have on this Arizona hot weather.

Greatttt(: I love living here so far it's a good community & its peaceful at all times. I love the interior & exterior of my home just a great place to live I would recommend it to anyone from young to old. Service you ask for get placed right away .. Any problem you have gets solved with days !

I've only dealt with Brooke in the office and she has been nothing but helpful to me. I moved to Arizona from Ohio and thought the process would be difficult but just a few short days of talking to Brooke and I found my new home across the country. I would recommend her to anyone.

Our experience began out great. We enjoyed living here. Then there was a period where the complex went through new management. It was frustrating. Now it's all good. We are enjoying living here again. Love variety of community events. Thanks

I moved out of Madera a couple weeks ago and I am honestly truly happier with my new place. I'm not a complainer and I usually just deal with small issues , but this is by far the worst apartment I ever lived in. They don't answer their phones, I was out of AC in Arizona heat for 2 days, the out side really didn't looked kept up with, and as above mentioned by someone else it was very dark outside. The only good thing I can say about this place, Is their propane grills. Just get your stuff together Madera.

I can't say enough about the Madera Point staff, especially Fran. She has gone above and beyond to help me out of a jam. The staff has gone above and beyond They are one of the reasons I continue to stay hete.

The only issues we have had was when we first moved in with our bathtub, washer and dryer but after much hassle it was taken care of by Brooke. The complex is good for the price but the old floors make it so you can hear every step and creaking the neighbors make.

To sum up simply it has been upsetting. I thought there would be more transparency and ease in communication after voicing concerns about it before but nothing has changed. I understand having someone answer the phone at all times is difficult but email should be answered within 24 hours. However, this has not been the case. The questions I have had were not about maintenance but about bills and move-in information. The condition of the apartment upon move-in was unacceptable and we weren't even given a walkthrough with someone from management.

I've lived in this community for 5 years and has been home for me. I like this new place but it wasn't what I wanted. The whole transition of moving to different units was messed up and things fell where it is now. So I'm dealing with this situation.

It is very dark around parts of the complex because none of the lights work, yet the office and grounds are being renovated? Dangerous to walk in the dark but apparently the appearance is more important. It's obvious that the management cares more about appearances than they do their own tennants.

I am disappointed in my apt because it looks absolutely nothing like the apt I was shown (false advertising) and I was told it was identical but just mirror image. It had awesome backslash tile in kitchen and everything was pristine & clean. My apt fells very slum like...used carpet, no microwave, broken washer and dryer (did replace) bad paint job in tub even after redone and they broke tub overflow drain cover (now fixed), tree limb fell on my car. A homeless guy lives on other side of wall. Police are always in the area.

Honestly, this was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. Even with my first apartment, which turned out to be a complete disaster, they were very fast to start working on thing, responding to calls and questions and had everything ready for my move in. I still haven't gotten my mailbox key, it's been 15 days. I still have yet to get the replacement pipe needed for the bathroom, and walls still need to be painted. I hardly get anyone when I call and nothing that I've requested be fixed, have actually been fixed. They are very unorganized and misplace things.

The apartments themselves are actually very nice for the price, however the management office AND corporate which is BH Management are the worst at customer service. They failed to inform my husband and I that our move in date had changed to a month later, we requested a transfer to a two bedroom. They never gave us a notice or called us. When we asked why, they said "oh did we not call? I thought we did." So naturally I went to the community manager to figure out what happened and get some resolution and he told me that as far as he knew, we were contacted and if we want, we can go move somewhere else. I then contacted BH Management and they are just as useless. They NEVER addressed why was upset that I was never informed of my new move in date after I had went through the hassle of changing over my electric and Internet services, etc to the new unit and I had to completely change all my plans. It was awful. BH management did not care, acknowledge it even apologize and assure me that it would never happen again. They are the absolute worst! They don't care about their tennants so if you think you can get a resolution from them, you won't. I would recommend to never live here and I will tell anyone that who asks about it. I have proof in emails showing just how much they don't care to resolve any issue and don't care about their tennants. It's truly shocking. DO NOT LIVE HERE. This was just one thing on a list of issues I've had with the new management taking over. It's a shame the apartments are so nice but ran so poorly.

I signed a 1 year lease which is coming to an end this July, and haven't had a lot of problems. There is a little bit of a cockroach issue but they do offer free spraying every Wednesday which takes care of that, just stay on top of that. The tenants are noisy some times. I got woken up at 3 am once and there was a full on brawl in the apartment underneath me. The washer and dryer room is very outdated and dirty. The good things about this apartment is the pool area is very nice. My apartment has newer appliances which is a plus.

Aside from my ussues everything is very nice. I still am upset it took forever to get to my issue. Although it was understandable when it was my time they didnt completely resolve my issue. They over looked a big problem not only with my living environment but with their property which is irresponsible.

I having the most terrible experience. My apartment is very outdated. The ceiling are extremely low. The apartment is full of roaches. The staff is rude and unwelcoming. I am being charged many hidden fees and my rent has increase too much. I
